- While the holiday home is gorgeous the elevator in this old building isn't the most glamourous. It is a small elevator - not more than 2 guests at a time please.
- Wear sunscreen and carry plenty of water - especially if you visit in Summer.
- Much of the capital city is wheelchair accessible, but check with our Guest Experience Team if you have any questions
- If you plan to visit a church, cover your shoulders and remove any hats out of respect.

Mobility issues? Then this place is not for you. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the lift does not work. Beautiful views and close to swimming area. It's in a great location, close to cafes and restaurants. We had a problem with the lock to the apartment and dealing with Zzzing was frustrating. Customer experence were very abrupt and rude to thean they sent to fix the problem.

A great place to stay in Malta, close enough to walk everywhere, just far enough away from the crowds. The views are mesmerising and the apartment has all that you need. I would recommend staying. Note there is a disco with loud music on Fri & Sat nights! We had trouble working the lock to get in, better instructions required. Definitely a lovely place to stay the sparkle of the Mediterranean Sea was delightful.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
