Most importantly, she instilled in them the values of kindness, respect, and integrity. Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:This is a self‑check‑in Property. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Check-in time is 3PM but you are welcome to drop off your luggage if you arrive earlies. Check the Guest Portal for more info. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.
Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment as a family of four and could not be happier with our experience. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained — perfect for a family stay. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The service truly deserves special recognition. The staff was exceptionally kind, responsive, and professional. Any question or small request was handled quickly and with genuine care for our comfort. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious — fresh, high quality, and a great start to each day. It was a real pleasure for both adults and children. Overall, this was an excellent stay and exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We would happily return and highly recommend this place to families and anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Every time I comunicated with your team you were very helpful and professional.We were really satisfied with our room, the breakfast was also excellent . Everyone I had communicate with was very polite and helpful.For example, I needed an adaptor for our phones to be charged and they gave us one to take it in our room.Thank you very much Zzzzing team...

Just great! The bed was very large, we slept three in a bed and found no need for the sofa bed :) The room was very spacious and exceeded our expectations. The host was extremely responsive, and they always responded within minutes when we sent a message. Breakfast was a great addition to our stay also. 10/10! Would stay here again. It is great value for the price we paid.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
