Escape, unwind, recharge at this pretty and practical Zzzing Holiday home in the very popular town of Marsalforn. The front and back terrace offers a landscape painting - spectacular views. The peacefulness makes it a great holiday home choice for those looking for an escape, a perfect base for touring Gozo.
The space
A fully airconditioned one double bedroom apartment with a very large ensuite and two very large outdoor spaces (we’ve added outdoor furniture and a BBQ at the back for a taste of outdoor holiday living). The property has a fully equipped kitchen, an open dining room and living room space with a SMART TV, a guest bathroom and a study room ideal for individuals who want to work remotely - perfect for digital nomads who need a holiday home office to strike their perfect work/life balance.

Other things to note
The block has an elevator (lift) however, there is a short flight of stairs at the entrance of the property.
Guest access
- Guests have full access to this holiday home - this includes both the front and back balconies.
- There is ample parking in the main parking lot. Guests can walk up the garden path leading to a main road.

To get to the apartment
- There is a keybox with keys for both the common entrance of the block and the apartment. The apartment does NOT have a smart lock
- Press 5 in the lift and then go up one short flight of stairs to the apartment entrance.
Other things to note
Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:
This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.

Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

The accommodation is comfortable and close to the beach. The most important thing is that the bus station is a few minutes walk away, so it is not a problem to connect with other places because this is quite deserted. It's also great that there are restaurants nearby. In any case, I would come again.

At first, the hosts were very responsive and helpful right after I booked the Airbnb—but that completely changed the moment we arrived to the apartment. After traveling all day to Gozo, we found an apartment that looked nothing like the listing. It was dirty, the beds were unmade, and there was even a wine glass in the sink—like someone had just stepped out right before we got there. It had three bedrooms and two bathrooms, but cleanliness was nonexistent with greasy kitchen of dirty toilet. The hosts went completely silent for nearly three hours and made no effort to fix the situation. And don’t let the Netflix sign fool you—it’s just a YouTube loop, there’s no actual Netflix! Thankfully, Airbnb stepped in to help, but this ruined two days of our vacation. I have never experienced anything like that. I do not recommend.

Great location, 10 mins walk to the dive shops and restaurants. Penthouse apartment with views over Marsalforn. Nice bed, and great shower pressure. Perfect for a couple on a short break. Easy parking on street. Lockbox made late check in possible, but no flexibility on check out. Internet took some time to get working, and several visits from maintenance, but we eventually reprogrammed it ourselves. Kitchen fully equipped, but absolutely no essentials like salt, pepper, oil, tea and pods for the coffee machine. Likewise no pods/tablets for dishwasher or washing machine (had to call host to fix) Overall a good stay and good value for money but some minor service improvements would make a great deal of difference. Great little pizza stand right outside the apartment (order early or wait an hour) very nice indeed!

Fabulous place, great views, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Tasteful interior, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and couch. Great communication, friendly and prompt reply. My second stay, can highly recommend

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
