As the apartment is insulated, it has a perfect room climate all year. It is perfect for holidaymakers, divers, hikers, climbers, and remote workers - even in winterEnjoy your stay with eco-friendly comfort. Our AC coin meter system is simple and sustainable: we've started you off with some initial credit, and to continue using the AC, just insert 1e or 2e coins into the meter. This system ensures efficient energy use and helps us to continue to take care of our islands.

There is a common entrance keybox for the main door.Guests walk to the elevator and press 4 to get to the apartment.
This holiday home has a Smart Lock. (Always press the KEY symbol at the end of the unique code)
The knob should be turned towards the left to open.

Could be a much nicer flat if it was taken care for a bit more as it’s been designed well! cleaning was not up to a standard to rent a property on here - there looked to be large yogurt stains smeared across the dining table, dining chairs, large sofa and cushions! We ended up spending an hour when we checked in cleaning it all up. The bathroom was full of rust and overall, I’d say it had been tidied but not cleaned. I wouldn’t go as far as saying it’s a quiet neighbourhood so this should really be removed from the listing description. we had karaoke up until the early hours of Sunday morning and massive firework displays (that sounded like they hadn’t been set off properly) starting at midnight 2 nights in a row. Found the communication very generic, your typical apology for a complaint and overall with the cleanliness of the property, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean. Beautiful view. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Coin-operated air conditioner. What stops us from going back is the uncomfortably soft mattresses - you literally sink in the bed when you lie in it. The pillows are also too soft - no support for the neck.

Nice and modern place, near the beach. Had some issues with the apartment like one of the 3 paying A/C wasn’t working properly, twin beds were squeaking, balcony glass weren’t clean, bathroom door wasn’t locking and the coffee machine was broken( they got us a new one on the 3rd day) But was nice overall

The listing meets the description and photos. Pleasant stay even if the neighborhood is not famous. On the other hand, it was very difficult for me to find the right building when I arrived at night. Poorly lit street and very few directions to find the right address...
