Lovely apartment, clean well equipped and the perfect location. Christophe was always available to answer questions and respond to requests. On site parking is a must in Calpe these days, especially in the summer months. We had hoped to return soon but unfortunately it is booked up for most of the summer, maybe next year

Beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view. You are close to everything you could need. You can hear the waves from the beach it’s so close to the shore and renters are very responsive and relaxed.

the apartment is very well located and was rather well arranged.. We regretted not being able to open the main window and the kitchen should be renovated but we enjoyed the apartment overall. There was everything we needed. Very nice view and beautiful living space. The master bedroom air conditioning is too close to the bed. Too bad! That said, if we go back to Calpé, we will definitely take this apartment again. The service by what's app from the agency was excellent. Thank you Christophe

The apartment has a mesmerizing view. It is spacious and very clean. The team is professional and accommodating to any issues that can naturally appear in renting the apartments for short term

Magnificent apartment in size, location, unbeatable views, cleanliness, accessories, tranquility. The 70”TV takes off the hiccups but has breakfast, lunch, or dinner in front of those views of the entire Cantal de Roig beach with the rock of Ifach in the background is a wonder that overshadows everything else. The parking lot is on the surface but covered under the pergola, easy to maneuver and a private enclosure. Communication with Christophe is prompt and cordial. We'll be back.

We were pleasantly surprised! The apartment is perfect, clean and has everything you need. The location couldn't be better, you live closest to the beach and with the city/restaurants just around the corner! Recommended only.

Terms and Conditions

On renting the property, a deposit is established as a guarantee for the proper use of the furniture and fittings, equipment and the use of the entrances to the property. This amount will be paid upon arrival either in cash or as a payment held on your credit card, and will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the end of the guest’s stay, as long as no damage has been caused to the property.

Payments: 45% of the full rental amount will be paid within a maximum period of 3 days after making the reservation. The remaining 55% will be paid 15 days before arrival, or at the time of arrival, prior to the handing over of the keys.
