This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.
Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.
The space
Brand new, stylishly designed and really spacious, this two double-bedroom apartment is a perfect space for couples, families and small groups visiting the Maltese islands for work, fun or both. Walk into a large living room space - minimalist yet includes absolutely everything you need including a large Smart TV and a very comfy sofa. On one side the open space leads to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals and a really cute breakfast bench. On the other side, you’ll find a spacious balcony that has outdoor furniture which makes it the perfect spot for a morning or sunset drink. It’s also a really great place to catch up with your team at the office or read a good book. Outdoor living in the Maltese islands is grand. Great appartment, very spacious with an amazing view. You're a bit out of the busy restaurant areas but that makes for easier parking and getting around. A good family choice. Restaurant next door does great pizza. Hosts were really responsive with clear instruction. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful, spacious apartment with large balcony, including views of the bay of St. Paul. Everything you need for a holiday with family or friends. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen. The immediate surroundings are a bit quieter, but with the Über you are in the middle of island life in a few minutes.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
