On renting the property, a deposit is established as a guarantee for the proper use of the furniture and fittings, equipment and the use of the entrances to the property. This amount will be paid upon arrival either in cash or as a payment held on your credit card, and will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the end of the guest’s stay, as long as no damage has been caused to the property.

Payments: 45% of the full rental amount will be paid within a maximum period of 3 days after making the reservation. The remaining 55% will be paid 15 days before arrival, or at the time of arrival, prior to the handing over of the keys.

Excellent stay at Villa Redonda. We're coming home with some wonderful memories . The house was spotless, spacious, peaceful and welcoming. We thank the whole Costa Carpe Diem team for helping to make our stay so easy and beautiful . The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, the pool is very well maintained, no insect in the house, not overlooked, quiet , relaxing . We hope to be back soon . Calpe is a nice city , its inhabitants are smiling, very nice and courteous, as for the villa: a beautiful soul . Happy hosting the whole team!

The place was super great, just like we wanted it. The location to the sea was a bit far, but okay for that we had a private pool. There is nothing to complain about the accommodation either. However, the host was suboptimal. We should take the key from a box at the house, the handover should then only be done the next day around noon. The place is supposed to be rented for the first time, just because I expect more effort from the agency. The hot water was not turned on and we didn't know how to do it. The internet is not working The handover took place at short notice on the first day in the evening. But the lady also didn't know where the hot water was turned on and not as the wifi was called and also not the password. This was then resolved after a long phone call with the owner. We absolutely needed the internet, but it was disastrously slow. We shared this with the agency, but not much happened here. It took some more than a day for us to get a response, but the issue wasn't resolved. The contact with the agency and the will to solve the problem was very poor, so we paid really good money and did not receive a reasonable service. Too bad, that's how you can scrambled up.
