Spacious and well-located apartment, nice balcony, but very noisy due to being by the sea. The beds are spacious. Decor to be updated. When walking around the flat, your feet or socks turn black. Lack of common ingredients: salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, coffee in sufficient quantity... No shower curtain (there is one in the photos). The 2 sofas in the living room need to be replaced.

It deserves 3 stars for the excellent location next to the beach and restsurants and because it is a very spacious flat. The furniture in the flat is old, there is no glass or curtain on the bath so having a shower is very difficult without wetting the floor, the insect screen in the living room is broken, one kitchen blind doesn't go down and on the terrace there are only chairs but no table which is a pity because one cannot enjoy the terrace. No TV channels are available. Checking in was a bit problematic as instructions weren't very clear but when you call they always answer and are helpful. The AC in living room was not working so we called on first day and the next day they sent someone to fix it. Their quick response is positive. It's a pity for all the other things because with some more maintenence it could be a very nice place.

A very good location, a spacious apartment with air conditioning in each bedroom, a spacious kitchen, a large terrace with a beautiful view of the bay, and very good Wi-Fi. Close to bus stops and a sandy beach. A place worth recommending.

the location to this place was incredible. the balcony over looked the beach area and it was only a 2 min walk away. absolutely loved the area and had lots of great restaurants around the area. would definitely recommend to anyone.

Perfect location, just 2 mint walking from a sandy beach (and another one 5 mint walking). Starbucks, supermarket and restaurant by the street. walking distance (+/- 20mint) to the Popeye Village. public parking place available 1 min walking. Bus stop 1 mint walking. the apartment is big and comfortable. Jas everything you need to cook for yourself. the furniture is a bit outdated, specially the sofas, but it was clean. they provided a crib and baby chair which is a plus.y only wish was if to make the rooms darker at night. quiet and nice place to stay with family and small kids. the view from the kitchen is amazing: blue water.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a good location, but maintenance work is needed for the water supply in the kitchen; a shower curtain and a bathtub plug should be installed; a leak in the bathroom sink needs to be repaired; one of the bedrooms does not have a blackout blind; and the windows in the living rooms and kitchen do not close properly, resulting in draughts and whistling noises whenever it is windy. These issues were reported upon our arrival, but nothing has been done about them. That's a real pity, as we received a prompt response but nothing followed up.

Great location, right on the water front. Much bigger than the pictures looked. Very responsive hosts when we called or messaged with any questions. A very well equipped apartment with everything you need to cook a meal. The washing machine was very handy too.

The place is great, kitchen utensils are just as described, but when you enter, there is a damp smell, sloppy cleaning, the floor turns black when you take two steps, it needs a little detailed cleaning, only during our ten-day stay, they took care of everything instantly, thank you very much.

Great location – just a few minutes from the sea! The view is beautiful, and the photos match reality perfectly. It was a truly pleasant stay, and the staff were very responsive. Highly recommended!

The apartment was untidy with a black layer of soot or similar on the floors. You just got really black with your feet. Was cleaned fairly quickly. But seriously with a lot of white mold and black mold in large parts of the apartment. Luckily you're not allergic. Attempts were made to wash away. But come back after about 5-6 days. Not healthy. Low perfect in relation to the beach.

Excellent choice if you want to stay close to the sandy beach on Malta and that is your prioriority. Apartment itself needs some kind of attention.

The place was great, big spacious, very comfortable. It was just an issue with checking in when the door code wasn't working. We had to call a 24/7 line where they helped us right away, but it was an inconvenience. Otherwise great location close to the beach, bus, dock... We would definitely stay again next time.

Really enjoyed our week-long stay. The apartment was in a great location, easy to walk to the beach in just 5 minutes. Host was super nice and responsive. The only part that I didn't love was the construction happening right outside the building every day but everything else was fine. Clean, with a nice view of the ocean from the kitchen and balcony. Restaurants and shops just minutes away. Would stay here again!

Self check-in with clear instructions. Spacious, clean, well located accommodation. Small details that awaited us (bottle of water, electrical outlet adapter, coffee pods, etc.). A very nice view of the sea with a private balcony. Very responsive and available host, especially in connection with a technical problem (water outage of about 24 hours): technician intervention and proposal of solutions remotely. Self checkout and easy.

Nice big apartment, good location with views from the balcony to the beach and ocean. We were generally happy with the apartment. There was sometimes a little noise from the street, but you can count on that when the apartment is next to a roundabout. The kitchen could use a few new frying pans, and one toilet is missing a toilet brush, but otherwise it was a pleasure to stay in the apartment and I would definitely stay here again, so would definitely recommend it to others!

Excellent location but the accommodation is a bit dated in terms of the furnishings and the functioning of the bathrooms, fridge, microwave and window frames. There were few dishes, only one teaspoon for 4 people and only three tablecloths to put under the plates. There was no outdoor table and it would have been nice to dine on the balcony. The Property's facilities need to be modernised and expanded

ZZZing gave us a free upgraded because the property we booked was under construction. They were very kind and it was a great price for what we got. However, the WiFi only worked in one of the bedrooms (and not in the two other bedrooms, kitchen, or living room), we could hear everything in the apartment upstairs, and there was a horrible smell coming from the fridge when we arrived. It was so bad to the point where we avoided the kitchen the whole trip. Overall, we were happy with our stay and it was in a good location for a beach vacation.

the flat is situated on the 2nd floor. a construction was ongoing for building a new floor as a 4th floor during our stay. the construction work started at 7 on weekdays and 8 on Saturday. it was impossible to have a rest/sleep during daytime due to the noise. in addition, we couldn't open the window in the bedrooms and bathrooms as the dust has fallen inside. we stayed at the flat with a 6 months old baby and a 3 yo kid. so unfortunately our vacation was not so relaxing. such a construction is planned and notified in advance, thus Zzzing should not have rented it out during this period of time. when this problem was evoked, Zzzing did not acknowledged their responsibility, however proposed another upgraded apartment, which we accepted. the upgrade was at their charge, but we needed to pay the transfer and bring the baby bed with ourselves. apart from this, the flat is great if you would like to go to the beach (5 min walk) without taking the car/bus. the view is fantastic, however the balcony is very noisy. when the windows are closed, we cannot hear the street noises. the bedrooms and bathrooms look to an internal cour which makes them a little bit dark. the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. Zzing asks you to download their application containing entrance and property information however there are divergences between the information announced in the application and the reality. make sure you double check them. the communication with Zzing was easy and smooth and they made an effort to help us during our stay.

The location, the place was fine, but there was construction noise in this house as it looks like the house is being increased. We were also awakened the next morning at 7:15 am, very annoying. If we had known that construction measures were pending, we would not have booked in the first place. There were also defects in the toilet flush, sink, balcony door, freezer. We were assured that the installer would come by the next morning, it was then postponed to the afternoon. We are disappointed to have left early!! Very unfortunate, because the price is not necessarily cheap.

All in all the accommodation itself is fine, but it needs some renovation as some doors and windows don’t close or open properly anymore. It is close to a beach with a nice view from the balcony. The communication though wasn’t good. Currently renovations on top of the building are ongoing so you are woken up early in the morning by drills which we were not aware beforehand. That’s not how you imagine a relaxing vacation. The answer time to find a solution to handle this situation was long and the solution in the end not helpful.

Very well located apartment: restaurant and beach 10m away. Very well connected by public transport. It also has a nice view. However, a lot of noise on the balcony, fortunately once the windows were closed we could not hear anything. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, which is appreciated by the hot Maltese weather. Small downside on some cleanliness issues but nothing too serious. The check-in and check-out instructions are clear, the host has detailed the procedure.

A very good Airbnb experience with this apartment located opposite Mellieha Bay. The view is magnificent and the beach can be accessed in 1 minute. No parking problems in high season. The service provider Zzzing is very responsive and the check-in and check-out process is done using a key box, which makes things easier! A very pleasant stay as a family of four with young children.
