The space
Step into comfort at our brand new, one double bedroom apartment located in one of Malta’s prettiest localities. The apartment features a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine (complimentary pods provided), and a living room with a smart TV. The living room sofa easily converts into a sofa bed, perfect for children or additional guests. Book your stay and experience the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and captivating views in the heart of Malta. The pièce de résistance is the balcony, where you can soak in the beauty of Malta right from the heart of it all.

Guests have exclusive access to the terrace. This block has a few steps at the main entrance leading to an elevator that takes guests straight to the apartment door.

Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:
This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.

Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

Great place to stay with a beautiful seavie. Lots of restaurants nearby and at a location which is starting point for boat rides to explore all 3 islands. Only issue was that the elevator starts only from 1st floor. We had a stroller which made it a bit difficult.

We wanted to have a quiet holiday. This place was perfect for that. There was a terrace with an amazing view that was very meditative, whether outside or from the sofa. The small balcony at the back was a plus. There is a washing machine, barbecue and air conditioning. The kitchen was well equipped, everything in the apartment was clean! In addition, the accommodation was easy to reach by bus and you could also get from there to other areas of the island (40 min to Valetta, 30 min to the airport). The service was always available during the day and very helpful! Recommended and happy to come back!

The apartment is well located with a beautiful sea view. In November, we never had any problems parking the car on the street. The kitchen has the bare minimum if you want to cook. Small but functional bathroom. Large room and comfortable bed. The elevator did not work and being on the 7th floor this can be a problem if you have mobility difficulties. Overall a good choice

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. If you see this review and have it booked, I’d look at other options. Don’t get sucked in by the gorgeous balcony like we did. We had no hot water in the shower from day 1 and the host team weren’t helpful at all. It wasn’t until the last day of the holiday when they offered to send maintenance round, at which point we’d had 5 days of lukewarm water and just wanted to go home. Thank god for Airbnb support who were so helpful and quick to respond. It was mostly quiet in the apartment block, but there’s an apartment opposite that has 2 dogs. These dogs barked ALL the way through the night so we were woken at 4/5am every day. We’ve never stayed in such an uncomfortable bed. It felt like we were sleeping on a plank of wood covered by a sheet. We dreaded going to bed and both left with bad backs and sore hips. If I had a higher character limit I’d write about more, but the main things that made this our worst Airbnb experience yet are here

Fabulous place, great views, loved watching the storms out to sea on a couple of nights, I’d recommend a couple of sun beds to fully enjoy the sun, Jeff’s downstairs is amazing for food and drinks, a couple of small shops for essentials, just a few feet away, lots of great restaurants in walking distance, bus stop outside apartment or a 5 min walk to the main bus stop, enjoyed walking the coast to buggiba.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
