Important Information
- We have two different room layouts: one features a private outdoor plunge pool on the balcony, and the other has the pool in a private patio area. The room will be assigned based on availability at the time of your booking — but no worries, both come with the same amenities for a comfy stay.

In-room basics: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, mini fridge, Nespresso machine with complimentary pods, kettle, pool towels, water jugs (refilled daily), bath robes, safe, and sustainable bath products.

Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:
This is a self‑check‑in Property. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Check-in time is 3PM but you are welcome to drop off your luggage if you arrive earlies. Check the Guest Portal for more info. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.

Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.
