We had a great time in the house. Very spacious and the jacuzzi was perfect! Perhaps provide 1 or 2 additional armchairs in the future for large numbers in the living room.

This is the second Zzzing property we have stayed in and again we really enjoyed it. The property is on the same road as the bus terminus but the noise wasn't an issue. The property is spacious and was clean. A big plus was the garage which would be very handy in high season. Children and adults had a ball and I think the pricing was reasonable.

the house was big and atreet parkimg was not difdicult. the hosts were inxredibly helpful and very responaive. we had what we needed and the spa was a massive hit with the family (but took a long time to heat up!).

We had a fantastic stay in this fabulous apartment. It was comfortable and spacious with working air conditioning. St Paul's Bay is a fantastic place to stay with loads of great restaurants within walking distance. For anything that was not within walking distance, we used BOLT (Malta's version of Uber) which was just brilliant. The beach is just a very shirt walk away. We can highly recommend the food at Beef Bar and also Cafe Del Mar. We will definitely visit again in the future.

We stayed as a large group for a summer getaway and the property had everything we would have wanted. Our only two requests would have been more pillows for everyone and for some extra bath towels to avoid having to wash them. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the property was as expected from the photos and in an excellent location for what we needed.

Fantastic apartment and very spacious. We were a family of 6 adults staying here and had plenty of room. It was in a good location, short walk to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. However, the apartment is situated on a very busy road, leading up to Bugibba bus terminal and the busses were going past constantly. This wasn't too much of an issue, it just would have been nice to sit outside having a cuppa in the morning, without the constant noise. The main disappointment / issue was the air conditioning in ALL of the bedrooms. This was so loud.... it was ridiculously noisy, so we were unable to have it switched on at night and therefore didn't sleep too well, due to the heat. The units in the lounge and the bar area were fine. Plumbing wasn't great either...the water in the bathrooms takes a while to come through, it starts off trickling out. BEWARE the hot water gets VERY hot. After flushing the toilets there is a loud droning noise! Don't get me wrong, we had a great holiday

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Malta! One of the standout features was definitely the hot tub — it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether it was during the day with the sun shining or in the evening under the stars, it added a real touch of luxury to the whole experience. The host was absolutely wonderful — incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely attentive. Communication was always quick and clear, and he went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location also made it really easy to travel to other parts of Malta. Whether we were heading to nearby beaches, restaurants, or cultural sites, everything felt very accessible. Check-in and check-out were seamless, with clear instructions and no hassle at all. Entering and exiting the property was always smooth, which made our stay even more relaxed and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!!

Positive - Stayed here as a group of 7, great amount of space. Comfy beds and nice towels. Cleaning to a really good standard and convenient location. Good shower in end en suite bedroom. Coffee machine bonus and large fridge to use. Able to leave bags before and after check out for short time and responsive to messages. Not so positive - at times water pressure not good. Main sofa in kitchen stained. Lock in one of en suite bathrooms got stuck so had to climb out of window - looks like has happened before - but positively was fixed by end of day (although we didn’t lock again) - same shower floods bathroom as doesn’t drain well.

Despite the beauty and space of the accommodation, our stay was greatly impacted by daily electricity problems (pellets jumping). On several occasions, we found ourselves without air conditioning, no hot water, no water pressure, no light and unable to use the hot tub, which was never able to work throughout the stay. These recurring outages also prevented cooking. Despite our many interactions with Zzzing – first responsive, then less and less – we ended up calling them, but they hung up on us, no news until the next day. Although they moved on site, no lasting solutions were found, and the outages persisted every day. Apart from these inconveniences, the accommodation is well located, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. When we arrived, we hadn't received the access codes, but the team was responsive by message to provide them to us quickly.

The place surprised us positively. Everything you need (sea, supermarket, restaurants or bus station) is in 2 minutes walking distance. The apartment itself was very clean and the hot tub was of course also great :)

We were a group of 10 young people and enjoyed our stay at this very nice place. The location is ideal for exploring Malta: a bus terminal just a 2-minute walk away provides easy access to all parts of the island, and a beautiful beach with a bar/restaurant is a 5 minute walk away. However, although the listing mentions a place to stay for 10 people, it's actually more suitable for 9. It's possible to sleep on the couch, but it's especially suitable for young people. The accommodation is clean overall, although we encountered an evacuation problem in a shower due to a slight lack of maintenance. Luckily, this was resolved quickly and efficiently. The agency is very responsive and attentive, responding to our requests quickly. In short, it's a great place for a stay with friends and family. We recommend it without hesitation!

The villa was amazing. It had all the amenities as mentioned on the listing. There are plenty of restaurants and beaches around the villa. The bus station is within 2 minutes from the villa for further journeys. It was also an amazing feeling to return to the jacuzzi after a long day of travelling.

this place has it all. Plenty of Space, with a great layout. lots of natural light. indoor and outdoor areas to hang out with friends. washer/dryer to clean your clothes before you leave. best part was there's a 24hr coffee/pastry/Gelato place 1 block away and you are steps to jump into the ocean for a morning Mediterranean swim! we will be back.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. It is very spacious and the hot tub and deck were very nice. The one problem was with the lock to get into the actual house as we did not receive the code and arrived very late at night. Luckily, after a quick call we were able to get in easily. The host was very responsive and helpful.

mixed stay with an entrance and incomplete instructions for the keypad of the door of the house. before our arrival I ask for the type of coffee maker to bring pods to me a dolce gusto which is non-existent on site so pods bought for nothing. communication with the host who brings a coffee maker the next day except that it does not work then nothing more despite reminders so very inconvenient for a family of 9 adults. very wet back room with a broken click-clack not suitable for sleeping the small mattress gives off a strong smell of mold. house suitable for 8 people max

Very comfortable 4 bedroom house in a good area of Qawra, Bugibba. Not properly equipped for babies/little kids like in our case. Also misses some amenities that should be obvious for such a big house like dishwasher and vacuum cleaner.

Good environment, large space. However, a lot of overdue maintenance. Zzzing did not respond quickly, and not fully chat. When calling, action was taken immediately in case of problems. So it is advisable to call in case of problems.

Very good communication, on our first day we had problems with the electricity and constant power shortages. After sending a message they immediately sent someone to solve the problem. The place has big rooms, is clean, close to good restaurants and the bus terminal (if needed), parking spots are in front of the house, it is quiet at night... We were very happy with our choice and would book again

Get it. What are you waiting for? Book it as soon as possible. This apartment is amazing. It is really spacious, very well equipped (only missing the dishwasher machine) and the position is just perfect to visit all Malta. The small town where it is located provides lots of services at walking distance, like convenience stores, local restaurants and also the bus terminal. Parking the car is easy and the surroundings are quiet. Unless they have updated their apartment photos, this apartment is huge. There is plenty of space, dining room, gaming room... we were in 7 and there was space for everyone. The Jacuzzi is awesome... bathing while you watch the sea is priceless. Not only that, but the host provides very good towels and even a very big one for use in the Jacuzzi. This is the best accommodation I had in so many years of AirBNB traveling. About the cleaning, that was perfect, including the Jacuzzi.

lovely place but we weren't left any instructions and the WiFi on the email didn't exist. the WiFi on the router didn't reach half of the rooms. we contacted them about an ant infestation and they were going to drop something off for it but never did. lock on front door so sensitive we got locked out. constant power cuts as well. everything else was great and we could live with those things it just would be good to improve them. location is great, everything else worked fine.

This is a large spacious comfortable house that is beautifully decorated and has excellent amenities. We loved the outdoor living areas, particularly the hot tub and BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy. There is so much space, we were a family of 4 but the house could easily have accommodated 4 more. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. We had no problems finding a carpark right out front (in October) and WiFi was perfect for remote working. The beach promenade is nice for runs/walks and for those with kids, the playground at the aquarium is fantastic and less than 10 mins walk. There's a Wellbees supermarket very closeby, and this location is good for the sandy beaches on this side of the island (we particularly loved Riviera Beach).

We had a wonderful time at Zzzing apartment. The place matched the images supplied on the website and is reflective on the price. We had a couple of niggles which hopefully can be addressed for the future. - You couldn’t leave any food out as the whole place is flooded with ants. There must be an infestation close to the property which needs to be looked at. - There’s no hoover. So it was difficult to sweep up any mess made ( we have two small young children so mess is expected. - limited cleaning products. Vacuum cleaner is essential for such a huge place.

From check in to check out our stay was absolutely perfect! The villa was amazing, the photos are great but even better in person. Plenty of space which is what you need when you travelling in a group as you have a number of different social areas but due to its size you are able to have some privacy when needed. That outdoor space was unreal the Jacuzzi and bbq area just encourages you to be outside as much as you can. Zzzing were so responsive to any questions I had at any time of the day and very helpful as well. The only issue you may find with this stay is you won’t want to leave!!

What we expected was what we got, in fact. I can only recommend it in a good location with easy access to parking and the sea can be seen from the terrace. An upscale, well-equipped very spacious stay. There was a dishwasher tablet, but we couldn't find a machine that's all I can say negatively. We weren't bothered by the lack of it. Highly Recommended by us !

All in all we were greeted by a spacious, quiet, quiet but central Airbnb. We were all satisfied with our stay. - Everything was as advertised, the pictures corresponded 100% to the separated - but the "fitness area" was rather scanty - but corresponded to the picture - Communication has always worked very quickly and easily, we were also clarified -The location allows access to nearby shops, shopping, a drink shop, which was open until 00:00, etc. - yet it would have been good to know that the sea access is exclusively a stone/rocky beach. We shared the accommodation with 4 instead of 8 and find the price performance to be justified (booked Sept.). However, intermediate cleaning for a longer stay (10 with us) is recommended, for example, as the jacuzzi would need new chemicals for such a long time.

Great villa, full of amenities and well-structured. A/C everywhere, bright and spacious home. Only flaws: House for 8 people not for 10, the sofa bed was not adequate. Too bad for the absence of the hot water needed in some hours of the day (post bathroom in the jacuzzi by night). Unclean bathtub Highly recommended to everyone
