The place is beautiful and the service at the reception is impeccable, I loved it. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the floor and the bin in the bathroom leaves something to be desired. If these points are improved, the accommodation would be truly perfect.

I can't give a high rating because the apartment is already quite worn out, the bed linen is dirty, one of the safes is broken, there are no glasses, the cleanliness in the whole apartment is 3 stars. On the day of arrival we received apartments not those shown in the photo (on the second floor), but on the ground floor.

The view is beautiful and the bed linen and towels were clean – but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. From the second day, the AC started to emit a strong sewage-like smell. The floors were extremely dirty – after minutes barefoot, our feet were black, so we had to wear shoes indoors. There’s visible mold in the bathroom, and the fridge barely cools, while the freezer doesn’t work at all. We only realized the full extent of the issues after the first night. While we did our best to manage, the condition of the apartment doesn’t reflect what was promised in the listing. Without Airbnb’s intervention, the price would have been far too high for what was offered – we’re thankful they adjusted it. Conclusion: Nice view and clean linens, but serious hygiene and maintenance issues. Not recommended unless major improvements are made.
