When we arrived they just painted and the apartment was dirty, they sent it to clean but it was left with a lot of paint dust. On the other hand my son left a phone charger and we communicated that same afternoon to pick it up and they told us he wasn't there and we know he was there

Very nice apartment in the center of St Julian's! The apartment is located on the 7th floor with an extensive view. Unfortunately, you can always hear the street noise when you have windows or doors open. You can easily reach a lot on foot, a supermarket is just downstairs in the building. The apartment has a good layout and is nicely decorated.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
