Overall great place. Bit dusty, bit of a chlorine smell from the indoor pool, dust here and there, moisture. Some of the stuff are old and doesn’t match the description as the pool table which was cut on a few places and very old. The host is great, bummer they start the pool heating only in mid November, as some of the days in Oct are not suitable for the outside. 4/5 stars from me.

We had a really nice stay in Gozo. The house was clean and well looked after, which made us feel comfortable from the start. The cleaning was very good, and everything felt fresh and welcoming when we arrived. The outdoor space was a nice place to sit back and relax, especially in the evening after exploring the island. Inside, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was straightforward, which made the whole process stress-free. The location worked well for getting around and discovering Gozo’s many beautiful spots. Overall, it was a pleasant stay that gave us a good base for our trip, and we’d be happy to return.

Last weekend we stayed at the Villa, and unfortunately it was a truly unpleasant experience. The property was far from what was advertised.The villa was dirty. The sunbeds were stained and covered with mould. The AC in one of the bedroom wasn’t working, making it impossible to sleep in the heat. To make matters worse we could not even leave the terrace door open due to a damage insect screen. The pool lights didn’t work, the BBQ was left uncleaned and although the listing advertised a billiard table, no balls were provided so it was unusable. The AC in thr living room was dripping and one of the en-suite bathrooms couldn’t be used at all as water from the shower leaked through to the corridor downstairs and even into the basement. Not even a cloth was provided to wipe up the water. There was a vase with dried flowers and foul smelling water left on top of the fridge.We contacted the management several times and while they dis send maintenance staff, none of the issues were resolved.

The place is beautiful and so spacious for the large group we were. Photos were very true to what was found. At surface level the place was clean and all the basics amenities found. However it wasn't fully up to standard, especially for the price paid. There was a microwave plate missing so we couldn't use it, lots of dust under the furniture, bird poop all over the floor outside and outdoor furniture, and air conditioner not working well - we were promised a maintenance person that never showed up in a very hot weekend. There were no basic cleaning supplies like broom etc.

17 of us in total - 10 adults 7 kids. We had a great time spending most of our time outdoors with the pool and the great weather. The bedrooms were large and spacious and the aircon worked great. However, there were a lot of issues such as leaking shower which leaked into the kitchen floor below, only 1 hob out of 5 working. The garden at the back was almost overgrown (very different to the pictures on profile). Dart board was pretty much on its last legs and ended up breaking, the table tennis table is wonky. No microwave plate. The property just needs a bit of love and attention. We still had a great time. Just remember it’s a farmhouse and not the ritz

The place was perfect for our family holiday with 13 people, ages 7 to 80. We loved the swimming pool and the view. Enough bedrooms for everyone, big kitchen and dinner area outside. And as a great bonus, pool table and fussball. We also enjoyed the village and Gozo.

We stayed for three nights at this villa in Gozo. The property itself is spacious and located in a quiet, peaceful area — it definitely has potential. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by several serious issues: The overall cleanliness of the indoor spaces was very poor. There was no soap or basic toiletries in any of the bathrooms. Towels and bed linens were dirty upon arrival (see photos). Around half of the pillows were in unacceptable condition — some guests had to sleep without one (photos attached). There was a constant water leak in the corridor coming from the ceiling, forcing us to place pool towels on the floor for the entire stay to prevent slipping (see photos). The kitchen sink was clogged and unusable. We had to go out and buy cleaning products ourselves to fix it, or we wouldn't have been able to cook at all (see photos). Outdoor chairs and sofas were extremely dirty. We spent a good part of our first day cleaning them just to be able to sit down. G

Hi, fabulous villa to stay in. Perfect location and easy access to everything Gozo. Some great restaurants nearby too. Would definitely recommend this place for family or friends holidays.
