The house is as in the description, very cozy and spacious. The pool area and patio is spectacular, perfect to enjoy with your family and friends. I would definitely repeat.

We were late with looking for a house so we were happy that we got one. But the house is not in good condition. Basically half the house is broken or will break if you touch it. The house is advertised for 13 people but we had not enough plates and cutlery. Other stuff for cleaning was missing, too. The doublebeds are way to small and only ok for couples. The house was dirty everywhere. The pool lost tiles and the sunbeds had cracks. Not recommending to stay there. If the house would be cheap then this is less of a problem but we payed more then 3k for one week.

Absolutely fantastic, our host Alet could not have been better, so helpful and friendly. Pool was a great size and the place was lovely, under 10 minute walk from the beach. If you have around 10 people needing a great place to stay I can’t recommend it enough.

Great villa for a group holiday. Within walking distance of the beach which includes plenty of restaurants and bars. The pool area and outdoor seating was spacious and allows for BBQs and games. Make sure to bring mosquito repellant as some members of our group suffered from the bites. The only negative for us was that not all of the rooms came with air conditioning making it difficult to sleep at times. Overall, we had a great trip and would recommend the villa to others.

We had a pleasant stay in the villa in total and were all satisfied. The villa is well located and had enough space for 11 people. Unfortunately, the pool was not filled with water until the second day and under the villa there is a shop with a dog that barks early in the morning. The shop also has a warehouse next to the villa and since the villa is quite audible, you can also hear the staff in some rooms when they work there. Overall, we were still satisfied! We were also able to check in earlier and leave our luggage at the villa while it was still being cleaned which was really great. Thank you:)

Great place to stay at in Calpe ! It is right near one of the beaches and has a cute garden and a big BBQ place. The pool is nice and is surrounded by trees for privacy. One last thing: the internet connection is great, we were 7 people working remote and doing video calls with no problem !

We have been very comfortable and the pool is great although smaller than it looks in the photos. The house is not very modern but has everything you need to spend a memorable vacation.

Terms and Conditions
On renting the property, a deposit is established as a guarantee for the proper use of the furniture and fittings, equipment and the use of the entrances to the property. This amount will be paid upon arrival either in cash or as a payment held on your credit card, and will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the end of the guest’s stay, as long as no damage has been caused to the property.Payments: 45% of the full rental amount will be paid within a maximum period of 3 days after making the reservation. The remaining 55% will be paid 15 days before arrival, or at the time of arrival, prior to the handing over of the keys.
