A beautiful Villa which really suited our family of 9 which included 4 adult couples and a baby. Everyone had their own room and the best bit of all - there is a bathroom or shower room for each bedroom. The villa was clean with a good range of kitchen equipment and crockery available. The pool was super and with it being so hot we spent a lot of time at the poolside and on the terrace. Our contact Maria responded quickly to any questions/issues we had. Some suggestions for minor improvements would be firstly to have a shower curtain in the master bedroom’s bathroom as the water goes everywhere if you use this shower. Also there is only a miniature bottle of washing up liquid, one pot scrubber and one dishcloth provided on arrival - having some tea towels, a bottle of washing up liquid and a couple of dishcloths would be beneficial, especially as we used the kitchens on both levels. These are only minor details - we had a lovely holiday and would stay here again.

Our stay in the villa was absolutely amazing. Staying near the old town was wonderful as the old town is so beautiful. The villa was fantastic, a huge space, really clean, we stayed in the villa a lot more than we had planned as it was so comfortable, loads of sun loungers outside, the pool was stunning with steps going down. The slide was an added bonus. The rooms were all perfect with air conditioning. There was also a lovely lounge area upstairs too. Would highly recommend and planning to return again.

The villa is truly amazing, the location is peaceful, and the view is incredible!! The swimming pool, terrace and barbecue are really great for a wonderful holiday. You feel at home there. Christophe is really proactive and super friendly, and he makes sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. We will be back, I would recommend!

Fantastic house for the seven of us for 3 weeks. Luxurious with private bathrooms for each room. Good patios with chairs and tables for everyone. The pool was warm and always well cleaned. The house felt clean and fresh. There was everything needed to cook and grill. Plenty of glassware and china. Bedding and towels were perceived as new and very fresh. We had a couple of questions that we got quick answers to via chat or Whats App Calpe is hilly so the car was needed to get to the beach. Ok, small grocery store about 10 min walk, but otherwise we drove a car for big shopping. If you wish, it would be good if there was a sun protection over the lounge sofa as it is in the sun all day. We left chairs and parasols to take to the beach, it would have been an extra plus if there had been for lending.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Manoir at the end of July. Our family of four, along with our friends and their two kids, enjoyed the perfect holiday in this beautiful villa. The space was more than adequate for the two families, and it was fully equipped to meet all of our needs. The villa was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and ideally located for everything we wanted to do. We had no issues with the property itself—just a minor hiccup with the pool towels we had paid extra for. However, after a quick chat with our welcome host, Maria, they were delivered to us on the second day by one of the cleaners. The pool and terrace area were just beautiful—perfect for both relaxation and family fun. Everything was well thought out, and we felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. We’d absolutely recommend Villa Manoir to anyone seeking a convenient, family-friendly, self-catering holiday spot. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

Nice and clean house , we enjoyed our stay. Absolutely love the outdoor space, with the pool and sunbeds with new parasols (not in pictures). Thanks for letting us stay :) Some small problems that is a bit irritating when starting holiday with kids (grill not working the first 2-3 days, air-condition in several rooms not working properly, oven upstairs not working) but they quickly fixed the problems- thanks! (except air-condition but it was okay). Also we missed the basics like soap, cleaning equipment, cloths, spices and such, that in our experiences are available in houses like this.

We enjoyed ourselves in the nice house that has a great outdoor area. We were two families with children, and the kids were having fun in the big pool. The only downside was that the AC in the living area did not work, but we recommend the place and we will gladly return another time😊

Family of 8 plus two babies. Villa was fabulous, very quiet, we had everything we needed. Pool has no shallow end, didn't cause any issues, the chutes an added bonus. Lovely outside garden, also a discreet area to dry our clothes Pool area huge, and relaxing, the upstairs terrace is so peaceful, with great views About 20mins walk to beach, bars and restaurants. It's hilly in Calpe, we quickly learned the easy way up and down to the villa! We had a fantastic time, highly recommend this villa, anyone reading this, hope this makes your anticipated holiday even more exciting. Calpe is really nice place to stay.

We were here with our family and everyone was wildly enthusiastic! The week was over too quickly, outdoor furniture in combination with the pool and the barbecue was Top. living room very cozily furnished with perfect mega-TV. Calpe is also easy to walk.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the villa CarpeDiem in calpe, Spain.From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The location was ideal, offering stunning views of the coastline and easy access to nearby beaches. The pool was a true highlight, allowing us to relax and unwind under the sun. It was well-maintained and spacious, perfect for both swimming and lounging. Lovely, well maintained house in a quiet area. Big outside area with nice pool with sunchairs and umbrellas. Sun from morning until evening. Large bedrooms, all equipped with AC. One kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bathrooms on each floor, so families are able to run separate households if they would like to. Walking distance to old town of Calpe (15 mins.) and the Arenal-Bol beach (20 mins.) Useful information from owner both before and during our stay.

The villa had plenty of room for us 5 + baby, with lots of outdoor space. The pool was heated, pool towels provided, and high chair and cot supplied, all for an extra fee. The host was really clear with instructions on access, and super responsive if we ever needed anything. Old town within walking distance which had the best restaurants - Lapsus, Enigma etc. We had to ask about using the safe but the property manager chatted through this. The only thing we were missing were some sort of blankets or a duvet, as sleeping with a thin sheet (whether the air con is off or not!) isn't quite enough. We were told they were at the cleaners and to turn the air con off, but we still would have preferred these. Supplies were all great in terms of what was provided in the kitchen - some of the basics could have perhaps been supplied e.g. salt, pepper, oil etc especially for shorter stays. The barbecue was also a massive plus for easy lunches / dinners. Thanks for having us!

Absolutely stunning property exactly as described and shown in the photos. Immaculately clean with superb quality finishings and furniture. Christophe was brilliant to deal with and communication was speedy and efficient. We were extremely grateful for early access and a later check out. We were 9 in total but the property is spacious and with 4 bathrooms absolutely ideal. The outside area is spacious- plenty of furniture and the children loved the pool. The upstairs balcony offers perfect views for an evening meal and the downstairs kitchen is an absolute bonus for breakfast and barbecuing. It is about 10 minutes walk to a lovely local restaurant-15 minutes to a supermarket and 25 minutes to the beautiful Calpe beach with so many fabulous places to eat but personally my most favourite spot was the Old Town. So beautiful and atmospheric- it’s stunning and again so many restaurants serving fantastic food. We had a brilliant holiday and would love to go back and definitely recommend.

We have just returned from a fantastic week in Calpe. The villa was stunning, and better equipped than any villa we’ve stayed in previously. The cleanliness, layout and facilities were perfect for us (parents with 4 sons - 2 teenagers, 2 with wives, one of whom has a 2 year old). Each room having its own bathroom was a godsend! The pool is fairly large and the slide was a great addition. We didn’t use the living room as we spent all our time outside, but if you were visiting out of season then it offers great comfort and facilities. We really couldn’t fault the villa itself and will definitely consider returning. The only slight downside was the uphill walk back from Calpe and any of the local supermarkets. It wasn’t a major problem for most of us but was quite difficult pushing a pushchair back from the town. I would imagine anyone with mobility problems might struggle and should consider car hire. That said, it was less than 7 euros in a taxi to get back from the seafront/town centre. The communication with the host pre arrival was great, and when we had a problem with the hot water on our last day someone arrived to fix it within about 30 minutes of me reporting it which we were extremely grateful for. Overall, I’d thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to visit Calpe.
