Our bright and modern duplex featuring two double bedrooms and a stunning terrace, is the ideal place for a relaxing getaway. You’ll be within easy reach of the island’s best spots, including trendy coffee shops and restaurants, while still enjoying the peacefulness of this holiday home. Our home will be your favourite getaway, we promise.
Your "home away from home" features two double bedrooms (sleeping spaces that will empower you to refuel your body and mind with truly restorative sleep, just like you deserve), two bathrooms (one of which is an ensuite), a spacious living room with a Smart TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. Guests also love the private terrace—perfect for relaxed drinks, with the golden hour being everyone’s favorite time of day—magical. Literally, you have it all.

The duplex has a spiral stair case. On the top floor there is the kitchen, living/dining area and the terraces. Both double bedrooms are downstairs. We love pointing this out to make sure that families with young kids are aware of this.
This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.
Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
