Zzzing’s Guest Experience team will make your stay fabulous. An email with check-in instructions as well as a unique code to enter the holiday home is sent a day before Check-In. Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.
Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

Everything look like in the photo. A stunning view, from the windows and very cozy place to stay in Malta. The apartment was cleaned and easy to find it. Every necessary equipment was included. The location was perfect, easy to walk to the old town, mains streets with bars and restaurants. I really recommend this place.

Mobility issues? Then this place is not for you. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the lift does not work. Beautiful views and close to swimming area. It's in a great location, close to cafes and restaurants. We had a problem with the lock to the apartment and dealing with Zzzing was frustrating. Customer experence were very abrupt and rude to thean they sent to fix the problem.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
