- Pools: Level 33’s rooftop outdoor pool is open between 10AM and 5PM - this space is available by booking only and is exclusive for residents and our guests. The pool access is charged. We have two complimentary pool cards for every apartment booking. Please note that sunbeds come at an additional charge, they are not included in the pool cards.
Parking: Street Parking is available, Mercury Towers also has a paid car park.
Guests should note that final works are still be completed at Mercury Towers. Mercury is also responsible for administrating the building, for this reason the rules for access of the amenities may change without previous notice.
The Living Room sofa may be set up as a sofa bed which sleeps another 2 guests.

The Living Room sofa may be set up as a sofa bed which sleeps another 2 guests. Lovely apartment, beautiful views! We had some problems with warm water etc. but we got those repaired right away. Only minus is that we only got one key card which was little bit difficult since we had a gropu of 3 friends. Everytime when someone wanted to go back to hotel, everyone had to go to open the door. Was a lot of planning. Otherwise 10/10! <3

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
