The space
Voted by the Zzzing team as a dream holiday home, this two-bedroom duplex apartment ticks all the boxes. Expertly (& mindfully) designed by two talented creatives, it feels like a five-star hotel with more space than you could ever get at this price point. The fully air-conditioned open living room includes a large living room (with a Smart TV so that you can watch your favorite series or movies on Netflix) as well as a fully equipped kitchen which includes everything you need to prepare your meals should this be your preference - the Nespresso machine (with complimentary coffee pods) is a welcoming touch. The property has one large bedroom with a balcony (having side sea views) and one smaller bedroom/study, both completed with Wellpur memory foam mattresses and pillows that will lull you right to sleep. It's a great option for those travelers wanting to share the property while maintaining some privacy or a perfect setup for a small family. We are sure that after a long day of exploring Malta, you’ll be happy to unwind on the front balcony. It's a private space, perfect for enjoying a glass of Maltese wine (try our indigenous grape varieties Gellewza or Girgentina), a Maltese beer (Cisk), or a nice cup of beautifully brewed tea - the options are endless.

Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:
This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.

Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

I really enjoyed the stay itself, the apartment was very cozy and in a good location. You could get around quickly on foot or by car (restaurants or grocery stores). Communication worked great, we got quick and respectful answers. Unfortunately, the apartment was not properly cleaned on arrival, there was an old used baking paper in the oven and the dining table was extremely dusty. However, everything else fulfilled our wishes. I don't know why but it was extremely cold in the apartment, we almost always had the air conditioner on very warm but from somewhere there was always a cold draft even though the windows were closed. Otherwise we were very satisfied thank you:)

Very good location for public transport. The apartment is ideal for couples or for traveling with friends. Communication worked out great The sea is a two-minute walk away

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at this stylish duplex! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, the seaside, and easy transport links. Our host was super responsive and full of great local tips. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway—we’ll definitely be back!

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
