Highly recommend the place. It feels like home. Everything is there for you to enjoy the coziness and warmth. Both terraces are fantastic and comfy. Nothing wrong to comment. Love it and will definitely come back when in malta. I should say one of the best places I rented out on the island. Thanks a lot for this rare gem

We spent a week in this fantastic penthouse apartment and were completely thrilled! Upon arrival, the cleanliness and well-kept furnishings convinced us – everything was absolutely spotless. The amenities left nothing to be desired, there was really everything you need for a relaxing stay. We found the location particularly beautiful: quiet yet central, so you can quickly get anywhere and at the same time enjoy a great view. We felt comfortable right away and were able to enjoy the week to the fullest. We can recommend this apartment without reservation – we would come back anytime!

The apartment was spacious, clean and pleasant to stay in. The location is ideal: within walking distance of cosy restaurants and cafes, and close to the motorway – handy if you want to explore the island. Our experience with Zzzing was unfortunately less positive. Due to a change in our flight, we arrived a day later. I have tried to change the booking several times, but have not received a response. Only when we were already staying in the apartment, the change request was cancelled. As a result, we paid for a night we weren't there. There were also no dishcloths in the apartment. Contacted via Airbnb, where we were helped quickly and kindly. They indicated that Zzzing would bring the canvases, but unfortunately that did not happen.

I recommend it. Everything as described. Only that the ants attacked the bedrooms and the construction site next door. It should be in the description at this point. Washing powder would be useful at this price of the apartment. Generally, the apartment is 1st class

Good stay. The apartment is just like the photos, very clean and equipped with everything you need. It has two large terraces that are great. It's about 10 minutes from the restaurant area and so on, but in an upper area of the city. The area is quiet, far from the hustle and bustle to rest. Near a bus stop. Very good communication with the owner, quick response and ease for everything proposed.

The place matched exactly the photos and was very well situated near a grocery store and Balluta Bay. The host was very responsive and always answered my questions, before and during my stay. I felt at home and I highly recommend this place.

I will start of by thanking the team for their help and communication. At the beginning I wanted to give a lower rating. This was due to the fact that the location was a little hard to find and some bedroom cleanliness issues such as dust in the dressing room. The place is best reachable from Lapsi street and not the one on the address. The place is really well equipped and quiet which is quite good in St Julian which can get quite noisy due to the lively atmosphere. The team really made up for these inconvenieces by being super responsive and helpful with helping me make a early checkin on one of their other locations as I had a very late flight. Again thanks for that. As a recommendation for them to keep securing high score reviews is to ask the maintenance teams to be more thorough with the cleaning of certain areas of the apartment.

Solid place with a fairly bad location. We had a problem the first day and it was 1h after check in time, the neighbour from the apartment next door was knocking at the door at half 12 at night and hotel through our balcony on his for locking himself in the apartment. After a long negotiation, I let it across the apartment into the second balcony, because my baby was sleeping in the first room and of course I didn't know the human. The other issue was the cot, after a long hardship they only arranged it for us until the 2nd day towards the evening. The host was responsive through, but still not much to help.

Brilliant communication right from the time of booking. The flat is incredibly spacious, with not one but two terraces – a real bonus. Only a 15-minute walk into the city centre, which made getting around very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

The apartment was really nice – very spacious and it has two great terraces. It could use a bit of renovation, and there was a slightly unpleasant smell in the bedroom. Location-wise, it’s just a 10-minute walk from the city center. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I can recommend it.

Beautiful apartment. But clothes hooks are missing to hang jackets and also in the bathroom there is nothing to hang towels. Otherwise everything is fine!

Excellent, spacious and well located flat. The two balconies are a plus. It is well equipped and mostly well maintained. One concern is that the cleaning could be better, especially with the mould on walls and around windows. Another concern, not a fault of the flat owner at all, is the nearby construction site in the same building, which is very noisy between 8am to 5pm from Monday to Saturday.

A week of vacation in Malta. The flat is centrally located in an urban environment. You can sleep peacefully and the apartment is well equipped. Communication with Zzzing was great. Super air conditioning and heating, great washing machine and dryer, cozy bed, large kitchen, 2 balconies, elevator in the stairwell and everything clean. It was a bit problematic for us when we arrived that there was a different address on airbnb than in the so-called guestbook. As a result, we had to look for something. We found it a bit stressful because we were in Malta for the first time and you have to orient yourself at the beginning anyway. We communicated this with Zzzing and don't rate it as a real problem, maybe it was somehow our mistake. We recommend this place and the host Zzzing and would be happy to come back.

The apartment is generally nice, spacious, and well-equipped. It’s also in a good location. However, we were unpleasantly surprised by construction work right next door, starting before 7 am in the morning. This noise made it difficult to enjoy our stay in the apartment, forcing us to leave the place early during the day. Unfortunately, the construction wasn’t mentioned in the listing. We contacted the host, but aside from an apology, not much happened. After reaching out to Airbnb, they offered us a partial refund, which we very much appreciated. Despite the inconvenience, we managed to enjoy our trip by spending most of our time outside. Overall, this apartment is a good choice if the construction is no longer an issue, but our experience was unfortunately affected by the unexpected noise.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment while visiting Malta. Walking distance to harbor promenade and easy to get to Valletta by ferry. You got quick and polite answers to questions within a short time - always helpful with the slightest.

An excellent stay with Zzzing at their Amber apartment. The location was great - convenient to St Julian’s without being too loud or touristy & the apartment looked just like the pictures and was ideal for our stay. The Zzzing staff were always responsive enduring a wonderful stay in Malta. We would certainly recommend this apartment & Zzzing. We look forward to returning back to Malta again. We had a wonderful time & having the right comfortable place to stay made all the difference- making our stay even more special.

A great place to stay, spotless and makes you feel right at home. Malta is generally noisy but this was quiet most times so a great place to stay. Close to everything you need in St Julian’s. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. All in all a fantastic luxury place to stay in Malta and would stay again when I return to Malta.
