Imagine a night not having to share a double bed with your kiddos! Spinola Stays is a family friendly guesthouse and we have designed a suite that is ideal for couples who have one or two kids. Your young ones will have some memorable fun sleeping in our loft (recommended for ages 3+). Plus, we’d happily add a complimentary cot for toddlers or infants. The uniquely styled property features a collection of 18 private self-catering suites together with a nicely sized common pool area with comfy sun loungers. Stunningly minimalist with its sublime design aesthetic that will never go out of style. Think smart, functional, and comfortable at a reasonable price. We had to book the accommodation late in the evening. When we arrived, our room was still completely dirty from the previous guest. Wet towels in the corner, half-stripped bed with dirty sheets and hair everywhere. Garbage everywhere, the kitchen half rinsed full of old dishes. The floor is partly dirty and partly wet. It was clear to us that we couldn't spend a night here. So we had to take care of another accommodation around 11:00 pm. Disaster.

Nothing to complain about except that we were missing a shower door in the bathroom and therefore the bathroom was flooded after showering. But nothing else to complain about. Breakfast was very tasty and the pool is also very nice. The location is great and the location is also very good and quiet.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
