Everything was fine and matched what the photos show. The deck is big, mostly because of it, I booked this place even though there were facilities nearby at a lower price, unfortunately I encountered rain at this time, so only one morning I was able to take advantage of the sun on the terrace :) The apartment has air conditioning, so it can easily be heated and cooled or simply open the patio doors that are trundle, so you can open it very widely. Everything in the place was clean, the towels were prepared and clean, and there were 4 small bottles of washing gel in the bathroom (2 people for 2 nights) that were sufficient. There was dish soap and coffee, tea, and sugar. We didn't use the kitchen, but if we needed it, feel free :) The room has a TV with Netflix (we don't know if someone has left or is permanently). A few minutes on foot is a shop and a promenade with bars and restaurants. St.Julians 20 district and the ferry to Valletta is a 10-minute walk away.

I really enjoyed it. Beautiful sunny roof terrace. I was there alone for a few days because I wanted some sun while working. - The apartment is not very large, it fits well for one person, for more it might get a little cramped after several days. The bathroom is no longer completely new, and the sink is located in the sleeping area behind the corner. For me, it worked out very well for the days. + Right in the morning (February) you are already woken up by the sun and have the entire day sun on the roof terrace. + Overall very quiet and yet in 5min on the promenade. - Parking was a bit difficult, but you can find something after a few minutes. - Upon arrival there was no wifi, but it was fixed within a few hours. ++If you are looking for a nice place to work remotely in the sun, this is definitely the place to be. Inside and outside it is very sunny and perfect to escape from grey Germany for a short time;)

The place looked just like the photos. The minor drawback is the missing bathroom sink, which is located around the corner in the bedroom/main room. One evening the power went out throughout the house, but after calling the customer line, everything was resolved within an hour. The place was clean, especially the bedding. There are reductions available for accommodation from UK outlets to European.

We had a lovely stay, and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Very good location for bars and restaurants, and close to the Valletta Ferry. Only thing we feel you should point out is that it is quite a steep hill you have to ascend, from the waterside area, which may cause problems for people with mobility issues. Found our contacts extremely helpful in sorting out any problems.

The private terrace was great and was perfect for having breakfast in the Maltese sun. The room we had was definitely fine. Large double bed, shower, toilet, TV with Netflix on, desk to work on, small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and a small electric fire. The cleaning lady who kept the other rooms clean daily was super friendly and met us with a smile. The location was also perfect! 5 minutes walk you came to a busy street with many cafes and restaurants. You can easily take the transfer boat to Valetta. The only downsides we had was that our bedding was not so 'clean'. It had some sort of ink stain on it, and the bedding had some holes too. But we brought our own bedding, so this wasn't a big deal. Also, there was a small ant nest in our room. I had passed this on and they were going to address this. Also, there was a weird buzzing noise at night. But this didn't bother me much. All in all, it was cool and cozy! Definitely the trouble!

The biggest issue was that there was a continuous noise all day and night as well as a vacuum cleaner or washing machine. It always stopped for about 20 seconds, then it was about 20 sek peace and it started again. Sleeping or working was not possible, so I had to work in cafes and downstairs in the reception room and also had to spend a night, as the noise - probably from the air conditioning or heating systems attached to the house wall at night was probably by turning up because it was cold, incredibly noisy. The toilet flush didn't work very well According to service staff, it's normal. The TV didn't work the first day. The service staff was very friendly and tried to get the TV going again the next day for about an hour. Thanks for that! I was happy I only booked the place for 3 days because 3 days of headaches and no sleep is more than enough. The money wasn't worth the place.

Good location and beautiful sun terrace! Bathroom and kitchen were limited. There was no lavabo in the bathroom so you had to brush your teeth in the lavabo of the kitchen. Very satisfied for the rest!

I liked the concept of the room, the host was very responsive, the location was good. The room as in furniture and design is not wow, but the price was ok-ish for that. The host allowed us to leave the luggage in the room before checkin which was a great plus, but at checkout, the cleaning lady cane early than the checkout hour to tell us it is time to go… Overall, it’s ok 🙂

Self check-in, therefore flexible. A little attention by giving us a bottle of fresh water upon arrival. We wanted to have a romantic stay, so this place didn't work for us; It would rather be suitable for young people, used to hostels and not wishing to contact the hosts. 4th floor without elevator elevator elevator access. Terrace all the way around the room (all glazed, so many overlooks the neighbors if the curtains are open). Quite quiet neighborhood. Downside on the value for money.

I stayed here for 3 nights. First night the biggest problem was the bathroom light not working and there's no light that will lighten the bathroom so it's completely dark. I messaged the host but they won't be able to repair it until the other day evening time. Second night, wanted to access to the outdoor terrance, light not working as well so no evening outside the terrance because you will probably be out in the morning and only be back to your room in the evening. Day 3, we ran out of the single toilet paper roll and I asked for more the day before in the morning, the host said will bring it to us but still nothing until the day we check out. One more thing, the bathroom only has the toilet and shower area but the sink and mirror is on the other side of the room, bad layout of the room. True, honest opinion here, terrance can be nice but does it worth all these problems for you to deal with in the trip is up to you whether you want to stay here.

I genuinely don’t even know where to start. Communication and check-in was very unclear. I asked if I can check in earlier midnight of the day. They told me yes. When I came they said someone was in the room and I couldn’t check in, which meant I had to sleep in the lobby from midnight until noon. Reminder that I was solo female traveller. On top of that, the laundry room wasn’t working. I specifically chose this place due to their amenities. The hosts didn’t even respond when I had issues with my check-in and amenities. The only people who truly helped me where the cleaning ladies who really went out the way to make sure I was okay. Never booking from this place ever again

The private terrace is superb and very nice, it is clearly the major advantage of the apartment as well as its location. The team is very nice and professional, we had a great time. However, be careful of accessibility (sloping street, stairs and very narrow bathroom).

The place is clean, nicely decorated and easy to reach. Shops, restaurants, bars and the harbor promenade are within walking distance (the property is a little up a mountain). It would be nice if, in the apartment description, it is pointed out that - the apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator - The terrace can theoretically be entered by all parties in the building (7) - the large kitchen in one of the pictures is a shared kitchen on the ground floor. However, the kitchen in the apartment is sufficient.

We stayed 3 nights in this apartment and had a great time. The private terrace is really the strong point of this apartment! The house was clean and quiet. There is also the possibility of doing laundry if needed. We found the location to be great as transportation is next door but there is also the option to get around on foot. The host is very responsive and self check-in is a plus! Great stay

Great place and great location. Keep in mind that the street number you will be provided has two locations on that street (ie there are two buildings with the same number) so don’t be discouraged when the first one you find is not it. Everything else was great

Great location and quiet neigbourhood. Everything is easily accessible on the island. Terrace is not private but we didn’t see anyone else coming up during our stay. We had a small problem with the bathroom lamp but they responded and fixed it very quickly. I would recommend it.

Decent location, hot water didn't work and took too long to sort out just to have a shower. Would recommend communicating through Airbnb instead of their app. Balcony was nice but seems to be a shared balcony, luckily no one seemed to be staying in the whole block while we were there. Bedding could have been cleaner as there were noticable stains. Less pricey than other places in the location but you get what you pay for.

Great acommodation, exactly like in pictures. The terrace looked like it was a common area, but since the door to the terrace was locked, no one else except us had the access to it. Perfect stay. All the necessities and even more was found in the apartment. Only minus was that the lights in the terrace wouldn’t work - but that was something so minor it did not bother us much. Would recommend this 👍

Our stay was pleasant, but could have been significantly improved by small things. Unfortunately, the roof terrace was not private. There wasn't a single chopping or reasonable light on the sink. This is in the middle of the room and not in the bathroom. For people who need darkness and peace to sleep, this place is not recommended. The place was scored by its cleanliness! :)

very nice accommodation, easy to access and a frankly very pleasant terrace. The neighborhood is quiet . Very nice, self-check-in and check-out. Only negative point, the hob is under the smoke detector = alarm cleared with water vapour (dough cooking) but very responsive host and easy alarm to stop . *remember to take a mask to sleep if you need to sleep in full darkness, it is very nice to have so much light with floor-to-ceiling windows but the curtains do not allow for total darkness ( this is frankly a detail of comfort ) We honestly recommend this place without hesitation and we enjoyed our stay on this island .

The apartment was smaller than expected, including the kitchen (and lack of basic food when you stay a week...oil, vinegar, pasta...no dish towels). TV setup But the main complaint is that we couldn't get our stuff back: When we left for France, following a thunderstorm there was no electricity (and no hot water). But to access the building and the individual apartment, you needed a code (not a key). The suitcases out, the door to the apartment closed on its own, but we still had things to pick up. Without electricity, we were unable to open the door, the codes were no longer working. We had to leave the things and go to the airport. To this day, almost two weeks later, I still didn't get the things the host had to send me.

I had a great week staying here. It’s perfectly located, just a few minutes from the waterfront with easy access to Valletta via the ferry and the rest of the island via bus. The apartment is light, spacious and clean, with a wonderful terrace. The terrace does seem to be accessible from another door used by other guests, but I did not encounter anyone out there during my whole stay. I would really recommend staying here.

This host posts false advertising and marks up prices by saying the terrace in the listing is private. Turns out the whole facility can access the "private" terrace and they did not respond when asked about this. The location and the description is misleading, so STAY AWAY from this company.

Lovely rooftop apartment in a great location. Apartment is perfect for two people, however you should note there is no lift up to the apartment. Apartment was clean, checkin and checkout was easy using codes provided to open doors. Highly recommend!

The balcony of this small room is nice in the mornings. It’s isn’t as private as it’s right next to the communal balcony. Company was responsive to me when I had problems with the door not locking (for 2 nights) In the end I had to come back during the day and stay with the handyman to explain the problem which the host couldn’t do as they weren’t aware. It definitely feels the building is managed by a company as it misses the attention and comforting touches. (Some rotting in the edges shower) Location is great! Good for “roof -over -the-head” stay.

We would not recommend it. Negative: The hot water in the shower was not working. The shower floor was mouldy and not very clean. The toilet button was also mouldy and did not work properly. The television did not work either. And the last day we found a cockroach. We contacted them because the first day there was a puddle of water on the floor, we had to write them again to dry it, the second day they cleaned it, but they did not solve the problem of the hot water in the shower. Positive: Big bottle of water in the fridge, eating utensils including salt and pepper, big comfortable bed, air conditioning, big terrace and hairdryer (no mirror).

the place is located in an ideal spot close to everything, the room is quiet and cosy, terrace is lovey , not quite as private as in the pictures as the common terrace is joined so no walking around in towels or naked haha, only gripe was the sliding glass door would open even when locked, ended up taking my valuables with me everywhere as I didn't want to risk leaving.as the door is easily accessible to other guests
