This property was great. Fantastic for a multigenerational family stay. Really enjoyed our visit. My only criticism was that the instructions and maps to find the place were inaccurate.

Lovely villa - great sized pool and surrounding decked area meant that the kids were happy to hang out and play in the outdoor area. Rooms well furnished and a good size. Nice location a short walk to the town square and the restaurants and bars; also a short drive to Ramla beach. Overall a really good stay and would highly recommend - many thanks

House looks like pics but it could do with some tlc. Floor around pool is falling apart. Kitchen is a bit short on essentials with only two wineglasses, no breadknife or cutting knife etc.

A beautiful house in the heart of the gorgeous village of Xagra. We absolutely loved our stay here. Not only is the house really atmospheric and spacious but the outside area is awesome - a big pool, football pitch for our children and plenty of chairs and tables to soak up the sun. Even when we had a problem with the washing machine and it leaked across the downstairs floor, the host was super quickly to come and clear it up and fix the washing machine. The host was available at all times and very responsive and helpful. There is a table tennis table but no bats and balls and this was the only disappointment. The village is superb with a wonderful main square full of bars and restaurants and only a 5 min walk from the house. All in all, a fantastic place, great value and we highly recommend it!

The Good - house is spacious, living area has ample and comfortable sofas, pool size is generous & its depth is great. The Bad - place is sorely in need of maintenance, with walls with holes, broken utilities & facilities that don't work; kitchen was poorly stocked (not even a cutting knife); the ping-pong paddles are in a terrible condition & no ping-pong ball was available (though they brought two Halloween eye decorations when asked to use as balls). Mattresses were uncomfortable. Nets on lawn are in a state of disrepair and rusty. The Ugly - the listing stated a smart TV with Netflix - this is NOT the case, it's a regular TV with cable (Melita). Worst of all, a toilet flushing began leaking on the first night and NO ATTEMPT whatsoever was made to fix it during our stay there. So-called customer care (Diana) was not interested in sorting the problem at all "because nothing can be done on Sunday". As locals, we know this is not true and nothing was done till we left on Tuesday.

Really nice place with plenty of space! Pool was very nice and clean. Only negative aspects were that it was difficult to find the location because the given address was not that accurate and that there were no ball to play football or no table tennis equipment. Other than that everything was ok.

We had a lovely time at this farmhouse - everything was as it appears on the listing. Bathrooms and rooms spotless, pool was lovely, ACs worked great. We definitely intend on staying again next year. Only downside was bad internet connection in the bedrooms and the electricity not being able to support our appliances (our hairdryers and chargers weren’t working). The team were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. We can’t wait to come back!

This place has a lot of potential, and it's gorgeous and was very clean. However: 1) The A/C only works via a coin-operated pay-per-hour system. This is difficult since it's hard to get enough euro coins to reasonably run the A/C (shops and banks don't like to give away so many coins). We didn't have any coins when we arrived so we suffered the 35 degree heat. The host kindly brought us some coins after a few days of struggling with this. 2) The place is marketed as a remote-work haven, but the wifi DOES NOT WORK UPSTAIRS where the bedrooms are. So no taking work calls from the privacy of your room -- the wifi really only works in the main living area. 3) The arrival instructions were abysmal. The place is very hard to find and the map + address were completely wrong, so we ended up lugging all our suitcases on the street in the 35 degree heat for 20ish minutes. Luckily the host was responsive and helpful. If they fix these few things, it will be a great place!

We had a getaway at this stylish place! It is very nicely decorated and has a special charm. Parking in front of the house is not possible, but a few meters further there is free parking and short loading and unloading is possible in front of the house. The place was not so easy to find at first, but the landlords were quick to help us over the phone. The entire place is very clean and a small basic equipment such as oil, salt, pepper, coffee and milk was directly available. Due to the thick walls, it remains pleasantly cool in the apartment and even in high summer the temperature in the house is probably pleasant. The outdoor area is very large and the pool nice and clean! In the reviews, a guest wrote that it smells musty in the house. I can't confirm that Only on the small toilet on the ground floor a little. The stay was definitely worth it and was worth every penny. I would be happy to come back.
