We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend to everyone, thank you ☺️ ! It's a beautiful and very spacious 5* apartment. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean 🙂 . Heating / Air con in every room. Washing machine. 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with filtered water 👍 . Location is great, 2 min walking distance to promenade, sea side, shops and about 15min walk to city centre. Great restaurants around. Bit difficult to find a parking space in the evenings (we stayed in April) , prepare to park the car few streets away from the apartment but it was not a problem for us.

There were three of us for a week. The place is really very nice. Everything was very clean. The shower urgently needs waterproofing. The location is great. Finding a parking space after 6 p.m. is a challenge, but it is possible. If the apartment is available for our next holiday in Malta, we will stay there again.

We really enjoyed this spacious apartment! It was the perfect spot for our week in St. Paul's Bay. It was close to everything you might need and a short walk from the sea. There is a bit of a sea view from the side veranda, as well as a very lovely outdoor living space near the kitchen.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
