Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.
Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

The apartment was in a brilliant location that meant everything was easy to get to. It was clean and tidy and had everything you needed The downside sadly was the doors didn’t open to the balcony due to the heavy rain and it was why we booked this particular Airbnb That being said the staff were super responsive and I’m sure the doors will be fixed for the next stay and just unfortunate Personally I chose not to sleep in the room next to the front door but if you’re not bothered by that then that’s fine Thank you again for a lovely stay

The accommodation extends over two floors and has a modern and well-kept appearance. In the lower area there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a bed about 1.40 m wide. The attached bathroom is very newly renovated and in very good condition. In the first bedroom, there is a repaired water damage on the wall to the ceiling. It is currently well treated and unremarkable, but this area should continue to be monitored to avoid possible moisture problems and mould growth. The upper floor is the cosiest part of the apartment. The kitchen and the second bathroom are also new, and the living area and balcony are particularly impressive with a beautiful atmosphere and a great view. Due to the location, there may generally be higher humidity; window frames and walls are well maintained, but should be checked regularly. The host is visibly careful, which means everything is in the safe area.

At the beginning we had a rather bumpy start, our apartment had a water pipe break. The provider Zzzing then immediately provided us with another apartment. This was clearly of higher quality, larger and better equipped, but unfortunately a little further away from Valetta. Unfortunately, we could only stay two nights in this accommodation, as it was fully booked afterwards. Zzzing then offered us another accommodation, which unfortunately did not appeal to us in terms of location and we decided to look for a new accommodation ourselves. Communication with Zzzing was easy at all times and they were very accommodating.

Perfect location with wonderful coffee shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Accommodation just as described with plenty of space and fab outside roof terrace - we watched fireworks over Valletta from here. Very clean and peaceful accommodation - slept well! Some clearer instructions on the hot water to the bathrooms would be helpful, the isolation switches were in the off position on our arrival and the water ran cold but the host was super responsive and told us to switch these on, we just weren’t too sure if these should be on for the duration of our stay. We will definitely visit again.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
