Don't make a reservation, you will regret it!!! Very bad and awful room I couldn't get into the room I paid for, they didn't give me the room's entrance codes, I waited at the door, I couldn't get in, my money was wasted and I had to go and make a reservation at another hotel, communication is zero, they never return your messages customer representatives are beyond awful, arrogant and ignorant I couldn't get in and they contacted me the next day for the room code and the reservation period had already expired I paid for a room I couldn't get into Don't make a reservation, you will regret it!! Also, customer representatives constantly lie and talk as if they did things they didn't do Very bad, awful host

The apartment has humidity issues, which cause a permanent bad smell. The information provided about the building access codes was inaccurate, as the app only provides a code to access the room but not the building. In winter, cold air seeps in because the windows are not properly sealed.

As already mentioned in many other reviews, it was indeed not really clean here. Especially the shower I found a bit dirty. Cheap and easy to check in yourself with the codes you get in advance. We have not been in contact with the host /staff. Unfortunately, there is little to do in the immediate vicinity. Ferry to Valletta is only a 10-minute walk away. Was ok for 1 night.

Be careful when you book the room the pictures don’t show you that they give you room number 2 with beautiful view on the ground floor street and garbage, so a lot of noise, you pay and tell you that they can do anything, because fist booked first served! And you get a noisy room in ground floor.

I was originally booked to stay at this location in Sliema, and then Zzzing contacted me telling me that they needed to move me somewhere close (St Paul’s Bay—25 min) because of a tech issue. I asked multiple questions in which I was told there would be a car service for me at the airport because I was worried about cost difference now that they changed me. When I got to the place in St. Paul’s Bay, the main door was unlocked ( no need for the key they provide) and there was stacked up trash. I then walked upstairs into the Air bnb and found stains everywhere, an off putting smell, and that our balcony door wouldn’t lock. I would also like to mention that the door into the airbnb had undergone visible damage and looked like someone tore open the door. As a college student and someone who values security, this was unbelievable. I would not leave my valuables in there nor feel safe to stay and Zzzing has done nothing but push me off. I left—night 1–paid a lot more money somewhere bette

Arrived on time for check in and was able to get into shared living space. However we were not told our room number and had to wait on the phone for nearly 30 minutes just to get the room number. Besides check in everything was clean and location was nice.

days before arrival, i was asking for a 2nd blanket with sheets. In the wardrobe, there was a 2nd blanket to find but without sheet. Light in the halway did not function as we arrived late night. The email with Infos for door code was misunderstandable. And no info about which room nummer is ours. We had to try all doors. Anyway, nice women in the morning who cleans the place. She did not know about 2nd blanket from the communication from the Company. just for sleep was ok. check in was on-line and stressfull as well, as I had to Film in a lot of Infos and upload a photo of m ID, could be easier. Also, i asked to prolong for 2 nights, was not posdible even if another room was available. but was afrsid to have to Film out again the upload Papers. In the end, switching to another place the other night directory in valletta City Center was perfect! would not come again.

Host was very friendly & helpful, provided all information and offered help for transport. Room somewhat clean, bed sheets were stained on arrival and had a huge hole in it. It was quickly changed after complaint but this should’ve been thrown out and never put on in the first place. We got a different the room than what was actually advertised. Looked similar but not the same room as on photographs. It’s also quite noisy, from the room with closed doors and windows we could hear the main door opening and other neighbours in the building.

The place was beautiful. The location was great, walkable and also near many bus stops. Upon arrival it was clean and the check-in is very smooth. The only downside was that it was a little bit cold as the air conditioning did not keep the place warm despite being on the highest setting. Other than that it was a great stay.

Check in process was difficult which meant unable to check in till morning. However outside of that the airbnb was nice and had all amenities needed for a few nights stay. It is also well located just 5 minutes from the sea and near to shops and restaurants.

Very good welcome, responsive in terms of responses, we had a pleasant stay on a quiet street. Close to the port and close to the vallette as well as the main nightclubs (quickly accessible by electric scooter for example). Equipped with an air conditioning that works great and is essential during a heatwave. There are even adapters for French plugs. Nothing to expect. Just arrange with the housekeeper (very nice) to change the bath towels and toilet paper. I would recommend this price range.

I stayed 4 nights in Sliema with a friend. The host was always quick to respond, even when I could no longer find the email with the room access codes. The room was clean, unique, very damp (humidity that also affected the sheets). Otherwise the stay was great, clean accommodation, well-functioning kitchen. Sleep quality I would give 4/5 just because you often hear noises coming from the street, like people screaming or confusing (clearly it's not the host's fault, with earplugs the problem is absolutely solved). The area is moved compared to the long sea and this makes it a much quieter accommodation than many others - but be ready to make a nice climb to reach it! Ultimately, I recommend it!!

honestly, it was the best experience I had ever since I started to use Airbnb, the place was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed inside the studio. great communication, I only didn't had luck with the TV and they visited the place to fix it 3 times which was very kind of the host! I felt home and would 💯 recommend anyone to enjoy there, after you check out there are resection airia that you can rest to wait your flight if your flights departure is 1 or 2 hours later than your checkout. it would be nice if the toilet at the resection was accessible :) Big thanks to Dejana who was on the phone whenever I wanted help :)

The stay at this studio went well and the proximity to the seaside and public transport was very convenient. The value and amenities were very good. Just make it clear that the neighborhood is a little noisy, I would just recommend taking some quiescent balls. I thank Zzzing for the stay.

We checked into the room at night, the room was very cold, the air conditioning didn't turn on, the water was ice cold and the apartment was very damp (even the bedding was a little humid). We wrote to the host and he replied that you need to turn on the boiler, but it never got busy until the morning As it turned out later, there were some malfunctions and the host promised to call a master But we were very cold at night, so we canceled our reservation in the morning After communicating with Airbnb support, we were promised a partial refund

Nice place and location, however bathroom had mould and could have been cleaner. Check in was difficult when we were not advised that the lock wouldn’t open til 3pm, and were locked out of the apartment after multiple failed attempts. This would have been no issue, had the owner have advised us on this when we told them we’d check in earlier.

The air conditioning in the apartment was broken and on the first night the owner quickly changed the room for us temporarily and promised it would be fixed the next day, but the truth was not and we had to put up with high temperatures for the night.The host was very difficult to contact, basically not responding on the platform, and while the host changed a better room for us afterwards to be commendable, it can't be denied that this delayed my limited vacation, so I had to give a business comment.The room in the apartment was clean but not well insulated and also damp in July, hoping to make improvements.

Great stay in this apartment: location (restaurant, ferry, supermarket, park...) Only small problem, remember to turn on the “water heater” switch between the front door and the bathroom door to have hot water. Otherwise everything was perfect 😉👍🏼 I recommend without worries

The stay was pleasant in general, very clean and nice room. Perfect for midnight arrival! I do recommend the place with note: the water in the bathroom was warm not hot as me and my partner prefer. But still it wasn't such big deal. Great value for the money!

- Cleanliness could’ve been a little better, loooooots of hair in the bathroom (shower, sink, floor). The smell from the bathroom pipes was horrible! No way to get rid off it during stay, because there’s no way to let some fresh air in. Very very humid room. + Pretty cheap with good location, there’s lidl and some other convince stores nearby, many buses stops. Very easy communication, has few questions when we arrived and got an answer within 10 minutes. If you’re looking for a place to stay during the night and travel during the day, I would totally recommend for that price! Overall i’d give it 7.5/10!

The place in general is correct. I think they should improve on arrival, communication, and “verify” that all devices are working and are set up properly. * no one upon arrival, just an email with 2 access codes. * unconfigured tv and remote controls (from Google tv and air conditioner) without batteries. I had to buy myself until you came. It also has to set up my own Google account. * 1 day without hot water. It took them 48 hours to respond to messages by Airbnb (which is the right way to communicate), 48 to set up the TV and put batteries on the controls and 24 hours a day to fix the lack of hot water.

The room is basic but you have everything you need. The check-in is uncomplicated and I got answers very quickly. However, I had to wait outside for 15 minutes because the electricity was down and the electric lock didn't work. Unfortunately, the walls in the bathroom were full of mold in our room. So it was impossible to stay there. The host was understanding and we got our money back right away. If the mold, doesn't get removed, I can't recommend this accommodation at all. Sorry.

The only thing that was uncomfortable was the road works in the area - which shall be temporary. I’d come back definitely once the road works are finished!!

is a great value for money apartment, main aspect the location and cheap prize with good facilities. however the parking around the area was really difficult and there are quite a few steep streets to climb if you park too far away. we had a bit of trouble with that if we were carrying stuff back and forth to the car. also the area was in road development all around so there were some noises and dust in the streets.

i was very disappointed with the accommodation. the room was extremely humid. As soon as you enter the stairwell to access the bedrooms, the smell of humidity stings your nose. all my clothes, even in my suitcase smelled of humidity. i only stayed there for 1 night instead of the 4 booked. i informed the host who told me to turn on heating by pressing the sun button in the air conditioning but no sun button. in short, extremely disappointed, I will not go back there again. very noisy also you can hear everything that is said in the hallway and outside (work from 6:30 am...)

Good location walking 5 minutes to the sliema center . There are supermarkets restaurants around here but very quiet in the night . Room with fully equipped kitchen that is very convenient to prepare something. Highly recommend!

Good location, fast and efficient service, clean room. Negative point, no hot water or very little hot water for showers and light from the fire escape very disturbing for sleeping. In addition, we had to buy batteries for the remote control ourselves. But there is still free access to YouTube and netflix via Smart TV

The location of the place was great. Everything was clean and their was plenty of space. My girlfriend had many difficulties with the hot water in the shower and the room itself was exceptionally humid and cold. Normally this wouldn’t be too much of a concern, but the humidity literally warped our passports. The community kitchen isn’t much of a kitchen, only a microwave and toaster. Be aware, there is heavy duty construction outside. The loudest noises I’ve ever heard outside of a concert. The lady who cleaned the rooms was super friendly and kind, as we accidentally slept through check-in, but she was forgiving and accepting! Probably wouldn’t stay again, though.

The apartment is well located. Everything seems to believe that everything is secure: code for the main entrance and code for the room. But big surprise when we returned from the evening, the door to our room was open! Having 2 laptops, we were sure we closed the door! After thinking about it, we understood that we could enter our room without a code!! We tried it and amazing but true... thankfully nothing was stolen from us... So too bad, the apartment is good but zero security level!!! I warned the ZZZing twice, but I didn't get any feedback from them, except to put in a review...

Great location and they were super helpful when I had an issue checking in! Cleanliness could have been better (lots of short hairs in the sink when I arrived) and was only provided with 1 towel for 2 people. But other than that the accommodation was great and I would definitely use them again! (Be warned it is at the top of a verrrry steep hill!!)

Decent Airbnb in shared space, hotel style but with self check-in and no staff around to provide guidance. Check-in was fairly straightforward although walking out door locking mechanism was a bit hit and miss. The locking system didn’t feel particularly secure but didn’t have any issues whilst I was there. I felt it was pricey for the accommodation and facilitates provided. Wasn’t particularly clean in the room itself as there were someone else’s underwear under the pillow when I arrived. Location can’t be faulted though as easy to get to the bay etc.
