Great place to stay, awesome location right next to Upper street. Great communication with hosts and fixed any issue as required. Would definitely recommend. The only thing to note is the place is split amongst a few levels. Not an issue for us though.

The stay was ok, concierge service pre and during our stay was very good. The property has too many stairs and floors, only one shower for so many spaces, not a comfortable place for a long stay for more than 3 people. Strange design, like a toilet inside the main room with no privacy at all. There was a piece of wood at the side of the glass – toilet at the main room that hurt our feet. The kitchen was of the best areas. Location is very nice and convenient.

We had a wonderful stay in Islington. The house was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The location is great because it’s in a small side street, but very close to the busier parts of Islington. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and small garden. There are a lot of narrow stairs to climb, and the beds were a bit soft for our taste. Curated Properties is a great host and very responsive - many thanks!

Great place. Was a bit hot - though we were there in a heatwave! The place was really stocked with essentials and they left a great welcome basket of goodies which was much appreciated!! All in all a great stay!

Nice long stay for a family of four. Great neighborhood with relatively easy walks to two tube stations and bus stops, but the house still feels private and quiet. We had plenty of space for the family to spread out over multiple floors. The kitchen was well appointed and we quite enjoyed having the patio and garden off the back of the kitchen. Host was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

It's a great house with chic decor in a perfect location and ideal distance to the lively Upper Street with lots of great cafes, shops and restaurants. A particularly nice touch was a basket filled with a few treats to welcome you, we enjoyed using the super equipped kitchen and enjoyed the wonderful terrace in the best weather. All in all, we felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful townhouse in Islington. Lovely decor and comfortable seating. Cute 2 level terrace and garden that connects floors, would be great in the summer. Great location, walkable to lovely coffee places and pubs.

We could not have been happier with our experience with the Curated Property location in London. Our hosts were helpful and responsive. Islington is a very clean, very clean and very quiet neighborhood. We were a quick walk to Upper Street with so many great restaurants and shops including Aesop and Anthropologie, as well as a local grocer (Budgens). We loved the house: the kids each got have their own room, and we so enjoyed the open spaces: the terrace on the second floor and the beautiful lush garden.We look forward to returning to Islington, London soon!

I feel very fortunate to have found this accomodation so close to my own home for my family to stay at. I needed somewhere close, that can host up to 6 people, and something beautifully designed with unique architectural characteristics that reflects London. This house fits all my requirements and my family had a great stay. We love that everything is only minutes away walking distance, and I would definitely choose this place again in the future for family and friends.

We loved our stay at this Islington townhouse. Extremely accessible to the vibrant neighborhood of Islington and Angel, yet when you enter the townhouse all is quiet and peaceful. Beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is lovely. A standout is the intimate, beautifully landscaped backyard which offered a lovely place to sit and have coffee in the morning. We hope to be back!

Really enjoyed staying at this flat. The location was great with it being a short walk to the nearest underground station and had multiple coffee shops/bakeries nearby. We never had issues with noise at night. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for three months and had a lovely stay. Curated's response rate is very fast and any issues would be solved immediately. The house is beautiful and well decorated. It is situated on a busy street, where there is always traffic. But you are a 2min walk away from Upper Street with lots of shops/restaurants etc and 5-6 min walk from tube/train station Highbury and Islington. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was so lovely and the hosts were extremely communicative! The only trouble we had was the bathrooms, with only one overhead shower. Just something to keep in mind with larger groups!

We loved our stay at the house. It was extremely homely. Sometimes Airbnb properties feel a bit sparse in decor but this place feels like they got an interior designer in as a lot of thought and detail has been applied. The owners had obviously spent a bit extra money on detail and decor to good effect. The welcome basket had lovely snacks inside. The kitchen was the most well equipped Airbnb property we have stayed at. Like a home kitchen. Loads of crockery, cutlery, cups, glasses (usually these run low quickly already after breakfast). Even a milk foamer and scales. The house felt very clean. The kitchen was impressively clean as even the cutlery drawer and inside the kitchen cupboards were very clean and dust free - usually these get missed…. I would definitely recommend staying here. The owners have a website and other properties and I would definitely look at them when I travel again.

Curated team provided excellent hospitality during our stay. Very responsive and friendly. The house was clean and ready for us to check in. The house itself has high quality linens, towels and beds. Kitchen is big and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only thing that we wished was different were the bathrooms on this property. It’s an old renovated Georgian house and only has one stand in shower. Other bathrooms are all tubs with hand showers which makes it tough for a quick in and out shower. Also 2 out of 3 bathrooms dont have a door so be aware of that. It’s a design choice by the owners of the house and it could work very well for some people. The house and the fixtures are modern and very well designed. It’s just that we found it less practical when our party of 5 needed quick showers. Overall I still recommend this place -location,quality of the house and hospitality by curated was great!

Our family of five had a lovely stay at the property. Only a short walk to the tube, with easy access to central London and surrounds. Close to Islington Upper Street with great shopping and lots of restaurants and also only a short walk to local parks and a well stocked supermarket. The house was clean and comfortable and exactly as described. A little plus was the lovely garden area off the kitchen, great in summer. Check in and check out was super easy with a lockbox for the keys. Please note however that although there are three lovely bathrooms, there is only one shower, and that is in an en suite. If you are particular about your bathroom privacy this property may test you. Apart from that, this is a lovely property, well appointed and located.

This Islington home is well maintained, well equipped and very comfortable. The sweet garden tucked away off the kitchen is a great spot to share a drink and cheese (Neal’s Yard Dairy shop within walking distance). The beds are extremely comfortable and while you’re so close to restaurants and shops, the house itself is quiet. Curated was extremely responsive and helpful and we highly recommend this home. Hope to return soon!

This house is just a block from all the shops and restaurants on Upper street and a 7 minute walk to Highbury and Islington underground (Victoria line). The house looks exactly like the photos and the private garden was a lovely quiet spot to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. Curated were very responsive and dealed with a minor issue the same day we brought it to their attention. We would definitely stay at this property again next time we are in London.

Clean space, communicative hosts, easy check-in. Amazing location, minutes away from everything you could need. Just some things for future guests to be aware of: the number of steps inside could be difficult for some, and the kitchen is in the basement. Only one bathroom has a shower, the other two have tubs, which could also be difficult for some guests, and one of the two en-suite bathrooms is just a part of the larger room, so whoever stays there would need to be comfortable with that. The beds are comfy but not USA king-sized. In general, it was incredible to have a full, clean house at such a great location!

Clean, peaceful and well furnished, well maintained house offering design leaving room and bathrooms with huge baths and fully operational kitchen, this house is welcoming and calm whilst 5 minutes away from busy Upper street, 12 minutes by foot from Camden passage and Angel’s flea market. Very well placed : 20 min from St Pancras via Angel and 20 min from Oxford Circus via the Victoria line from Highbury Islington. It has a true Londoner feel and is a quiet and secluded refuge. We loved every room and the general minimalistic feel of the house. The garden and terrace are also well designed and must be a treat in the summer as they face south with no one looking over it. We would love to come back. Two of the rooms have their own bathroom, the last bathroom even allows to take a bath whilst enjoying the garden ! Our host has been super friendly and welcoming, ready to get someone to come and fix immediately whatever tiniest issue. A super pleasant stay which we hope to repeat !

This is a great house for families in a neighborhood with lots to do (plus easy access to central London). We particularly loved the back garden, which is beautifully landscaped. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. Islington has lots of playgrounds and lots of coffee shops, which is exactly what we were after. We’d come again!

The house is ran by a company, not an individual, and it's a very beautiful house in a great location (close to the overground and tube). Very nice garden and terrace, lovely wooden floors. Something to note is that both ensuite bathrooms do not have doors, so they are suitable for those who don't mind the lack of privacy! Overall recommend it for when you need to stay in central London!

Outstanding property! Fantastic location, beautiful, stylish house, extremely comfortable beds, super-luxe bathrooms, really well stocked kitchen. The garden is adorable, and the roof terrace an added bonus and a wonderful sun trap. The washing machine and tumble drier were great - modern and efficient. James was super-responsive and a pleasure to deal with! We can't wait to come and stay there again next year! My only watch-out if you are less mobile is that the house is on many levels. It wasn't a problem at all for our family, but worth being aware of in case that's an issue for you!

A fantastic home away from home with everything you need to travel comfortable. We stayed as a family of three generations and would absolutely do so again next time. The kitchen was more than fully equipped to cook amazing dishes, there was a beautiful yard for us to spend mornings in the sun and the kids enjoyed their time outside. The bedrooms were perfectly sized and with comfortable beds, great modern bathrooms with tubs to enjoy bathing in a cozy atmosphere. We travelled with infants and toddlers. The stairs are coated with carpet and therefore no slipping and absolutely manageable for everyone. There was travel cot and high chair, as well as a proper washing machine and dryer! Not to forget the perfect location in a trendy and lovely neighborhood-easy to reach all the rest of London! Good public transport close by. Communication and service was great! Thank you so much for everything!

The accommodation is well appointed and in a great location for getting around London. There are lots of eateries in the area. James is a very responsive host. There are lots of stairs to climb up to the top floor but that is not unusual for London townhouses. The water pressure and temperature was great and the outdoor seating area a bonus.

We had a great time and the hosts were very accommodating for my wife and baby. We had plenty of space and the flat was great. We especially loved the neighborhood. There were a ton of restaurants and local specialty stops that we were able to find everything we needed without leaving the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for our family. 2 min walk to Upper Street with dozens of nice restaurants and an excellent local coffee shop Urban Social. The house is nice, cool design with the kids on one floor and myself at the top floor. Everything is clean and modern, especially love the deep baths. James has been outstanding, always responsive and helpful even over the new year holidays. Def recommend this place, top service, location (two tube stations nearby) and the house itself. We will be back! Thanks again James :)
