Was expecting much better for over EUR 450 a night. Many items in this home need fixing (ex. 2 shower head rails coming off the wall, broken umbrella base by the pool, etc..). Some items that seem to have been fixed previously were clearly just quick fixes (ex. sun lounger legs). Water pressure on the top level is way too low, especially if someone else is using another bathroom. Photos were clearly taken when the place was fresh on the market and are not recent or fully accurate.

The place was filthy, floors had not been washed prior to our arrival. Dust everywhere, filthy carpets, the dirtiest kitchen I've seen in a lifetime, everything sticky, the oven is full of leftover food crumps and spilled oil. Both gas tanks were empty, had to ask them to replace. AC in living room and one of the bedrooms,were faulty, kept promising us that someobe would come round to fix them, but no one showed up Pics are nit realistic, place is much smaller than it looks in the photos, small outdoir area qbd you fet sybshine for a max of 2 hrs in a whole day Not worth the money we spent, given the option of getting the money back we'd have left immediately

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
