This haven boasts a fully equipped kitchen ready for culinary adventures, a spacious hotel-inspired double bedroom furnished with the gorgeous linen for a restful sleep, a lavish bathroom for unwinding after a long day, and a stylish living room offering breathtaking views of the Maltese islands. The Living Room sofa may be set up as a sofa bed which sleeps another 2 guests. The pièce de résistance is the balcony, where you can soak in the beauty of Malta right from the heart of it all.As an added touch of luxury, we have included delightful surprises such as complimentary Nespresso and a selection of teas, sustainable bath products for a guilt-free indulgence, and even free access to the Disney Channel for your entertainment pleasure.

Apart from having exclusive access to this luxury apartment guests can also enjoy the following amenities- Gym: Level B04 (available at the end of 2024)
- Indoor Pool : Level B03 (available at the end of 2024)
- Pools: Level 33’s rooftop outdoor pool is open between 10AM and 5PM - this space is available by booking only and is exclusive for residents and our guests. The pool access is charged. We have two complimentary pool cards for every apartment booking. Please note that sunbeds come at an additional charge, they are not included in the pool cards.
Parking: Street Parking is available, Mercury Towers also has a paid car park.
A welcome by the Zzzing Team
A member of our Zzzing Team will be meeting you at Mercury's Reception to give you the Holiday Home Access Key Card for your selected apartment. Please send us your arrival and departure times together with your flight number as soon as possible. If there has been or will be any changes in your travel plan please let us know immediately.
The Mercury Towers Exclusive Swimming Pool
Level 33’s rooftop outdoor pool is open between 10AM and 5PM - this space is available by booking only and is exclusive for residents and our guests. We have two complimentary pool cards for every apartment booking. Please book your visit at Noyane's Reception (Toro Toro and Noyane Exclusive Entrance) on Level LG at least one day before you’d like to enjoy the pool. Speak to our Guest Experience Team for more details. Upon arrival at Level 33, you will be required to present your Pool Access Card to Noyane Restaurant / Pool Host. Please note that sunbeds come at an additional charge.
Mercury Towers - Balcony Etiquette
Please do not hang any clothes, or leave any drying racks, cooking equipment, and/or waste bags in the balcony. The administrators reserve the right to give fines to residents and/or guests who do not abide by this important regulation.
Mercury Towers - Garbage Collection
You will find a garbage bin in your apartment with three compartments (white - organic, black - mixed waste mix, grey - recycling) Kindly leave the compartment with the garbage closed securely, outside the door of your holiday home between the following times - 8.00am - 8.30pm and/or 18.00 - 18.30pm. This collection is daily.
There is a lost key charge of €50.00 per key/pool card so please make sure that you leave the entrance card and the pool cards (x2) on the dining room table at the end of your stay. Simply close the door behind you.
Guests should note that final works are still be completed at Mercury Towers. Mercury is also responsible for administrating the building, for this reason the rules for access of the amenities may change without previous notice.

The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, and check-in was absolutely seamless. The apartment is brand new and truly stunning. The highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the 22nd floor – honestly one of the most spectacular views I’ve ever experienced in any accommodation. You can see Valletta, Sliema, St. Julian’s, the sea… and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer amazing views even from the bathroom and bedroom. Just wow. The apartment had everything we needed, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The sound insulation is good. The reception staff were also very kind. The rooftop pool was closed during our stay, but the outdoor pool on the 11th floor was open (though not heated). We really enjoyed using the indoor pool and spa on level B2, which you can access with the pool card – the spa area is beautiful and a great place to relax. Right across the street there are two 24/7 convenience stores, and the neighborhood is full of bars and restaurants. Bus stop 100m away.

This might be my most controversial review. The good: Let’s start with the positives! The apartment is exactly as it looks—22nd floor with a gorgeous view. Perfect for photos. Shops, bars, restaurants, takeaways, and other entertainment options are right at your doorstep. Plus, it’s only a 5-minute walk to a nice beach. You also get access to a small gym and an indoor pool/spa (8–12), both of which I highly recommend using! The not-so-good: Finding anything without help is tricky—ask the receptionist for precise directions. Otherwise, you might end up on level B2 with no signs indicating where the gym is, and the same goes for the pool/spa on B3. B2 and B3 are huge underground parking areas where it’s easy to get lost. The Zing team doesn’t seem very familiar with the property. When I called to ask where the reception was, the answer was just “Ground floor.” To reach it, you need to go through the restaurant entrance, which has no signs.

Well- first of all thank you for booking with you for the first time , however I dislike staying more the 30 minutes in the reception waiting for the person who is going to give me the key - I tried to call the number provided but I have to be waiting for 15 minutes then the call cuts (maybe because of the busy clients understand that) but I informed them about my arrival time! Then I asked the reception staff at Mercury tower to communicate with Zzzing maybe she could reach them . After I text - the reception informed that the one who supposed waiting for me is sick and the colleague will be in charge- after a while the domestic service was picking me up because she was still cleaning till 3:30 pm 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ When I reached my department we found problems with the key to go through my apartment. Thank you . But not organized enough .

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
