There was nothing wrong with the room in itself, but it was advertised as having 3 beds, and there were only 2. That in itself was not a problem. But when I then tried to chat to ask if our daughter could stay over because we have 2 double beds, this was not possible because it is only for 2 people. And they couldn't explain why. It was also a shame about the smell of sewage in the bathroom. All in all, they try to sell this as 5-star luxury, but I think I can only give it a meagre 3 stars.

Great location, modern furnishings, the pool and roof terrace were excellent, and the staff were very, very friendly. The only points of criticism: only basement windows (we were on the ground floor), facilities (only one saucepan and no hairdryer)

There was an issue with the code keypad. I reached out, and they sorted me with a key for the stay pretty quickly. Responsive host. Nice place. Close walk to the main street. Breakfast and Pool are added plus!

We had a pleasant stay. We arrived around 10 a.m. We were let in and allowed to wait until our room was ready. We had room 3, which was clean but damp. There was also no window that could be opened here. Breakfast in the morning is simple, but there is plenty of choice. The swimming pool is also clean. If we had any questions, we were helped immediately.

I paid just under $2000 CAD for a this place… They gave me the wrong code on entry. Had to wait outside for someone to give me a new one. Following that, the shower was covered in black mold. The air conditioning rained constantly onto the bed so it was wet in the main bed, the hot tub was broken the whole time and when I tried to ask for help I had to talk to an AI bot the entire time…

Absolute shambles. We were given the wrong code to get in so had to wait. There was mould on the ceiling and in the shower. The shower tray had a huge crack in it which leaked water onto the bathroom floor. The basin tap was completely loose and wobbled freely. The windows just face into a boiler cupboard, so are pretty much pointless as they don't allow any light in. We booked this with the plan being to use the rooftop terrace, hot tub and bbq. However we were told a few days before arrival that the rooftop and hot tub are outnof order. I asked if the bbq was fine, and they said yes. Bought a load of meat to cook, only to find it doesn't work. After messaging the host, all I got back was an ai bot saying it had been raised. I chased it up each day and was eventually given a number to call, who promised it would be fixed the next day. 4 days later and my meat out of date, it was fixed. I raised all these issues, got promised a call back and never did. All you get is AI responses

Everything was fine and according to the description. The only one thing, I didn’t notice during the booking, that the room has no windows. So make sure you are aware of what exactly you’re booking if windows are important to you.

We had to book the accommodation late in the evening. When we arrived, our room was still completely dirty from the previous guest. Wet towels in the corner, half-stripped bed with dirty sheets and hair everywhere. Garbage everywhere, the kitchen half rinsed full of old dishes. The floor is partly dirty and partly wet. It was clear to us that we couldn't spend a night here. So we had to take care of another accommodation around 11:00 pm. Disaster.

Nothing to complain about except that we were missing a shower door in the bathroom and therefore the bathroom was flooded after showering. But nothing else to complain about. Breakfast was very tasty and the pool is also very nice. The location is great and the location is also very good and quiet.

The apartment is nice and has a pool… the location is ideal because everything is nearby. However, the apartment has no terrace or window (I'm only talking about apartments in residences 1, 2 and 3), which makes it dark, damp and with an unpleasant smell.

The accommodation has no sound insulation. When the shutters and windows were closed, we could hear all the noise from the street and the corridor as if everything was wide open. In a neighbourhood where nightlife is very important, it was impossible to spend a full night without being woken up several times.

The accommodation corresponds to the photos, the only catch is that he was dreaming of the fire alarm 40 minutes, and no matter what I wrote I did not get a reply... the rest was perfect, very well located, clean, comfortable bed. What I said, with a little more communication it would have been fabulous!

This place was great value for money, and then some. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you would need to cook all your meals, bathroom clean and the remainder of the apartment was very tidy and organised with no clutter. Complementary breakfast was a fulfilling bonus, also. The only downside to our stay was the fact that our room (room 1) was the first that you encounter, as you enter the building. This meant we could hear anyone entering and exiting the building, as the door would slam if it wasn’t slowly closed, and we could also hear all conversations outside of the room, which made it somewhat difficult to rest easily, during the night.

Terrible experience. Was put in the room next to the main building door. Lots of noise from people coming in and out of the building slamming the door also at night. Very bad window sound insulation, as you can hear everything on the street even people talking, cars,bikes and rubbish collection at 4.30 am. Room always dark during the day, as the windows shutters are permanent and you can’t open them. 2 nights out of booked 3 we slept at this room where the lights were faulty and would goes on and off by itself during the night, which left us waking up at night up to 6 times. Felt extremely exhausted during the day, because of this terrible experience. They relocated us for 1 night to another room and promised to fix the lights issue in the meantime, however nothing was fixed and they put as back to the same room. Once we checked out and made a complaint, the host started to completely ignoring us and not replying Thanks to Airbnb customer service we managed to resolve the issue

We had a really lovely stay at Zzzing. It was a modern and clean room, there were plenty of towels (bathroom & pool) available, a hairdryer, crockery, cutlery, pans, tea towels, kitchen roll, shower gel, soap etc., and a surprise to us was the fresh continental breakfast which was most enjoyable. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful. Next time however, I would choose a room away from the front of the property due to the late night revellers returning in the early hours each night with no thought for anyone (not the fault of Zzzing) but with our room being at the front (with no glass in the window) and being located adjacent to the front door, meant we were disturbed requiring me to open open the shutters to politely ask people to be quiet but annoyingly they still banged the door shut without any consideration when they came in but they were extremely inconsiderate guests. Finally it was unfortunate we were there when building renovations began at 7.30am next door!

Would be happy to stay again - great location and very attentive staff who were caring towards my baby. I stayed for 3 weeks so the storage space was a bit limited for the time, but otherwise perfect. Staff provided a travel cot and highchair for my stay which was very helpful. There are stairs from front door to the residence which transfers into lift which doesn't always work - however this was only four or so steps so I was able to carry the buggy. There is a laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers which was free to use although no airers. Staff were incredibly friendly. Only downside of staying in room two - often hearing the door open for example when guests arriving after a night out - however it didn't wake the baby! Also sometimes being woken by workmen - earliest was 0655. I would definitely stay again (but probably a different room).

This is a modern, beautifully decorated apartment where you can find everything you need during your stay. It was clean, and the staff was always available and helpful. The location of this property was very convenient for exploring the entire island. There's also a bass with a patio and seating. The price also included breakfast - unfortunately montoton for a longer stay (the same every day). We are happy with your stay and will be happy to visit this place again:)

While we only stayed for a day, it was incredible. My partner and I had an amazing time there. It was peaceful and the getaway that we needed in order to spend some alone time together. We're a young couple, work and try to balance life and other things. We finally had the opportunity to spend time together uninterrupted and we will definitely treasure the time we spent in this Airbnb. I would definitely recommend it; clean towels for both the bathroom and the pool area, lots of comfort and quiet, pleasant surroundings and the Airbnb itself was beautiful. We felt welcome and loved the self-service. Will definitely book with Zzzing again!

My partner and I had a very nice stay. The housekeeper Irina (if I'm not mistaken) is such kind! Very accommodating to make sure our stay went smoothly. Bedroom level, very good amenities, modern, good bedding. Too bad there are no windows (ground floor) and there is noise in the hallway.

First day in Malta, tired from the trip we had some trouble finding the location as it was nowhere to be found on g-maps, had to check the check in mail. Hotel eterance doors are really big and heavy and tend to slam when closing on their own. Similar to room doors. Door locks are numpads which produce a high frequency beep when pressed which can be heard from inside of the room, as well as slamming of the doors. We were placed in a ground floor room which looked like it had windows with courtains on it, in reality it was a window to the boiler room. It felt like a basement. Toilet window led to the building shaft, no daylight. The rattling AC had to be on all the time to prevent the room feeling like a sauna. During the sleepless night I rebooked somewhere else and in the morning I called the host for cancellation. The "manager" told me they wouldn't refund us. Thankfully Airbnb staff promptly helped. Lost a whole day at Malta. Would not reccomend.

The accommodation was just as shown in the photos. It is well located, a stone's throw from a multitude of bars and restaurants and the bus. The swimming pool is nice (open until 8 pm), everything is clean, but unfortunately we had a room on the ground floor with no windows to let in daylight. We could hear all the noises in the corridor. The bed was not comfortable, and we were disappointed by the lower-quality breakfast: very little choice and only mass-produced products.

Good place to stay, had great facilities with swimming pool as well as breakfast. good location and walkable to lots of things and restaurants. Only downside was being in an apartment right by the front door and street, was very loud of people coming and going. Otherwise very good place!
