Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:
This is a self‑check‑in Property. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Check-in time is 3PM but you are welcome to drop off your luggage if you arrive earlies. Check the Guest Portal for more info. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.

Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

We had a 4-night experience and we were satisfied. There were 3 of us in Room 6. We had a good time. We were just going there to sleep, and that was enough for me. The ease of check-in was great. As someone who doesn't like check-ins with keys, it was great for me. My only problem was that there was no electricity on our floor on our last night. There was no electricity from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. the next morning. It didn't bother us much, but the lack of electricity was annoying in terms of packing our suitcases and charging our phones. It's normal that there can be problems. There can be problems in our own homes too, so they got full marks from me.

The place was near the main areas, and had great connectivity. Paceville was at walking distance which was our main requirement. Great package overall. Had all the necessary items

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
