Overall, I rate the stay positively. We had a problem at check-in because our door code didn't work, but the problem was resolved fairly quickly. The receptionist helped us and gave us a new code for the door. However, contact with the helpline needs to be improved – no one answered us or called us back. If it hadn't been for the other guests in the building, we wouldn't have entered it. The very beginning of the stay was not very pleasant - there was an unpleasant smell, but fortunately it was possible to air it out. A cooker that wasn't working - fortunately, this problem was quickly resolved. The floor is quite dirty - you can't walk barefoot because you have to wash your feet every now and then. Despite everything, it was quite clean and pleasant. We had a good stay, and the view from the window was beautiful. This is not a place for people who like complete peace and quiet, due to the busy street right in front of the building. I slept with earplugs in and it was okay, but without them I wouldn't have been able to fall asleep here. The noise is bearable, but I wouldn't recommend it to people who like silence. It didn't bother us and we had breakfast on the balcony :)

The accommodation is in a good location as a starting point for trips; the bus stop is right by the house. On the downside, the road in front of the house is definitely very busy. The apartment's fittings have certainly seen better days and would definitely need replacing.

The location and the view from the window were the only positive things about this Airbnb. Unfortunately, everything else was very disappointing. The apartment looked old, poorly maintained, dirty, and very uncomfortable to stay in. It did not match our expectations or the impression given in the listing photos. We also had problems during check-in. We were given the wrong code for the main entrance and had to wait outside for around 15 minutes while trying to contact the host, but we received no response during that time. The furniture and facilities felt worn out and overused, and overall the place did not feel welcoming or relaxing at all. We were honestly very disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this property to others.

A great place for a short getaway. Very good location, right next to a bus stop. A beautiful view outside the window. Unfortunately, the beds need to be replaced. It would be worth taking a look at the cleanliness of the apartment, as there is a lot of room for improvement in this area. It would also be great to provide adaptor plugs for guests with standard European sockets. Rather limited range of kitchenware. Nevertheless, the quality is in line with the price, so for a short stay, I would definitely recommend this apartment.

I did not receive the codes as expected so I wrote to customer service who sent them to me but nothing else to say, it's not the same bathroom as in the photos but it's not an important point. Well located accommodation, clean and really worth the price plus the water is free. I had a nice stay and will come back if possible.

I can't give a high rating because the apartment is already quite worn out, the bed linen is dirty, one of the safes is broken, there are no glasses, the cleanliness in the whole apartment is 3 stars. On the day of arrival we received apartments not those shown in the photo (on the second floor), but on the ground floor.

The view is beautiful and the bed linen and towels were clean – but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. From the second day, the AC started to emit a strong sewage-like smell. The floors were extremely dirty – after minutes barefoot, our feet were black, so we had to wear shoes indoors. There’s visible mold in the bathroom, and the fridge barely cools, while the freezer doesn’t work at all. We only realized the full extent of the issues after the first night. While we did our best to manage, the condition of the apartment doesn’t reflect what was promised in the listing. Without Airbnb’s intervention, the price would have been far too high for what was offered – we’re thankful they adjusted it. Conclusion: Nice view and clean linens, but serious hygiene and maintenance issues. Not recommended unless major improvements are made.

In terms of location, Valetta is 30/50 minutes away from St. Julian's by bus, but if you want a place with a view of the city, it is definitely preferred. There is a lot of car horn noise in the morning, but it is tolerable against the view of the port

The apartment was spacious, light and great views over the bay. It is on a busy street with traffic noise most of the day. Having an elevator is a plus for the upper floors. Parking around the area was good and free. Good places to eat and drink and a wonderful well stocked convenance store very close to the apartments. A good place to stay and explore for a couple of days. Recommended.

Great location, good starting point. The apartment is spacious and clean. There's no shoe rack and shoe rack in the hallway and a larger broom to clean the floor. Plus, the view 👌 and the rest 😍 The closest neighborhood of the apartment-more restaurants, and the only one actually open near Xemxija didn't delight us and I generally rate it at 3 (1-5) We recommend food about 3km from Saint Paul's Bay and Travellers Restaurant

Everything is perfect. The only thing missing is cleaning supplies. You can't clean anything if you don't even have a bucket, but otherwise everything is great. Nice views, cafes nearby, a shop nearby, everything's fine.

Good view of waters from balcony. We stayed for 3 nights with children. Never had to call host as everything is in place as mentioned in description and got clear instructions. Cozy beds for sound sleep, Washroom has all essentials, Kitchen has facility to Cook. Bus stop just in 60 meters, grocery stores & many restaurants are just 10 minutes walk away. Very good experience. Thanks a lot!

Great apartment, clean, big rooms with loads of space if you were basing yourself there for a longer stay - and lovely view of the harbour from the main rooms. Large comfy sofa bed too. We got parking within 50m but its a busy spot so I guess it may not always be so easy. The distance into the main town/ strip of St Paul’s is maybe a just a little too far to walk regularly.

Miserable experience. Check-in information was woefully inadequate. There were two different street addresses, with two different numbers. The 'how to get in' instructions included a code for the main door, but no apartment number was provided and no code for the apartment door. The apartment itself is a good size, but decrepit and depressing. The furniture is rudimentary and beaten-up, and the appliances rusty and ill-functioning. The floors are chipped all over and there are patches of damp at the entrance and in the kitchen cupboards. Everything looks tired and worn (this is not evident from the official photos).  The cleanliness at least was generally fine, apart from some long hairs in the shower. As others have noted, the building is on a main road and has poor sound insulation, so don't count on getting much sleep. The apartment is cheap, but you get what you pay for (or a little less in this case). Best avoided.

We had the pleasure of spending four nights here, and the only thing that really impressed us was the view from the balcony. In the bathroom, there was a huge patch of mould right above the shower. The toilet ran continuously throughout the entire time we were there, resulting in a non-stop noise. In the evening, the balcony was covered in mosquitoes, which made it practically unusable. The reception was unmanned for the entire five days, and the online support via the app, which promises 24-hour availability, was also utterly incompetent. Our flight was delayed due to a strike, and the staff didn't seem in the slightest interested that we urgently needed accommodation for a further two days. In general, it seemed to us that, due to the location and the relatively new-looking building, there was an assumption that guests would come anyway and that therefore no real effort was needed in terms of customer satisfaction.

The accommodation is true to the photos. A little worried when I saw that the apartment is on the ground floor, however the view remains magnificent. Small negative point, the bathroom/wc is small. The well-equipped kitchen and the large balcony a real pleasure. The street is quite noisy but once the window is closed, calm is present. The accommodation is close to all amenities. we were about 15 minutes by car from all the places visited. from Stpaul we did diving as well as the catamaran to go to gozo and blue lagoon, Golden Bay beach is just as beautiful. the host is very responsive and attentive. we had a good time with a nice time. what a pleasure to have breakfast with beautiful sun with sea views. I recommend

Apartment lovely, clean and spacious. We even had the sofa converted into a second large double bed. The kitchen is well equipped, and from the balcony, you have a lovely view of the bay. Unfortunately, the flat is on a very busy street, but we still slept well at night with the windows closed. The bathroom was clean, but unfortunately there is a large black mould stain above the shower. It would be good if that could be removed.

Firstly, unresponsive host, 1 hour delay, response after 5 hours, we have a response, we enter the establishment, someone who does not speak English, only Albanian, so complicated. In addition, photos that do not look like the apartment, cubic shower and not in an arc so smaller, seal not glued at the toilet and also shower, kitchen that does not look like the photos when the kitchen tiles break, stain on the curtains, bay windows with large visible traces, hand stain in the room on the paint, paint badly applied. When we arrived, everything was fine. Then our room was full of water. When we called, the housekeeper came and cleaned it. They said they could move us to another room (which is smaller and has no balcony or view). We asked for an early check-out rather than a refund because of what had happened. They said OK, and we agreed that it would be at 2 p.m. Then, on the last morning, the guy who cleans comes into the room without knocking or ringing the bell and says we have to leave ASAP because no one told him. I contacted them, and they didn’t respond for an hour, then they said they couldn’t do anything for me, even though we have written evidence that they said late check-out was possible. Then we asked for a refund because of the room and everything and of course they never responded. Never here again

Overall, it was amazing great location on the edge of the bay. Lots of things around and easy parking plus the buses all passed right in front. A few items in the room didn’t work but they changed our room so it was ok. Also, there was some sand from previous guests but they sent someone in right away to reclean the room.

Beautiful view in the evening and especially in the morning with the sun coming home from the large bay windows. Large and fully equipped surfaces, air conditioning, including USB wall outlets and UK/EU adapter. 2 small balconies for 2 and 3 people seated. Slightly noisy with the road below but with a pair of earplugs, it's perfect. Elevator and parking space on the street. Several restaurants and apparently festive bars in summer nearby.

Absolutely great. We spent one night here on a whistle-stop tour of Malta and we were not disappointed. The views were amazing and the apartment was spacious, clean and was perfect for the 2 of us. There is a bus stop right outside to get around the island easily and a few small shops and restaurants nearby. The only thing that would be useful is if there was somewhere to store bags before check in and after check out.

Hello Apart from the sea view there is nothing special in this apartment, but I have to let you know what information for the next tenants: 1- Apartment located on the first floor and not on the top floor as shown on the listing photo 2- Car noise in the morning, as we are close to the road 3- No oven as stated in the listing (so you need to remove it from the kitchen facilities) 4- Hotplate out of order 5- The pillows are too high, in my opinion; they need to be changed!! If not, in terms of hygiene, it is very clean ✅. I would definitely recommend it for the view of the 🌊 🥰🛥, as it was wonderful to have a coffee☕️ or dinner on the balcony 😃.

Remote check-in was super easy with a keypad. The location is great with a balcony overlooking the water and it’s right on top of 2 bus stops. There’s also a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. We also went to a nice cafe and Indian restaurant nearby; both had amazing food but took a while to prepare it. Overall, our stay was amazing!

The apartment is huge and has everything you need to spend a few days. Self check-in is very useful for being autonomous. You can also park nearby, at least when we were there. The only thing is that it was quite cool in the apartment and we couldn't increase the temperature of the centralised air.

This apartment is amazing. Check-in process was easy, we received codes via special app 3 days before our arrival. Apartment was on the 3rd floor, spacious, clean, equipped with everything you may need. It is exactly as on photos. Xemxija town does not offer much, so the location of the aparment may not be ideal for everyone; however, it is fully compensated by an awesome view on St. Paul's Bay and the bus stop right under the windows with plenty of lines directly connected with the airport, Cirkewwa or Valletta. Some people may be bothered by a noisy street full of traffic and by the light on the balcony, but if you close the curtains, you will have no problem with a superb sleep. I was here in March, so the apartment was rather cold, but I managed to heat it up in minutes, so I suppose there will be no problem to cool it down in summer. Overall, I can say we had an awesome stay here and I would definitely come back again also thanks to professional communication of the owner, who was available whenever we needed. Thank you!

All in all we had a pleasant stay. The apartment itself is spacious and clean. What was quite disappointing to us was, that it was basically on the ground floor of the building. The photo in the ad let us expect it would be on a higher floor. Being so close to the road the balcony was of no use to us. The heating did only function in the living room/kitchen, but not in the sleeping room. Another thing which was a bit annoying is, that there are very bright lights on the balcony at night which we did not manage to switch off. The kitchen equipment was good and clean, it would have been nice to also have salt, pepper and oil in the kitchen. The area is very quiet, a convenience shop and a small restaurant closeby.

The apartment is nice with great views. Balconies are nice but it’s at a street with lots of traffic so you probably won’t sit there and have breakfast. That didn’t bother me though. I would recommend this place to anyone. Price / value is very good. We even extended for an additional night.

Perfect location and good view. Flat is big, clean and convenient. Small crackers, water, welcome drinks and coffee were provided in addition to the kitchenware. There is a big TV with Netflix and AC/heating system. Bed was comfortable. The view on the bay and the sunrise were awesome. The road is down the building so expect a little noise, nothing too bad. Bus station and convenience store are 2 minutes away walking. Overall, great experience! We recommend them.

Looks good on pictures but the reality is that there is a very busy road under the balcony and no noise insulation in the bedroom. The building lights up white flashes all night long on the front of the building, which prevents from sleeping and is not nice for the environment. In general, I'm very sad to see that the island of Malta is completely covered with building bars, due to mass tourism.

The apartment was very clean and exactly as described, just much bigger than it appears on the photos. The view from the terrace is really like in the photo, in the morning you are woken up by the sun that shines directly into bed if you have not closed the curtains. And this is recommended as the facade lighting is not switchable. The traffic on the road right in front of the property is considerable, it is not quiet - but also not overly disturbing. Rather neighbors in the house who are noisy until late at night. The landlord should intervene when it gets too much. Check-in is also possible without the app, which is only available in English. In the "English" outlets, there were some adapters for Euro plugs, so you don't need your own travel adapter.

The apt was spot on. The small feedback in the reviews with the outside sound from the cars is true but you can always close the windows :)

The apartment is just like the pictures. Clean with excellent service. The view was breathtaking. Everything was just luxurious, and all necessities were available. Our stay in Malta was extra special because of this location, it just brought everything together. Grocery store nearby, a cafe nearby and a rest stop nearby as well. Close to Malta public transportation. Great location!! I will recommend to anyone visiting Malta🙂

Staying here was a highlight of our trip to Malta, even if the location isn't as exciting as something in Valletta for example. This apartment (more like a hotel suite) was clean, comfortable, and genuinely has a STUNNING view. The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped and functional, just as you see in the photos. The laundry room is very accessible and has up-to-date washers and dryers. Our brief interactions with staff were also very pleasant. The only 'negative' I can think of for this place was a small leak in the shower cabin. The tile floor in the bathroom would get a bit wet after showering because of this. It wasn't a problem for us, but over time it's possible the leak could get worse. I suspect this will be taken care of pretty quickly anyway. One other thing to note (not a problem, just something to keep in mind when booking) is that there aren't many shops and restaurants around. There's enough - a convenience shop just downstairs is pretty well-stocked - but you'll need to go into Bugibba or Mellieha to find larger shops and more variety in places to eat/drink. Fortunately, the bus stop outside the hotel makes doing this very easy. Some other reviews have complained that this bus stop/road outside is very noisy, but we never really noticed it. Maybe we are more used to street noise or there was less traffic in the winter, but either way it wasn't a problem. Our overall impression of this place was extremely positive. And the view really is incredible - we loved waking up and seeing over the bay each morning. Worth staying here for that alone. We felt sad checking out because we had such a good experience here. I hope we get the chance to travel and stay here again.

Perfect, apartment in a good location, access to the accommodation facilitated by keypad without a keypad sent by the host MM a few days before departure, Malta is beautiful, you just have to get used to driving with a steering wheel on the right, traffic on the left.

We enjoyed the apartment very much. The bedding is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the apartment has a very nice view. Also we had enough information in advance to find and enter the place without any problem. We were able to park easily in the area (off-season). The only thing that disappointed us and that we thought we had a bathtub and we had a shower.

The views are spectacular, and the host was very attentive to everything we needed. The only thing is that there is nothing in the accommodation – no mop, nothing for cleaning, no oil, nothing… I would recommend bearing in mind that you cannot take liquids on the flight and adding things you need.

Really nice place and Zzzing were very quick to fix a minor maintenance issue we had. The only downside is that it is next to a busy road, so there is some traffic noise. Although that is balanced out by the location being right next to a very convinient bus stop.

Wi had booked the room for 14 days The view is fantastic. The staff very friendly and helpful. We liked the location, but we didn't like the traffic that is quite as quiet for such a small island, it didn't bother us. The 14 days went by like in flight. We enjoyed the time very much

This location is one of the best in Malta. I highly recommend staying here! Beautiful view and very comfortable stay! There was a convenience store located two buildings away, as well as an atm, which was nice. I will say that because of the busy street it is very noisy and I found that I had to keep my balcony door closed most of the time because of it. Besides the noise, it was a wonderful stay while in Malta.

This place was great for us arriving around 2am as the check in to the house and the apartment is by keypad. The apartment we had was super clean and very spacious. The balcony was big enough to sit there with 2 people enjoying breakfast or dinner in the sun with a lovely view over the bay. Connection is brilliant as you have a bus stop right in front of the house. Which is probably also the only negative thing to mention. The street in front gets indeed very noisy from 6am onwards. I would still highly recommend this place as communication, check in and the apartment was super nice, but just keep in mind that you won’t have a super quite night! :)

Really lovely apartment overlooking the bay and saw some lovely sunrises. Handy convenience store nearby and the bus stop is right outside which was very very useful. Not that many restaurants around/ open within walking distance but lots of options for eating on the other side of the bay a short bus ride away.

The check-in worked well and we had everything in the Airbnb that we needed. The room was clean as well. Something you should know is, that the place is located at a very busy street. It isn’t too loud if you close the windows, but you can still hear it. It didn’t bother us too much, but if you are very sensitive to noise this is something you should be aware of. After we came back from dinner one night we found a cockroach on the second floor. We catched it with a glass and left it in the hallway. The communication with the host worked very well and he told us, that this was the first time they heard about cockroaches in the building and that it must have come from the outside. The housekeepers took care of it the following day. In my opinion this wasn’t too big of a deal, since a general cockroach problem wasn’t apparent. Other than this we had a good time at the Seaviews Apartments.

The pics are the same as on the airbnb site, its a lovely property in St Pauls Bay. Checking in was a breeze, a coded entry system which works very well. Communication during booking and during the stay was very good. Location is great, a convenience store (2 mins away) which opens at 8am and closes late Xemxiga Cafe Lounge just down the road serve fresh and authentic maltese fare, had pizza several times, carbonara and baguette all great. And the prices are much lower than the capital Valetta. The bus stop is 2 mins away and the X1 takes you to the airport, the frequency is 45mts - an hour. Connectivity to Valettta is much better, every 5 mts or so. If you prefer to be away from the touristy places after a hard day of sight seeing etc. cannot beat St Pauls bay and the property is perfect to wind down. Every day looked forward to the morning cuppa with the bay as a background, perfect!

Nice big apartment but next to a busy road so lots of noises, no cleaning materials such as mop brush etc so have to pay extra to have your room cleaned also no extra towels so one set has to last you for the week or pay extra for more, beautiful view but not much around the area so plenty of busses or taxis but still had a nice time

Amazing place, looks just like the photos. Great location and direct bus from the airport. Perfectly cleaned and equipped with all you need. Some of the best sandy beaches in Malta are just 15 mins away with the bus. Convinience store next to the building, as well as a couple of restaurants and fruit/veggie stall. If you feel like walking, you can take the beautiful promenade to Bugibba, where there are lots of shops, restaurants and of course - the National Aquarium. Hop on/off ferry also stops at Buggiba port. Recommended!

The place and the view were very nice! The apartment is well insulated but you must know that the balcony is noisy because there is a road down there. The place was clean and comfortable but it could need some improvements in the kitchen. No salt, scissors, and some basic kitchen furnitures…

It had everything you needed. The apartment was very well equipped, the only thing missing might have been a few basics for cooking like salt and oil, otherwise really great. You are also very well connected there. Right outside the door is a bus stop, which can bring you to most of the beaches and Valletta. A small beach and a supermarket are also very near. The system with the codes as a key also worked very well, but you have to download an app for it. The apartment is very spacious and has a large balcony and it is pleasantly cool inside. The only thing that bothered us was the light on the balcony that you couldn't turn off and which was on all night. Also, the TV was broken.

Water on arrival is a great touch.Bus routes are very near.X1 from the airport directly to the front door Bus stop (Roti) We stayed on the first floor, but next time will request the upper floor, just becouse of the road noise. Nothing negative to say. Thank you for looking after us housekeeping is excellent... The road is a littel noisy.

Was a lovely stay in a very clean flat that came with everything needed to cook. The flats advertised for 4 people include one double bed and one sofa bed. We were missing a set of sheets and towels but we communicated with the owner of the flats over the phone and were able to have them delivered to the flat. This flat is in a recently built building and overlooks a harbour and is right outside a bus stop with buses that take you to most of the popular beaches. These beaches are 10-15 minutes by bus or bolt taxis away from the flat and very easy to get to. The flat is also right next to a good supermarket!!!! This is a huge plus in Malta if you do not have access to a car.

The puctures are the same as reality. only one thing nothing in the apartamenrs as salt, oil, peper. i think that the listigs on the walls about the charges for towel use and broken glasses are not needed.
