The space
Beautiful during Malta’s long Summers and warm Winter months, this one bedroom seaside penthouse is flooded with natural light and is a favourite with all types of travelers.The spacious double bedroom has a dedicated remote working desk as well as a small back balcony. The main open plan space includes a dining room area, a fully equipped modern kitchen which has everything you need to prepare your own meals - it’s a delight to cook in although we must note that there are tons of restaurants in the area that guests love to dine at. Of course, Netflix has been added for guests to enjoy in the living room - the sofa is super comfy - 5 stars.
Views from the open space are just as breath-taking as when you’re sitting outside. Outstanding.

Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:This is a self‑check‑in Property. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Check-in time is 3PM but you are welcome to drop off your luggage if you arrive earlies. Check the Guest Portal for more info. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.
Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

Beautiful location and in the off-season there was always a parking space nearby. Spacious, clean apartment with well-equipped kitchen. The street in front of the house, where the bedroom is located, is very busy. Fortunately, you don't get that much of it on the upper floor. Except when buses pass by, the whole house vibrates - but you get used to it quickly ;) Communication with the team was straightforward and they always responded very quickly. Clear recommendation!

We’d give it 4.5. We spent a week in Malta in 3 different places, so we can compare the price to the quality. A very pleasant, **spacious** apartment with a great view of the bay. At this price point, to be perfectly happy, a simple coffee machine (any kind) is missing. As for tea on arrival (a standard even in a 3‑star hotel) – we got 8 sugar sachets and one tea bag (a small thing, but still…). No power adapter by any of the sockets, and a dying hairdryer. Other than that, everything was fine.

The apartment is in a good location, nice view. Communication with Zzzing was quick and easy. At second glance, the apartment is unfortunately not so great anymore! The kitchen equipment is a joke. A minimum of dishes and cutlery, a few pots, a pan ready for the scrap heap. Coffee machine, teapot, salad bowl, peeler, etc. are missing. No door that doesn't drag, no drawer that doesn't jam. After two days, the tap was broken, two days later the balcony door. Even if these were repaired immediately, I don't want to deal with something like this on holiday. A large towel and a tea towel for 9 days. Only received two towels after asking 3 times. On the balcony chairs, two 'patches' as seat cushions, torn and unappetising. The entire house vibrates, so that the cabinets rattle as soon as a heavier vehicle passes by quickly. Too bad the beautiful apartment is so poorly maintained. Not recommended

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
