We enjoyed our stay overall, however I think a few improvements could have made it better. The kitchen was missing things like oil, salt & pepper and a kitchen knife which would have helped a lot when cooking. We ended up just buying these things ourselves but I think they should have been provided. A kitchen spray of some kind would have also been handy and a vaccum cleaner to help keep the apartment tidier, it was quite difficult to manage this with just paper towels and a dustpan & brush. The shower makes the bathroom floor very wet after only a couple of minutes so we had to keep the pressure very low to try and minimise this. The pool was a great addition but a couple of the sun loungers were broken, as well as an umbrella and these weren't fixed the week we we stayed. We did have an issue with one of the kitchen sockets but the team were great at messaging us back and sent someone round the next day to fix it which was much appreciated.

We had a great week in the Zzzing apartment. The pool was very clean and great for relaxing and the apartment was (almost) equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the team was flawless, quick responses and very helpful (within 1 hour a technician was sent as the air conditioning was defective & immediately repaired)! The smell in the apartment was a bit strange at first, but as soon as both air conditioners are running, it disappears. All in all, a perfect place to stay for a week in Malta. :)

Overall a very nice place to stay, some more essentials need to be available though like a mop and bucket and dustpan and brush. bed was comfy as was the sofa. nice to have netflix free to use to. Nice pool and not to cold either, would recommend this place to others.

It was over all a manageable stay, only had 3 days. The kitchen was missing pots which would have been convenient for me as I usually cook when traveling, but I found three pans. I especially appreciated the washing machine but there was no rack to hang clothes so I got creative with the ironing board. We were on ground floor with no balcony to hang clothes to try so they were left inside and took forever to try. Not sure if it was all the marble so that the humidity didn’t have anywhere to go but washed clothes felt damp even after trying for a couple of days. Speaking of marble, it looks nice but make sure to bring inside slippers because the floors get very cold. The main issue was the bathroom, very poor drainage left the floor wet for the entire stay and we had to use our shower towels to dry it up, there was no mop or scrape or anything. We appreciated the pool which was bigger than I anticipated but all the pool chairs were broken and seemed to have been left like that for time.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
