The space
Get to the property by taxi, bus or your own rented car (ample street parking is available), hop into the lift and walk into a property which has beautiful natural light and feels like your home away from home. This Zzzing apartment has three nicely sized double bedrooms one of which has an ensuite, a fully equipped modern kitchen which includes everything you need to prepare your own meals and a large guest bathroom. The open plan includes a spacious living room and a dining room. The amount of space really makes this property distinct.

This holiday home is just a few minutes away from the promenade and the very popular lively Sunday Market so if you’re looking to explore a fun, culture-rich locality which is Insta-worthy this is definitely the property for you. M’Xlokk is colourful, vibrant and an asbsolute gem. Travelers from all over the archipelago visit on the weekends to purchase fresh fish and seafood, or just to experience the unique seaside culture. There are plenty of incredible eateries - it’s really a beautiful spot for guests who are seeking a culinary adventure like no other. The village has two of its own sandy beaches namely Ballut ta' Marsaxlokk, and Marsaxlokk Strand as well as the beautiful St Peter’s Pool located on Delimara Point. This is an awesome secluded cove with a deep pool, great for swimming and cliff jumping. Bus access is great whether you want to visit our capital city Valletta, walk through our beautiful villages, explore the islands by ferry.

Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:
This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.

Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
