unfortunately stayed for only 1 night, but I can say that the staff is very helpful (called me prior my check in, asked if I need help) the place was clean and the building is right on the water line , so the breakfast was fantastic, with the narrow passage and the water almost touching your feet. thank you!

Our bedroom on the ground floor was very well decorated, the ideal location for discovering Malta. Nevertheless, from 7 a.m. it was difficult to sleep because the partitions are very thin and we heard the sounds of the breakfast preparation held in the room right next door. The people who prepare it are also lacking in discretion: a lot of chatter that could have been avoided… We have also been woken up several times at night by people who are trying to enter their code on the keypad and who , not making it, end up calling the reception located also right next to the room. But no one to accommodate, which may be a plus but in this case is not great… Bedroom 1 is therefore to be avoided!!! As for breakfast, it could be improved with butter and yogurt for example

- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
