If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

Overall great place. Bit dusty, bit of a chlorine smell from the indoor pool, dust here and there, moisture. Some of the stuff are old and doesn’t match the description as the pool table which was cut on a few places and very old. The host is great, bummer they start the pool heating only in mid November, as some of the days in Oct are not suitable for the outside. 4/5 stars from me.

We had a really nice stay in Gozo. The house was clean and well looked after, which made us feel comfortable from the start. The cleaning was very good, and everything felt fresh and welcoming when we arrived. The outdoor space was a nice place to sit back and relax, especially in the evening after exploring the island. Inside, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was straightforward, which made the whole process stress-free. The location worked well for getting around and discovering Gozo’s many beautiful spots. Overall, it was a pleasant stay that gave us a good base for our trip, and we’d be happy to return.

Last weekend we stayed at the Villa, and unfortunately it was a truly unpleasant experience. The property was far from what was advertised.The villa was dirty. The sunbeds were stained and covered with mould. The AC in one of the bedroom wasn’t working, making it impossible to sleep in the heat. To make matters worse we could not even leave the terrace door open due to a damage insect screen. The pool lights didn’t work, the BBQ was left uncleaned and although the listing advertised a billiard table, no balls were provided so it was unusable. The AC in thr living room was dripping and one of the en-suite bathrooms couldn’t be used at all as water from the shower leaked through to the corridor downstairs and even into the basement. Not even a cloth was provided to wipe up the water. There was a vase with dried flowers and foul smelling water left on top of the fridge.We contacted the management several times and while they dis send maintenance staff, none of the issues were resolved.
