This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.

Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

This apartment was absolutely brilliant. Very spacious and perfect for a family stay. Those with very young children (under 3) may want to be cautious of the stairs going down to the utility room and other stairs going up to side veranda but as long as you supervise, it’s all good. The back yard was great for chilling in the evenings and great for hanging washing out. All the hustle and bustle going on outside and you wouldn’t know about it in the yard - pure bliss. The side veranda has views out to the sea down the side of Qawra Palace hotel. Pretty good view for an apartment not on the sea front itself! The shower in the main bathroom is amazing - double waterfall, single waterfall, handheld shower head, wall jets, steam function. Incredible for relaxing in. Only downside being a crack in the shower tray, which leaks water like a river but there is internal drainage anyway, so not a problem. Bedrooms very comfortable and wardrobes excellent space. I would love to stay again.

The apartment was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and a nice outdoor patio. It was perfect for our group of five. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for our check-in and check-out.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s we have stayed in. Would 100% stay again. Extremely clean and well designed apartment with a luxury feel throughout, the owners art work on the walls is a nice touch. Great location in St Pauls Bay with free parking outside. Communication from the host company was always responsive. Very minor additions would be some new knives as the current ones are blunt plus the door lock to the building is a bit fiddly. Thanks for a great stay.

Property Manager Terms

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
