The space
Sliema's new holiday home is a perfect getaway for travelers eager to explore the Maltese islands. Whether you're here to work or relax, this apartment is what holidaymakers dream of. The two double bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, decorated with beautiful art to brighten the space and create a pleasant atmosphere.The large, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, though you'll be tempted by the surrounding culinary experiences for all types of foodies. The apartment features a shower room (which also has a washing machine) as well as a nicely sized living room—this space is ideal for relaxing on the sofa watching your favorite Netflix series, or unwinding after a day at the beach—yes, the beach is a quick one-minute walk away!
We've also added two dedicated remote workstations for individuals looking to dedicate some time to work, making this apartment perfect for stays longer than the average 3-4 days. (One desk per bedroom) We’re sure that you’ll find yourself coming back to this holiday home or recommending it to your friends.
An email with check-in instructions as well as a unique code to enter the holiday home is sent a day before Check-In. This information is sent to guests who submit their Online Check In Form.
We're happy to prepare a complimentary baby cot for holiday makers traveling with a baby under the age of 3 years (upon request). Children older than 3 should sleep on the bed. Additional bedding cannot be added.

Important things to note
• Toiletries & Toilet Paper: A starter pack is provided at check-in. Guests are responsible for replenishing toiletries and toilet paper for the remainder of their stay.
• Towels: We provide one towel kit per person. If you need more, please request them before your arrival. Additional charges may apply.
• Electrical Plugs: Malta uses the G-type plug (three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern) with a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.
• Common Areas & Lift: A third-party condominium administrator manages the building’s common areas and lift. We’re happy to assist with any issues related to the condominium but kindly ask for your understanding in this regard.
• Parking: Free street parking is available nearby, but we cannot guarantee a spot.

I’m writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding our recent stay in Malta from July/25 6th to 10th, booked months in advance through Airbnb. While traveling to Malta, I was unexpectedly informed that our original booking was no longer available due to a system issue on your end. I was given two options: a refund or a new place. Since we booked early to get better prices and it's now high season in Europe, a refund wasn’t realistic — so we accepted an alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, the problems continued: • There was no key at the entrance, despite your instructions. • We had to wait in the extreme heat with no immediate solution. • The apartment door code didn’t work, and we could only access it because the cleaner was still inside and let us in. • We finally got in around 5:30 PM, losing almost the entire first day. The apartment was still being cleaned — this wasn’t the cleaner’s fault, but a clear sign of disorganization. We also asked to check out a bit

The apartment matched the listing. We had a little trouble getting in because the electronic lock was complicated to use at first and the code given was wrong but the host was very responsive. We managed to park relatively easily in the surrounding streets (less than 1km) where parking is free. The apartment is very well located, 5 minutes' walk from the seaside, restaurants and the beach. However, it is not very well equipped in the kitchen (there were only 3 glasses while it is intended for 4 people, there were not many small plates, no dishes/salad bowls, no condiments/oil. The neighborhood is rather quiet but the street is very noisy and the neighbors sometimes make noise. However, we had a wonderful time in this apartment, the instructions are very clear and the host is very responsive.

Really enjoyed staying in the beautiful apartment in Sliema. Excellent location, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and only a few minutes walk to the beach, host was very helpful and always responded very quickly. Looked just as pictured, clean and organized. Definitely recommend staying with Zzzing in Silema!

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
