The stay was wonderful. It is located close to the beach, approximately 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach. There is everything you need in the apartment. The pool was clean and ready to use.

Nice house. Good pool area with many sunbeds and shower. Perfect house for our family (11)people. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurant and to the sea. One wish is more single beds. The kitchen needs more kitchenware. A minus waking up to barking dogs in the floor during 7 am every weekday morning. Would love to come back to Calpe

The house is as in the description, very cozy and spacious. The pool area and patio is spectacular, perfect to enjoy with your family and friends. I would definitely repeat.

We were late with looking for a house so we were happy that we got one. But the house is not in good condition. Basically half the house is broken or will break if you touch it. The house is advertised for 13 people but we had not enough plates and cutlery. Other stuff for cleaning was missing, too. The doublebeds are way to small and only ok for couples. The house was dirty everywhere. The pool lost tiles and the sunbeds had cracks. Not recommending to stay there. If the house would be cheap then this is less of a problem but we payed more then 3k for one week.

Absolutely fantastic, our host Alet could not have been better, so helpful and friendly. Pool was a great size and the place was lovely, under 10 minute walk from the beach. If you have around 10 people needing a great place to stay I can’t recommend it enough.

Property Manager Terms

On renting the property, a deposit is established as a guarantee for the proper use of the furniture and fittings, equipment and the use of the entrances to the property. This amount will be paid upon arrival either in cash or as a payment held on your credit card, and will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the end of the guest’s stay, as long as no damage has been caused to the property.

Payments: 45% of the full rental amount will be paid within a maximum period of 3 days after making the reservation. The remaining 55% will be paid 15 days before arrival, or at the time of arrival, prior to the handing over of the keys.
