Pearl Court is a peaceful space that offers comfort and tranquility - we’ve welcomed yogis, creatives, writers, adventurers & artists to our home - you’ll feel the vibe as soon as you walk in. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen perfect for you to prepare your own meals or simply to keep your favourites in the fridge. A really nice bathroom with a shower. Sustainability matters to us, so we've added dispensers to avoid any pesky plastic bottles. The large terrace is perfect for both sunrise and sunset, where you can enjoy an Aperol Spritz, a glass of wine, a Nespresso, or, if you’re on a personal detox journey, a smoothie or warm tea to melt your worries away.

- This holiday home is a residential block in a very peaceful neighbourhood, please respect our neighbours. - This property is strictly non-smoking. A €250 fine will be charged if guests are found smoking inside our holiday homes or rooms. - Gather used towels

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
