Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.
Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

It saddens me to find myself writing my first negative review. Sadly this accommodation was not at all as was listed and as a result my and my families holiday was significantly negatively impacted: 1- private path to the beach- this was not usable or accessible. The area was barricaded off and more than one warning sign was up advising of danger and not to access 2- balcony and sea view- this was unusable as just after our arrival large scale building machinery arrived and began work directly in front of the accommodation starting at 7am and going on until 8pm. This was very noisy waking us and very dusty and unsightly. We could not use the balcony as a result 3- broken balcony sliding door- this was reported but could not be fixed until the following day (with us having to push for this)leaving us overnight with an unsecured apartment. Of even greater safety concern was that our children could potentially access the balcony overnight whilst we slept Not at all accurately advertised.

The views from the balcony are beautiful. Large space, two levels, but the lower level is a bit like a basement, in one of the rooms on the street side the noise is unbearable, earplugs are necessary, the roadway is almost above your head, and the street is very busy. Same in the bedroom upstairs - the one on the street side. Smell of moisture. No dishwasher. I asked for a dish dryer, but it was not delivered. The waste sorting system requires bags in different colours - there were only black ones in the apartment, other necessary ones were promised to be delivered, but they were not delivered. The biggest plus is the area and the view from the balcony, but the location is on a very busy road. Fully equipped kitchen - except for a dishwasher. Somewhat confusing instructions regarding the apartment - in ours it was written that there is a water filter and you do not need to buy bottled water, but there was nothing like that.

Stayed here for a week with the family. The views are incredible to wake up to in the morning. It is conveniently located near bus stops and the clothes washing and dryer helped. A friendly corner store nearby and an amazing restaurant and swimming spots. Would definitely stay here again for a peaceful out of the main city stay

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
