Very disappointing stay. The building was hard to find and there was no parking nearby – we had to park on a vacant lot. The electronic lock code didn’t work; it took us 90 minutes and over 30 minutes on hold to reach someone. The Wi-Fi code was also wrong. A kitchen cabinet was broken, the bedroom door rattled constantly with wind, and sleeping was difficult. The terrace was dirty, didn’t drain properly, and the BBQ was broken and filthy. Worst of all, the bedroom is right next to a noisy construction site, with work starting early and ending late. Curtains are too small to block light, and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to go home.

Great apartment! Amazing view where one can observe the sunrise! Just woow. We had no hot water or water pressure on the first day. We reached out to zzzing who responded in an hour We just hadn't turned on the switch… If we return to Malta, we will take over this splendid apartment!!!

This place was absolutely beautiful and perfectly located to get to Saint Pauls. There is a bus stop opposite and the sea is within walking distance which was perfect. We were very impressed by the flat itself, it was quiet, beautifully decorated and very spacious. Everything was clean and we felt very safe and relaxed. The added benefit of air-con was amazing. We had an issue with finding the place to begin with as our maps were showing us a different location but the team answered the phone instantly and helped direct us to the right place and were very friendly and patient. We also arrived early and they were very accommodating, allowing us to drop our bags off before checking in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Malta.

The apartment looks much nicer in the images than in reality. We had problems with the shower and air conditioning as well as general maintenance. Towel hangers hanging off the wall and door frames loose etc. There was blood or tomato sauce in the walls in the living room and the floors weren’t clean. There was a real lack of glasses and plates in the cupboard as well. 1 wine glass and two very small tumblers for a two bedroom apartment was really odd. There was no instructions on bins or how to use any appliances etc. It’s nice enough, but it could be really good with a little more effort.

At check-in we waited 60 minutes for the keys and it was 5:00 pm so we waited on the side of the road (busy road at sustained speed). We immediately noticed the dirt and stains on the floor and the Wi-Fi not working. Then when we start the shower in the room it remains open in bulk with very hot water at risk of burns. After a day they sent a technician who fixed the shower (I think we did not try to open it again for fear of staying with the hot water open) but it so dirty the bathroom and tablecloths that the bathroom was no longer usable. I look forward to half the cleaning.

Host very responsive to our requests. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. The outdoor terrace is beautiful with a great view. A little noisy in the evening with cars passing through the street. But I highly recommend this property. Restaurant and supermarket and parking nearby. Everything was as described, I will come back without any worries. Thank you very much

We had a great stay at Zzzing’s place in St Paul’s Bay. The place matched the pictures, was modern and very clean. It’s a very spacious apartment and is perfect for four people. It does have a construction site at the back of the property which has a long time before it finishes but it did not disturb our stay once and we didn’t hear any noise at any point during our stay. It also had easy free parking just up the road. The sea view balcony is better than the pictures we would recommend staying here.

The place is as clean as the pictures and has everything you need The view from the terrace was so nice, and it was so nice to be able to go down to the beach and play right in front of you!!

Nice and large appartment with great sea view balcony and outdoor furniture including barbecue. The living room with open kitchen, sofa+big TV and dining table can easily accommodate the 4 guests. After calling zzzing services, we were allowed to check-in earlier than standard time which was very nice. There is a bus stop right in front of the building which made any commute rather easy. The rental is located on a main road, but since the appartment is on the 6th floor, we could not hear it from inside. Note: there is a large construction going on right behind the building, making the 2nd terrace (access from one of the bedrooms) not pleasant to use, but it didn't bother us since the main one (access from the living room and facing the sea) was where we spent most of the time. The constructions didn't bother us from a noise point of view either.

The apartment is spacious, has a lot of free space. New furniture and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Good location, ideally suitable day of walking. Great sea view from the patio. Comfortable bed. Of the cons, the grill on the terrace did not work as it was not filled with gas. In one bathroom the shower was purely for hot water, so it could not be used. When asked to repair, I was advised to twist the handle in different directions. So this issue was not resolved. There is a clothes dryer in the apartment, but it also did not work. From the bedroom there is a view of the construction where the construction work is taking place, so it is quite noisy, it is better not to open the window. In general, the apartment is not bad, I can recommend. Maybe until the next arrival, small problems with the apartment will be eliminated .

The flat was good enough even if not well-finished and cleaning was not done thoroughly. The thing that annoyed us the most was that we could not open the back balcony because of the massive building site right in front. Building noise started at 7am and dust continuously blew into the flat, even from the front terrace. We were looking for a relaxed time...barely slept 5 hours each night unfortunately. I know it's not the owner's fault but it should not have been put on this app considering the gaping hole right in front of it.

We had a perfect stay at the Zzzing apartment! Photos were matching with the reality. There was a service team available if you would experience any issues during your stay. We had a minor issue with the Wifi connection which was solved immediately by the Zzzing team. Thanks a lot for the great support and fantastic stay. Definitely to be recommended!

We had a perfect holiday, the apartment was clean and very spacious. The terrace was perfect and the view was marvelous. When we had a problem with electricity and a leak under the sink, within one our a guy came and fixed it all. I have nothing bad to add, it was all great! :)

We had a great stay. Memories of this apartment will be together with great memories from trip to Malta. The owner promptly solves problems and questions. The apartments are modern, spacious and tidy. Thank you, we hope to get back to this place again sometime

Place was not as represented in photos. Clearly staged decor and empty loft. Really disappointing considering I selected the location for a photoshoot in the loft. I now understand why they provide a call service (which was helpful when called but annoying I had to use so much). Didn't provide an address that even a local could easily find. Horrible pickup and drop off location. Didn't provide a floor or unit number. Key code wouldn't work...but figured out how to get in with a key finally on my own. Very little instructions with the unit. Wifi instructions didn't work and wifi spotty - do not plan on working remotely from here. AC units no instructions on how to turn on...the breaker was cut off. There is scolding hot water or ice cold...couldn't take a comfortable shower. The patio decor...NONEXISTENT...only the furniture and grill. Not the relaxing view that was presented in the pictures. SO disappointing...could have so much more potential.

Great view and the apartment is furnished with the latest standards. There were only the dirty bed linen to complain about... Otherwise great!! I didn't even have to contact with zzzing because everything worked as indicated.

We stayed on a construction site with corresponding noise and dirt. The shower did not work for the entire stay and unfortunately only the information came from the rental, craftsmen could not solve the problem, bad luck. Cheap amenities, kitchen cabinets cannot be opened and closed correctly. Poor kitchen equipment. (Only 1 set of plates and cutlery, no cutting boards, no kitchen knives. Patio furniture was partly broken. Barbecue and views in front great, unfortunately don't compensate for the rest.
