The apartment is clean, tidy and nice. The view of the harbour is breathtaking, especially at night. The location is perfect because the shop is 1 minute away, the beach is 10 minutes away, and small cafes are 2 minutes away. Every day after returning from the beach, the apartment was cleaned. Communication with the host was excellent; even at 3:00 in the morning, we received the information we needed to enter the apartment. I highly recommend it :)

The accommodation is as described and the team is responsive when communicating. Living in the city, we weren't particularly bothered by the noise from the street. The noise heard from the corridors and neighbouring rooms depended on the behaviour of the guests, which varied from night to night.

We had to wait exactly 3 p.m. to get an access code, which never actually appeared in their guest system because they were having technical issues. Waiting outside in 30-degree heat wasn’t fun. There was also no option for early check-in. Luckily, one of the guys working there helped us get into the room while we were desperately trying to reach the “emergency number,” which we couldn’t get through to for 20 minutes. And the response from the person in charge was, “Keep trying until you get through.” The room was clean, except for the towels, which were clean but had black stains on them. The air conditioning worked - in fact, most of the time it was very cold in the room. The view is great. But it’s quite noisy because of the busy street. We were there for just two days, but it was quite an experience. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay.

We had a really pleasant stay. The room was very nice, spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view that made the experience even more relaxing. The hotel's location is good, especially for those seeking peace and quiet. However, there are not many attractions or services in the immediate vicinity, so you need to take a bus or a taxi to get to St. Paul's. In any case, the connections are convenient and this was not a problem. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel for the quality of the property, the comfort of the rooms and the beautiful view.

The location is simply superb and the view is really beautiful – that alone makes the stay worthwhile! We also felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not always satisfactory during our stay. However, once we communicated our comments via chat, there was an immediate response and the issues were resolved to our satisfaction.

Clean apartment with a magnificent view of the harbour and the bay. However: - far too many messages that hinder simple and practical communication: 5 automatic messages with lots of instructions beforehand and in English – it's too much! Our only practical need was the access codes, and we only received them at 7:16 pm (fortunately, there was written communication (in English) with the central office – which was pleasant – and they were able to help us, but having to go through these steps is difficult and stressful). - AIR CONDITIONING NOT WORKING! We entered the room and it was overheated, even though the air conditioning was set to 18°C. We thought it had just switched on automatically. When we return at the end of the evening: the same. The ventilation was working, but the cooling wasn't. We had to sleep with the window open, in the heat, with earplugs in because of the traffic on the street. A bad night. DISAPPOINTED.

A very pleasant stay, the place was as described, with daily cleaning and a change of towels. The only downside, which is also an upside, is the location by the main road, which can be heard even from the 5th floor. If someone doesn't like noise, it's worth reconsidering this choice. However, it is not as large on the 5th floor as it is on the 1st floor – it is definitely louder downstairs. Plus, there are bus stops right next to the apartment, so you can easily get anywhere. The room was cleaned and the towels changed every day, and the gentleman working at reception was extremely helpful and courteous. He was always helpful and lent us socket adapters so that we could charge our phones and laptop (there are only English sockets there). Thank you very much for your help in many different situations <3

The accommodation has a really beautiful view. Downstairs is the main street, which is quite busy and busy. But it doesn't disturb inside. Equipped and clean apartment. Very nice room. Water was available at the reception and on the floor. We were only sorry to find that the same room was much cheaper on Booking. The accommodation is strategically located, close to Gozo, buses run right from the accommodation.

Our experience with Zzzing isn’t great unfortunately. We had to cancel after one night, the air conditioning in the room was very noisy and didn’t work properly. It made it difficult to sleep comfortably. In the morning the temperature was even higher. Bathroom floor and Shower was dirty and dusty. Under bed more dust. Bed frame broken 😠. The listening is situated on quite busty road. On the positive note the sea view was very nice, few bus stops in walking distance, little beach on the opposite side of the road.

Agree with the other reviews that maintenance is needed, I.e. Shower door is an issue, the curtains ripped, chairs chipped, bedding smells of cigarette smoke. It was very noisy outside till late and also could hear neighbours next door. The shower pressure and temperature was very good

I sincerely recommend the place when it comes to the view, the other aspects leave a lot to be desired, but if someone is looking for a place to sleep is as good as possible:) with the drawbacks: the bathroom needs to be refreshed, the trash can be broken, the torn curtains or the front falling off in the kitchen should be replaced. The location is ok, the stop under the building, there are often buses.

The environment of the accommodation is very good, beautiful view. However, the property requires maintenance. The paint needs to be redone, the chairs show a significant age. The sliding doors to the shower were damaged. The check-in instructions were unclear. At no point did we receive the number of our room. We arrived very late and had to call the reception. To top it off, the access code wasn't the right one. As a result, check-in is not really self-contained.

To escape. The apartment smelled like tobacco. What I didn't understand is the rating of this apartment? 4.7 for cleanliness? I only see one thing, the people who came to this apartment are not very clean… I took a lot of photos to prove my words about the hygiene of the apartment. I had read before booking “so many cafes, restaurants next door, great location” False. There are 2 cafes, 2 restaurants and 1 convenience shop. The neighborhood died from home. And finally the most negative and unpleasant point of this apartment is the soundproofing. It's pretty simple in fact, there's none. If you want to know the lives of your neighbors day or night or hear every car that passes on the busy road then book this apartment. I will still be kind, the only good thing about this apartment is the view and the kind gentleman who welcomed us on the first day.

My experience with Zzzing Malta was really positive. From the beginning, communication was excellent: the team was always available and present, making me feel followed at all times. The location of the house was perfect, with a wonderful sea view. Below the house I had a bus stop, very convenient to move anywhere, including direct connection to the airport, without having to change. I also really appreciated the convenience of having a small supermarket under the house, really convenient for any need. Also, the garbage collection service was ok: the boys used to pick it up every day. But what I appreciated most of all was the tranquility: I was able to work without any disturbance, in total serenity, and this was really important to me.

It was our first time to Malta and we had no idea where to stay but we were attracted to this site for the price and the view. To our surprise it was also right in front of a bus stop so transportation was easy. There is also walkable restaurants near by and a convenience store. The Airbnb was really clean and the host was always responsive. It came equipped with a kitchen as well with basic amenities to make meals in the apartment. I would say if you’re sensitive to noise, the walls are thin and there’s a busy street and bars nearby so that can be distracting for some. But we didn’t mind it at all! Would stay here again if we are ever in Malta.

I'll try to be clear and concise: Location: great , close to everything , easy access by transport , free parking nearby, close to restaurants, the view is very beautiful. The space: not soundproofed enough, whether it's the windows , the neighborhood, we hear the doors slamming , the people coming in and out of their home, even the neighbor's tv who lives normally. The bed creaked and had stains on the sheet… The bathroom: the joints were black and lacked cleanliness The place lacked equipment: hair dryer for example or products like salt pepper oil (something that if you buy from the store , for 3 days it will be too much , so we left the remaining water bottles as well as honey or tea for example for the next guests) When we arrived (at 4.45 p.m.) the possible Check-in was from 3 p.m., there was someone from the staff making food in the comfortable accommodation

There are a few problems that are present all over Malta (such as the quality of windows or the quality of tap water). These are also present here. But these did not bother us and comparatively this is a very nice accommodation. The host placed drink water for us and was very communicative. Checkin was easy. The view was amazing. We had a great time here.

Truly THE PLACE TO BE. The place where you have to sleep. Stunning views, the accommodation is tip top as in the photos... Comfortable bedding. I realled loved how clean the studio was. The views from my balcony was so stuuning. The sunrise and sun set was amazing too. I Came out every morning to get some dose of the sun. The lighting in the room was also good. Very clean house. He communicated so well with me and made sure i was ok. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook whilst holidaying. The hist kept water for me in the fridge when i arrived. It was so useful as my flight and bus to the apartment made me come in late, i was thirsty and that helped. There are two bus stops right in front of the apartment and you can get buses from there to any part of malta which was good. it has every amenities you want in a home. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this place to anyone. Truly home away from home

We had a great time. An easy and stress-free arrival thanks to the instructions sent a few days before the arrival. The apartment is very clean and matches the description and photos perfectly. Ideally located with a magnificent view that you don't get tired of. Close to bus stops, small shops and a very friendly restaurant/bar. We are delighted with our stay and if we were to come back it is certain that it would be here. You can go there without a second thought.

During check in, we had to get assistance from a staff member who contacted Zzzing as we were given no room number prior to arrival. This took approx. 25 minutes. The room had severe cleanliness issues. The shower basin sealant was completely black with mould and there was a patch on the ceiling. The bathroom bin was rusty. The toilet wasn’t properly cleaned. The kitchen extractor cover was hanging off. The bedsheet was marked. The microwave & hob were dusty/dirty. Some of the kitchen equipment wasn’t properly cleaned. The plug socket was cracked. Zzzing offered us a temporary room upgrade for two days, much nicer and cleaner but there were ants in the kitchen. They advised a team would be in to resolve the reported problems and we would return to our room but did not allow us to see the room until we were due to check back in to it, leaving us in limbo. We cancelled our stay due to uncertainty, AirBnB refunded the rest of our nights and compensated us for the two nights stayed.

Great property, however… The noise is a bit unbearable. You can hear everything from all other flats and get constantly woken up in the night from doors slamming and washing machines. Perfect property if you plan on staying out until 3am but would avoid due to the noise.

The place was lovely and better than a regular hotel, especially coupled with the fact you have a kitchen. The AC was also efficient and WORKED - a lot of places in Malta do not, I’ve stayed at many that don’t. View was awesome too. Nice location but need a rental car as it’s far from Valletta. Host was responsive and wanted to sort out issues as fast as possible so I have no doubts that if someonething went wrong you’d be ok, also the cleaning staff was lovely and helpful- making sure we got in and being sympathetic. Lovely furniture and decent space. The price was slightly high but for the money, it’s nice trust me. Would book again! Swaran.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this Airbnb. Stylish studio apartment, cute balcony, fantastic view, abundance of free parking around and a tiny beach right downstairs. - Having an AC was a blessing when traveling in July. - It was great to have an option to use washing machine and dryer free of charge. Only problem was that we lived on the same floor as the laundry room and people were slamming door when walking in and out. -Since we had a car, it was easy to commute, but I also saw a bus stop right downstairs, so for those without a car, it should be concomitant - There’s a convenience store just 2 minutes away, but the choice is limited. If you have a chance, go to Welbee's Supermarket - Mellieha. -If you want to go for a swim, you can do so right downstairs, but if you’re looking for an option with a sandy beach, go for Ghadira Bay. Overall, 5/5

Had a short but lovely time here in one of the rooms on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over the bay. Everything was perfectly cleaned, I just wish they had a few more cups/wineglasses in the kitchen and some more parking spots closer to the appartment. Besides from that we had absolutely nothing to complain and will definitely come back when we explore the rest of Malta!

Good location as it was beautiful. Had local swimming area, shop, cafe and more close by but still peaceful. Room as described. However we were disappointed to find the bed sheets were not clean and covered in hair, stains and noticeable smell. Had to clean our own sheets and when asked for a new set we were told more would be provided and they weren’t. Also the shower tray had a leak creating big puddles after every use. Overall, the stay was good 7/10.

The apartment was easy to access. The panoramic view and clean apartment except for the kettle and some spider web on the ceiling. Damaged hair dryer and loose shower cubicle which is a little dangerous because we could have been injured. Not bad in general. Overall, we would rate 3 out of 5 value for money, because it was a little expensive and at this price the apartment should have been level. No room service offered.

We had a problem with the apartment lock and the ring bell, that unfortunately was connected to the lights. However they respond immediately and came to help with the solutions. The apartment had just some little stain here and there but overall we can say it was clean, fully equipped, well located. We were happy with our accommodation! Thanks Zzzing!!

Only stayed one night before heading on our way home but the place was exactly what we needed. Super clean with all amenities to have a lovely last evening in Malta. The location is good but currently many amenities are shut. Luckily there is one open Italian restaurant, delicious, in walking distance and a supermarket nearby. A lovely walk nearby up the Roman road we took before heading to the airport as well as a swimming pool we saw by did not use.

Excellent service. I accidently locked my car keys into the room's safe and the management company sent a caretaker in the evening to rectify my clumsyness. The place is essentially a self catered hotel room. There is no reception but the rooms' doors can be operated remotely by the management company should you have any problems. Our room had a lovely view over the bay. Room was great.

I liked everything. Clean, nice sea view, calm place, bus stop nearby, even if we didn't use it, there are parking spaces nearby for the car. There are shops and bars nearby. I really liked that I didn't have to carry the key to the room, all the doors opened with a personal code. We recommend, and I hope to see you again, we were very satisfied.

the apartment itself was beautiful but we got a different room than the one we went for. because someone from the company was sick it seemed to us ideal that the bed on the bay spent but that was not the case. incoming ran stiff. the right information was apparently not played through to us so we were in front of a wrong room, luckily the cleaning help was there and could help us further. afterwards I received an email with the right instructions but it came so much too late. there was a dance café among us which we experienced some noise nuisance in the weekend. also the apartment is on a very busy job. in itself to be at peace of the stay but we had 3 stays in Malta and this was the least location and least personal. last downside was the luggage storage. The app said that luggage storage was possible, when I inquired about this, this was elsewhere in the area and paying.

This is a really lovely space with a great view of the bay from the balcony. The apartment was well equipped and the furnishings were very modern. The host was also very quick to respond to queries. Parking is available along the road just outside there is a convenience store and a couple of cafes very close by which do nice breakfasts. It's also a pleasant walk into St Paul's bay where there are many bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

A fabulous stay. Apartment was everything we needed and exactly as described. Hosts really responsive and dealt with queries immediately. A very pretty bay and exceptional view from balcony and from the inside table and chairs, and from the bed. Yes the traffic was noisy but didn't bother us and used ear plugs at night so all was fine. Strongly recommend the lical cafe / restauranr on the corber just a few metres away called Xemxija. Superb for full evening meals as well as lunches and cakes. So convenient that the bus stop is right outside the apartment.

Everything was well, except for the noise from main road. Its not like you cant sleep, but you can hear it and and makes whole sunrise breakfast on balcony thing bit less delightful. The apartament is very convenient located, close to the bus stop (directly bus to the airport), a shop and a bar. It is great if you want to go sightseeing Malta, cause there are a lot of buses almost everywhere. Check in was very easy and comfortable. A view from the balcony is amazing. Must tell that is quite noisy but I knew about it from others’ comments, wasn’t a problem for me. The balcony wasn’t cleaned.

Great host! The room was clean, towels were provided, and all the other amenities were provided. Cutlery, kitchen utensils. Stove, refrigerator, and microwave. What's more, there was even an iron and a hair dryer. In addition, there were two bottles of water, coffee, tea, salt, and pepper in the fridge. Plus, there's great wifi and a TV with Netflix. A great starting point, yes, on a rather busy street, but we didn't particularly mind. The parking spot was very easy to find if not under the apartment, on the street, on the designated fields where you can park peacefully. I highly recommend it to anyone, a fair price for such comfort. Plus the view from the balcony! Bomb!

Nice place, looked like the pictures. For the view alone, you could give 5 stars. The street is actually a bit noisy downstairs. But that's not what I think is because of the space. There is a lot of traffic on the island in general with appropriate noise. If you close the window, the volume for sleeping is quite acceptable. The location is also very nice, there are several bus stops nearby, one of which is right in front of the door. Dining and shopping facilities, as well as nature, everything is available within a few hundred meters. So all we were satisfied.

We spent three days in this facility. Checking goes smoothly with door codes, but earlier check-in is not possible. The codes don't work until the scheduled time. The apartment is beautifully bright and offers breathtaking views of the bay. In the morning you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise. The apartment is well equipped. The street running under the house is relatively noisy, but it did not bother us. We were really looking forward to our stay, but we had to find a moldy shower right after check-in. Unfortunately, the communication with the team was very unsatisfactory, we were promised a cleaning, but it never happened. Below, our messages were completely ignored, so we had to involve AirBnB. That's very unfortunate because the apartments are really nice. Because of this experience, I wouldn't book again.

The view from this apartment is just amazing. The studio is very large + two tables one inside and the other very convenient outside. A lot of dishes but no coffee machine. The studio itself is very good for the price, but the noise in the evening when it's the unbearable weekend if you want to rest.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay. The room is incredible, very clean, new, modern, and with a stunning view of St. Paul’s bay. A little Far from the main attractions but I didn’t mind being away from the crowds. Bus stops right in front of the door which also takes you directly to the airport. Laundry machines available with laundry detergent available. Traveling around Europe for a month, I can’t tell you how thoughtful that was. Quiet, safe area. Convenience store located 2 doors down, and great restaurants around. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Brilliant location. Brand new apartment building, full of electronics, direct view of the bay. Plus the sunrise for free. You can sunbathe through an open balcony window without even getting out of bed. Perfect communication with the airport one line X1. Instant escapes up the island. In 20 minutes by bus to Paradise Buy Beach, Popeye Village. I recommend hiking to the monolithic caves practically under the nose and then 3 kilometers through the hill to IR-Ramia, and further towards Rock Cut. Close to a shop, restaurant, and a booth with good sandwiches. Professional and instant service I recommend to everyone

The apartment is small,for two people it is fine. It is furnished in a modern way, the utensils made available are the bare minimum, but all working and in great condition. In our case we couldn't find salt, oil, vinegar, so stop at the supermarket if you plan to cook. The only real problem we have encountered is the insulation of the door, in fact you can hear the outside noise and from the other apartments. Overall very nice and I would go back!

We booked this place with my wife for our one week Christmas holiday in Malta. Wasn’t a great experience to actually live there, to be honest. We heard every sound our neighbors made, every single iPhone alarm in the morning and it wasn’t even the worst sound we heard. Each smell was filling the whole building (elevator, hallway, our room). At night light was coming through the door to the apartment so it was hard to get to sleep. No curtain in the shower, so each time it caused us additional headaches how to get rid of the water on the floor. Still no salt and pepper, 3 instant coffee shoots and 3 packs of sugar, that’s it. Except that, the view was magnificent, toaster was great, laundry room – wish every bnb would have one. In general, wasn’t the best experience.

5th floor apartment with beautiful views of both the sea and the mountain. Slightly noisy with a busy road at the foot of the building. The walls are not very thick. Parking is available behind the building for free. But perfect stay when you stay just to sleep.

Spent a couple nights here towards the beginning of our trip in Malta - we were very pleasantly surprised by an extremely clean apartment with exactly what we needed, including a comfortable bed, AC, a balcony, a kitchen with an oven, and toiletries including a bar of aloe vera soap! It is easy access from a side street with parking available either directly in front of or nearby the entrance (this is in mid November.) Very happy to have chosen this place and definitely recommend it to others if staying in this area.

I recommend this very well located accommodation and breathtaking sea views. Close to the bus stop. Saint Paul Bay is a fairly quiet town and in November few restaurants are open. But with the bus downstairs, we can quickly get to the other cities. By bus we did the whole north, east and west of the island. We were very well placed 🤗 we had a great holiday 😁

We really enjoyed our stay. The bus stop is right in front of the building which is perfect! The room was like expected. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning on the balcony. Traffic was loud, but it was okay because our room was on the 4th floor and we knew that before booking because of the other comments. It would be nice if there is at least salt, pepper and oil in the kitchen, so that not everyone has to buy stuff like that for themselves. All in all we would definetly book the Apartment again!

The stay at this apartment was very nice! We were on the 5th floor (highest floor) and had a very nice view. The bus stop was right outside the door and due to the regular trips of many buses, you could reach every place relatively quickly. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. Check-in went smoothly. Since we reached the apartment before 3 pm, we were offered to leave the luggage in the room. There are few negative points. The shower could not be completely closed, so water ran out of the shower, even the toilet paper is quickly scarce for 9 days for 2 people. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay in Malta and would recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to have it a little quieter and something away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

The accommodation is very well located by the sea. Access to the residence and studio is via a keypad which is very convenient! A bus stop sits at the foot of the accommodation with a direct line to go to the airport. The residence has a lift. The studio has a balcony, which offers an incredible view of Saint Paul Bay. The street is quite busy but I didn't find it disturbing! The bed is very comfortable, there is Netflix and prime video on the TV which is very large. The bathroom is very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils. It may be missing pepper/oil/salt... In short, everything is perfect, I recommend this accommodation, you will be very comfortable there! Personally, if I come back to Malta, I already know that I will stay in this accommodation again!!!

It's more of a hotel than classic Airbnb, the room was pleasant, bathroom and shower good. The cooking facilities are limited, but you can prepare something warm for two people. The location is very convenient, but you have to know that the road under the balcony is one of the main arteries of the islands, so the noise level is accordingly. Checking in and the lock codes are very practical. Overall, the accommodation deserves a good 4 stars.

Was very pleased with the cleanliness of the apartment, and the view of the sea was exactly what I expected. The smart lock is perfect for me as I do tend to forget things like my keys back home! If and when I do come back to Malta I’ll be staying again!

Amazing experience in every way possible. Special shout-out to the spectacular view. We ended up having breakfasts and dinners in the balcony just to enjoy the view to the fullest. If I ever come back to Malta I will definitely want to repeat.

Great apartment. Bus stops are next to the building, busses go very often and can get you to Valletta in under an hour, to Cerkwa to get a ferry to Gozo/Comino in under 30min. 10min bus to Golden Bay, a nice beach with a great view of the sunset from the top of the hill next to the beach. Very convenient and modern way of entering the building and the flat itself. Nice local cafe 2min walk where you could get a nice meal any time of the day.

We had a great stay here, everything was brand new and the balcony overlooking the harbour was a great addition and a lovely place to spend breakfast or dinner. Some of the reviews mention the busy road but we didn't have any problems at all with the noise. The owners were very quick in getting back to us when we contacted them and we would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Malta! 5*

Zzzing is a good service, but lacks the personal touch of other air bnbs due to the corporate automated systems. Having said that, the room itself was as described, very clean and had all of the amenities that you would need (although no dishwasher, despite this being advertised). The apartment block is on a main road however, with the doors shut and the AC on, it wasn’t at all loud.

Was not able to sleep first 2 nights because of the heat and felt like shit the other day... With a brand new AC and the bedroom in the living area they should be able to bring the temp. down to at least the industry standard of 16-19 degrees. Sadly it was at 22 Degrees which is way to hot, especially if you like sleeping with a quilt. Also this was like the temperature outside at night so what's the use.... Only after 2 days and repeatedly asking for a ventilator they suddenly were able to bring it down to the bare minimum of 19 degrees. Still a bit too hot if you ask me as other hotels inn Malta do offer 16 degrees. For the rest everything was perfect though. Clean and amazing view from the balcony. Just hope they keep it at 19 or bring it even more down to improve the experience for the next guests...

My girlfriend and I booked the apartment as our base for a week-long discovery of Malta. I recommend you to download the Zzzing app into smartphone as it comes with some discounts to nearby beach club (we had) and other info. The check in is via a code entered on a keyboard next to the door. The apartment location is very good, just in the St. Pawls Bays, the bus stop (Roti) is just few meters away which directly connects you to airport and other locations as well. Location of the apartment building is also the only con here: It is located just next to a busy road, so expect traffic noise non-stop, or close the balcony door and keep the AC running all the time. A convenience shop and wine shop are just next door also. The apartment is like a hotel room, enough big for a couple, nice, clean and with a small kitchen corner equipped with all you need to prepare some breakfast or nice dinner. Having breakfast on the balcony while watching the sunrise was truly wonderful. Wi-Fi was working and was pretty fast.

Great apartments with a stunning view. Lots of free parking in the street. Rooms have aircon, fridge, kettle, hairdrier and the hosts provide towels. There is also a convenience store right beneath the apartments and a few restaurants walking distance. The town is quite quiet (other than one street which has a few restaurants and bars) but if, like us, you are looking to get away from crowds and are not interested so much in the nightlife, the area is perfect. Also very close to the ferry terminal where you can hop on to Gozo Island. Entrance to the building and to your flat is completely key-less (there are digital locks to enter), so check-in and check-out are very easy.

The flat is beautiful, cleaned well and was perfect for our last 2 nights in Malta. The balcony was a nice treat. I didn’t realise that the flat is on top of a busy main road when booking but this was not a problem for us. This didn’t disturb us at night and we’d be happy to stay again in the future.

Excellent accommodation, the location is right next to a major bus stop, so you can travel all over Malta easily. The view is excellent and there is a local shop and cafe very close by. I had a brilliant holiday and would recommend staying here to anyone

Really pleasantly suprised. It was clean and well looked after. Everything seemed new. Great location on the island, especially if you have a car because you can park it anywhere for free. It was easy to access and had everything we needed. Be aware that access to the building is behind the main road. It has a nice little coffee machine with a local convience store close by. We started each morning sat on the balcony, overlooking the bay with a fresh coffee. Highly reccomended!

Great view, great service, staff extremely nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and equipped as described. There is even the possibility to wash the laundry yourself for free in the house (detergent is provided). We always got a parking space right outside the door and the bus stops are also just a short step away. The only negative thing is that you can't switch the light on and off on the balcony in the evening, it switches on automatically. We highly recommend this flat!

Very nice and clean apartment with a beautiful sea view. Parking can be found directly on the main highway in front of the house or in nearby side roads. 3 minutes walk there is a convenience store with all necessary products. In addition, there is a small swimming area down by the water. I would definitely recommend this apartment! :)

The apartment was very nice and clean. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Having breakfast there or drinking a wine in the evening is fantastic. There are plenty of parking spaces, we had to walk a maximum of 400 m. In the immediate vicinity there is a pit stop and a small convenience store where you can stock up on drinks The room we got, however, was different from what was shown in the pictures. From the equipment, we didn't miss anything, the good air conditioning saved us some evenings.

Nice accommodation, beautiful views, well equipped, friendly staff and quick with the necessary requests (stay needs), quiet and well connected place. The only drawback you can get to have is check out time, and not being able to leave your bags at the hotel, since if you have a late flight you have to leave with everything and it is a tremendous charge. On the other hand, Paola is a very nice host who responds quickly and solves any kind of doubt that may arise. We will be back☺️ 100% recommended accommodation

The apartment is exactly what it promisses to be. Set in a pleasant area with good infrastructure (according to Maltese standards :D), accessible by car or public transport. There are nice beaches and places worth visiting nearby. It is also close to Gozo, if you fancy a visit. The apartment itself is new and well-equipped with everything you might need. There’s a convenience store right next to the apartment complex, several cafes and restaurants of decent quality are within walking distance. The check in is smooth. The only negative, which was very surprising to me is that there were no batteries in the remote control. When I wanted to buy some, the cashier told me that they no longer make or use AAA batteries. Soo, bring your own I guess haha. Overall, a stay you won’t regret :)

The accommodation is identical in every way to the photos. Very clean, nicely decorated, functional, with a perfect bathroom. The view is superb on the bay. A small supermarket just downstairs allowed us to find everything we needed. The swimming area in the bay a few meters away is very nice too. We had no trouble finding a parking space on the street just down the street the 2 nights. Just a small downside for the noise generated by the constant flow of cars passing underneath. It spoiled the pleasure of breakfast on the balcony a little.

Beautiful apartment overlooking San Pawl il-Baħar. In front of the house there are bus stations and a small supermarket, where you can get everything you need. Check-in was easy and the apartment and balcony were really clean. A bit far away for sightseeing spots but everything can be reached by taxi or bus.

The flat is great value for money - clean, exactly like the photos and has a beautiful view. It’s a great base to visit the northern areas of the island and only a short drive away to Valleta. Plenty of street parking as well for those renting cars. Communication with Zzzing was quick and simple. Had a fantastic time!

Beautiful and clean accommodation with the most spectacular view. Couldn’t recommend it more. They have plenty of free parking available nearby and there’s a small beach just in front. They have a balcony where you can enjoy the view of the bay. The building is extremely clean new built with check-in codes for all the doors so you don’t need to worry about a key. Also, there’s a shared laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron which made our stay even easier.

I loved the balcony right at St. Paul’s Bay, overlooking the boats parked across the bay. You can watch sunrise from the balcony and see the glimmering lights in the water at night. You can easily walk down to have a swim and snorkel at the bay or have a dinner/drinks at a couple of restaurants walking distance. Not as busy as other locations. The building is right at the beginning of the historical Xemxija walking trail. Bus stop is in front of the building—extremely convenient X1 bus takes you directly to the airport in an hour for 2eur. There are buses to Valletta as well as Mdina. The bed and bedding is very comfortable and overall the studio is new with modern decor. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable apartment with magnificent views! Impeccably clean, located on the 4th floor with elevator and parking in front of the building. It is close to the main attractions of Malta. The road at the bottom of the building has heavy traffic which causes discomfort when we are on the balcony but no discomfort in the apartment! Great value for money!

Beautiful view from the bed or balcony. Nice to have your dinner on the balcony. Kitchen equipment is enough for making breakfast, lunch or dinner – you have all you need. Bed is wide and comfortable. Mattress is modern foam 😊 Toilet is very nice, bright and clean. Towels are very good – cotton. Wardrobe is big enough, even for the winter. You can wash, also tumble-dry your laundry every day. The host left washing liquid free for use. Central cooling – superb! The building is perfectly clean thanks to the good staff.

The room is perfect, exactly as expected. The view is wonderful. Location was also great for us, as we spend some time in Comino and Gozo. The check-in was very easy and practical. Easy to park nearby if you decide to rent a car. Paola and Mark were always available and very fast to reply to our messages. We definitely recomend.
