Nice apartment on the bottom floor of an old building. It was possible to stop the car just outside the door (the apartment`s door leads right to a small street) and to find (free) street parking nearby. The place was spacious with large living room/kitchen and master bedroom. The cave pool was a nice addition - felt cold at the first touch, but it was actually quite pleasant to cool off in there after a hot day out. Plenty of great restaurants 5-10 min walk away.

Extremely damp and unhealthy apartment – avoid at all costs! We are not the type of guests who complain easily, but this place was honestly shocking. Because of the whirlpool in the basement, the entire apartment was extremely damp. The air felt heavy and sticky, the walls were wet, and the furniture was swollen from moisture. Even worse, the bed sheets were constantly clammy and our clothes got damp and smelled musty after only one night. It honestly felt like sleeping in a basement. The strong smell of humidity made it hard to breathe, and you can’t ventilate properly because of the way the apartment is built. When we told the host, the only advice was to keep the air conditioner on “Dry” mode all the time. That made the room noisy and sleeping impossible. Nothing was done to fix the problem. This apartment feels unhealthy to stay in and should not be rented out in this state. For much less money, you can easily find a cleaner, drier and much more comfortable place nearby.

We are very disappointed by the poor condition of the refrigerator, the heat and humidity in the house due to the indoor pool, and the bed upstairs is unbearable to sleep in with the heat from the dryer and washing machine. I was told that the fridge was fine, that's why I took the house, and now I have a problem that was supposed to be solved. I feel cheated and disappointed. Finally, I am told that a technician will come, but he never did. I don't understand why you cheat like that, while customers trust you. I'm sorry but I wouldn't recommend.

The accommodation was very good, functional and pleasant. The pool is a little cold, but it's still refreshing — a small heat pump would be a real plus! In the evening, there is not always room to park right in front, but you can easily find free spaces in the street, even if it sometimes requires a little walk. The fridge didn't cool very well, but other than that, the host was super responsive. Thanks for our stay!

The place has a nice cold pool "cannot be heated" which is okay because summers heat balances things out. The ground floor bedroom is perfect because it is equipped with an AC and everything needed was there. To get inside it was a little bit tricky because to write in a digital code you had to press on the screen like twice and after 5 minutes we got in. I assume they might have an AI responding because responses are written like so but at least respondes asap. A few stains but it is OK. Essentials all were there and towels and a washing machine were very much appreciated. I appreciate my stay here and thanks for zzzing.

This place is a little gem! Tucked away and peaceful, but with that cool surprise of a cave pool downstairs (yes, we jumped in and yes, it was awesome). The apartment itself was super comfy and had a nice clean, modern vibe. Self check-in was ridiculously easy — no stress, no waiting around — and the guest portal made us feel like pros from the start. Great spot for couples looking to unwind and soak up something a bit different. Would 100% come back!

Unique stay with a cool private indoor cave pool that is very refreshing after a hot day of walking. The location is ideal for walking to many restaurants and the beach. The place feels like an underground home as it is nestled into the rock face and the cave pool is carved out of the stone.

The communication with the host was good. However, the everything else was bad/was not worth it for the cost of the Airbnb. The pool was filled with freezing cold water making it unusable. This was a bummer, given that this was the main attraction of the place. The fridge, freezer did not work most of the time we were there. The host was responsive to the issue but we were still left with broken appliances for the majority of our stay. The front door lock was incredibly difficult to open due to the digital lock that was in place. It was a mission getting in every time we came back to the accommodation. There were no instructions on how to use the digital lock, we just had to figure it out. The A/C in the main room did not work. The A/C in the dining room was incredibly loud and we had no choice but to leave it running the whole time due to humidity in the house (from the pool) and because of how inefficient that A/C was. Overall a bad stay and would not recommend this place.

The apartment looked just like the photos, and we were excited for our stay. However, we encountered several major issues. The fridge was broken, which was inconvenient, but the biggest problem was the excessive condensation and dampness throughout the apartment due to the lack of ventilation in the pool area. This caused the sofa and bed to become wet, making the space very uncomfortable. Additionally, the door from the apartment to the pool area was broken, adding to the frustration. Despite these issues, the host was incredibly understanding and did their best to help. They offered to relocate us, which we really appreciated, but ultimately, we decided to book with a different host. While the host’s effort was commendable, the apartment’s condition made it unsuitable for our stay. If these maintenance issues are resolved, it could be a great place, but for now, I’d recommend checking with the host about these concerns before booking.
