The accommodation extends over two floors and has a modern and well-kept appearance. In the lower area there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a bed about 1.40 m wide. The attached bathroom is very newly renovated and in very good condition. In the first bedroom, there is a repaired water damage on the wall to the ceiling. It is currently well treated and unremarkable, but this area should continue to be monitored to avoid possible moisture problems and mould growth. The upper floor is the cosiest part of the apartment. The kitchen and the second bathroom are also new, and the living area and balcony are particularly impressive with a beautiful atmosphere and a great view. Due to the location, there may generally be higher humidity; window frames and walls are well maintained, but should be checked regularly. The host is visibly careful, which means everything is in the safe area.

At the beginning we had a rather bumpy start, our apartment had a water pipe break. The provider Zzzing then immediately provided us with another apartment. This was clearly of higher quality, larger and better equipped, but unfortunately a little further away from Valetta. Unfortunately, we could only stay two nights in this accommodation, as it was fully booked afterwards. Zzzing then offered us another accommodation, which unfortunately did not appeal to us in terms of location and we decided to look for a new accommodation ourselves. Communication with Zzzing was easy at all times and they were very accommodating.

Perfect location with wonderful coffee shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Accommodation just as described with plenty of space and fab outside roof terrace - we watched fireworks over Valletta from here. Very clean and peaceful accommodation - slept well! Some clearer instructions on the hot water to the bathrooms would be helpful, the isolation switches were in the off position on our arrival and the water ran cold but the host was super responsive and told us to switch these on, we just weren’t too sure if these should be on for the duration of our stay. We will definitely visit again.

Lovely place to stay... Apartment is very nice and location is great. Honestly such a fantastic spot Only very weird thing they don't mention is that the door entrance to the property is through one of the bedrooms. Theres a lift that opens to the living room but you are not given the key for your floor in the lift. So you can take the lift down but alway have to go through the bedroom to actually get into the property. Strange that they didnt mention that but still wasn't a problem for our group. However, apart from that, very spacious and gorgeous Penthouse.. Great balcony. Really would recommend!

Firstly, I would like to thank the host for being so nice and super responsive whenever I had any questions, the apartment was amazing including 2 floors, 4th and 5th, super clean, cozy and just felt like having a holiday home. For where the location was it was very safe and close to the center of Silema, there is an elevator connected directly to the 5th floor but unfortunately this time around we couldn't use it as it was still under maintenance, don't be intimidated by the fact there is a lift connected directly to the apartment, you'd need to have a specific key to allow you to use it, the lift outside the main house door from the 4th floor was easy to use, felt very safe! There is no fault about this place, if you are looking to have a good time in Malta in a good Holiday home, this is the place!!! Thanks again Zzzing team for everything see you guys soon.

This was a great stay in Sliema. The host was extremely response and helpful. We had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend this as an option! The only thing to be aware of is the fact that the door to the apartment opens up right into one of the bedrooms. However, there is an elevator entrance that opens into the living room area, which is extremely convenient. Thank you for such a lovely stay!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was clean, stylish, and felt instantly welcoming. The location was super convenient—close to everything but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Self check-in was really easy, and the guest portal was a nice touch with all the info we needed at our fingertips. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Great spot for a couple’s city escape—would happily stay again!

The apartment was really beautiful. It had a wonderful terrace with a stunning view over Sliema. The flat was really spacious, divided into two floors. Nice bathroom, nicely decorated with attention to detail. It was really clean and there were enough towels provided. However, I can’t give our stay a full 5-star rating since the check-in was really unsatisfying. The mentioned check-in time would’ve been 3:00pm. We arrived there at 3:30pm and there were no keys in the lockbox. I contacted the host and they responded within a couple of minutes that they’re trying to solve this problem a.s.a.p. We waited for another 40min until someone of the cleaning staff opened us the door, telling us she wasn’t done with cleaning yet and would need approximately another 20min. We dropped off our luggage and went for a walk. I wouldn’t even say it’s the fault of cleaning staff but rather mismanagement of the host. Overall I can still recommend this location, central and great surroundings.

Flat has the most amazing views and looks great when you check in. Hopefully after fixing the various things this place will be a great flat to stay in. We didn’t have a great experience as management company was relatively slow to respond to issues.

Glad to come back! The place is very clean, new and excellently maintained. It is stylishly furnished and corresponds exactly to the pictures. We especially liked the beautiful roof terrace. The duplex apartment is really cute and cozy. Location was perfect for us! A lot is within walking distance - public transport can be reached quickly and yet it is pleasantly quiet. The Zzzing team described everything well, even video instructions were available, which made the stay even more pleasant. We received quick and friendly feedback at all times. Thank you for this great stay – we will be happy to come back!
