Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

Perfect stay in Xemxija! Located in a very nice residential area by the bay, away from the noise and the insufferable touristy attractions in St. Paul’s bay -which was exactly what we’re looking for. 10min walk to the beautiful and unmissable Fekruya beach and there’s a bus stop right outside the building that will take you anywhere in Malta. There’s a convenient store and a nice breakfast/lunch cafe 1min walk away and a lot of nice restaurants nearby that offer a seaside view. The place itself was very much what we expected, maybe a bit more spacious than the pictures. Clean, spotless, tidy, strong AC and a comfortable big bed. It has a kitchen with a microwave/oven, stove, fridge, everything you need. The bathroom was also very neat. 100% would recommend!

I liked the accommodation, but there were some issues (the floor was dirty when we arrived, but as soon as I mentioned it, they cleaned it immediately, and also the Internet was disconnected on the last day for some reason and they said it wasn't working). I could always find a parking space, the area is very accessible, and from the hotel I could go in different directions to the sea or to other popular places in Malta. If anyone needs it, there's a bus stop next to the hotel, and there's also a small supermarket. And there's also a small beach where you can sit by the sea in the evening and watch the locals having barbecues. Despite some nuances, I recommend the hotel. I liked it. I really liked Malta, and I'll be back. Thank you.
