The airbnb was located nicely and with two bed and bathrooms very nice. It was not very clean unfortunately, there was dirt on one of the door and a closet. Also, we opened the dishwasher and it smelled horribly and was all moldy. I let the accomodation know but they never responded to me about that.. we did not have a sponge to clean our dishes now the washer was broken and not getting fixed, neither is there wash liquid for the washing machine. You have to get that yourself. Also, no shower gel and bodylotion. Only soap for hands. The pool is nice but there are a lot of mosquitos and flies, not something that is the accomodations fault, but people should be aware. You cannot be there for a few hours, the flies and mosquitos will make you crazy. Over all Zzing could be more communicative and fix and clean the broken and dirty things.

The location of the apartment is good. Parking is a bit difficult, especially in the evening, but you can always find something in side streets. The key safe at the entrance often hung so you had to walk around the outside more often. The garage is not offered but used as garbage and storage - too bad! The apartment is very large and beautiful, corresponds to the pictures, was clean. However, this was the superficial view. On the second view, we noticed minor dirt on the wall, the kitchen equipment was not complete. There were 4 of us and only had 3 plates?! In addition, it was stated that the cleaning is done every day and the towels are changed every 3 days. There was no cleaning at all, towel change was only possible when we intercepted and asked cleaning staff in the hallway. When we wanted to change our beach towels, we only got 3 again. Dishwasher was broken. We were always answered quickly, but never fixed in detail.

The apartment was super stylish and the staff are friendly I will outline the negatives but our experience and stay was positive overall - we DO recommend Zzing. The shared pool wasn’t easy to get a bed next to, mainly due to other guests abusing the fair usage agreement. The apartment was generally tidy but the linen did have marks on it and under the beds were very dusty, there was also sticky residue in front of one of the draws. There was small general wear and tear to the property which is ok but does leave you a little paranoid you may be blamed for it. The showers are extremely poor pressure and difficult to get properly cleaned in, also the key in the key box did not work in the front door so we had to use the back entrance the full 10 days. On longer bookings I believe a mid clean would be beneficial but they will clean if you request it. Parking is difficult but they do have off street if you request it. The glass balcony rail feels flimsy so did not use. We do recommend 🙂
