The space
Flooded with natural light, this apartment is a great place to enjoy a few days away from it all. The spacious front balcony is the star of the show and you’ll find yourself spending tons of time here - it’s a great place to cozy up with a book, relax, enjoy a glass of wine, or dive into deep conversation with a loved one.

The air-conditioned open plan includes a large living room (with a Smart TV) and dining room as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen which includes everything you need to prepare your own meals - it’s a delight to cook in although we must note that there are tons of restaurants in the area that guests love to dine at. The property has two bedrooms (one of which has a double bed) and a large bathroom with a shower. A baby cot is available.

This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.

Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

I cannot help but repeat what everyone else has said – the view from the balcony is mesmerizing. We ate at home for a couple of evenings because you cannot get a view like this in any restaurant. The distance to all points of interest is very convenient. The apartment had everything one could possibly need. We were there in winter (January), and it got rather cold at one point, but the heater worked perfectly and warmed up the apartment immediately. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We will recommend it to everyone who would like to visit Malta. (There was a problem with the appliances - the washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine were strange to operate - some things worked only after trying different buttons for a long time, but the hosts promised to provide clear instructions for future guests).

A very nice apartment with a fantastic balcony and great views. The communication was flawless and we were allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment earlier. Some of the furniture is already very worn.

Really lovely family apartment. We loved staying here! It was very clean and tidy and the views from the balcony were beautiful, so I would definitely recommend. The host was generally very responsive. The only issue was that the windows and doors leading from the bedrooms onto the back balcony didn't lock. The host was initially great at getting someone round to sort this unfortunately there was still one window that wasn't fixed which meant I was nervous to leave my toddler to sleep in a separate room (which was the whole point of getting a 2 bed apartment) as the window could be opened from the outside. The host said they would fix the issue but then I never heard from them again. This was the only downside, if the windows securely locked I would have given 5 stars.

We had a great stay here with 2 small children. The parking was ok for us but we were not there in peak summer. The steps were fine for us and the view was fantastic. The balcony was spacious aswell as the apartment. The location was great, a short walk to the town and a 5 minute drive to the beach. There is a nice play park next to the church that has a bar with nice views. The apartment itself was overall clean but could do with a good dust. There were some parts of the apartment that could do with a touch up / replacement. The wicker chair and TV unit were broken in the living room. I don’t know if we were doing something wrong but the balcony doors didn’t appear to close or lock properly. It may also benifit to have a welcome information pack about how to use the some of the facilities and what was local in the area as it is not run by the owner but by a company. Melleiha was lovely, a really nice vibe and family friendly. Overall a good stay.

Firstly, the apartment is run by a company, not by a private host. They claim to have 24/7 customer support, but when I tried calling, no one picked up. On the bright side, the apartment has a stunning view. But here's the downside - there's no elevator, and it's on the 3rd floor. Plus, good luck finding free parking in the evenings; you might end up parking miles away. The baby cot provided had no mattress, forcing our baby to sleep on a hard, flat surface only 0.5 cm thick. When I complained, they said they'd fix it the next day. But when I followed up, someone else from the company told me they couldn't provide a mattress. I wonder if the people running this place sleep on mattress frames without mattresses in their beds at home. Overall, the lack of customer support, parking difficulties, and inadequate baby cot make it difficult to recommend this apartment."

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
