Brand new, stylishly designed and really spacious, this two double-bedroom apartment is a perfect space for couples, families and small groups visiting the Maltese islands for work, fun or both. Walk into a large living room space - minimalist yet includes absolutely everything you need including a large Smart TV and a very comfy sofa. On one side the open space leads to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals and a really cute breakfast bench. On the other side, you’ll find a spacious balcony that has outdoor furniture which makes it the perfect spot for a morning or sunset drink. It’s also a really great place to catch up with your team at the office or read a good book. Outdoor living in the Maltese islands is grand. Great apartment, a bit outside of St. Paul’s Bay - big living room, stunning view! Long balcony. Nice rooms - we spent an awesome week there. Perfectly located for any kind of day trips on Malta. No parking issues. It’s a bit noisy - as a main street runs between the bay and the apartment.

Lovely apartment. Everything was as pictured and described. Location was ideal for a family of 4. Bus stops close by, restaurants across the road., shop 3 minute walk. Nice spot close by to sunbathe on the rocks and swim in the clear warm sea. The road below the balcony was not that busy and the noise did not cause us any issues as others have reported. However, 3 out of the 10 days we stayed there we were woken up by next door hammering at 7.30am in the morning.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
