This gorgeous brand-new 3 bedroom apartment is a really special space & has been designed with so much love and attention to detail. It’s modern, spacious, and bright and has spectacular sea views from a nicely sized balcony. A perfect getaway for Summer and Winter months.
This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. The space
Flooded with natural light, this apartment is a favorite for all types of travelers. This holiday place which can comfortably be home for up to six, has three bedrooms - the first double bedroom has an ensuite, the bedroom at the back of the apartment has a small balcony and the third bedroom has bunk beds which are very much loved by kids of all ages. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your own meals - it’s a delight to cook in although we must note that there are tons of restaurants in the area that guests love to dine at. Of course, Netflix has been added for guests to enjoy in the living room - the sofa is super comfy - 5 stars! we’ve added a desk which is a perfect remote working station so you won’t have to work from the dining room table and one of the biggest selling points is the beautiful balcony which has a BBQ - a perfect way to start or end your day in our beautiful Malta.Guest access

One of the best apartments we've ever stayed in. Very well decorated apartment, super clean and in a very interesting area by the sea. The host was super friendly and always ready to help us. I would say the only downside is that there is no parking at the door or supermarkets nearby.

It was perfect vacation, the location of the apartment is on a bus stop which was very comfortable-to travel and explore Malta.The apartment was comfortable-big every one had its own place. The terrace was wonderful with beautiful view. The kitchen had everything you need. I recommend it, it was our perfect place to rest after the long days of exploring the island.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
