CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: This stylish open plan 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 'New York style' loft apartment is situated in the most desirable apartment block in Soho between two of Soho's most iconic streets, Dean St and Wardour St. Perfect for small groups or families wishing to explore some of London's most vibrant areas or looking to relax within a contemporary, central London apartment.

The space

The apartment was previously occupied and designed by an architect with functionality in mind. The main living area/hallway and secondary bedroom can be opened up as one large space, or shut off to separate rooms by using the neatly installed pocket doors. Original feature period windows flood each room with natural light, which given the apartments central location, is a London rarity whilst electronic blackout blinds provide enough privacy and darkness in the evening time.

The open-plan living/kitchen area features a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and necessary items for cooking meals as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. The living room has a comfortable sofa, small dining table and TV with Freeview channels.

The master bedroom is located at the other end of the apartment and includes a comfortable king size bed, fitted wardrobes, blackout blinds and air conditioning. The secondary bedroom is located adjacent to the living room and features a comfortable double bed, fitted wardrobes, blackout blinds and air conditioning.

The apartment has a modern bathroom with walk in shower whilst the washing machine & separate tumble-dryer are stored away in the utility cupboards.

The building features a lift up to the apartment and is manned with a 24/7 concierge, who you will have access to upon booking confirmation.

Guest access

Guests will have access sole access to the apartment.

The location in the middle of Soho was perfect for us. The apartment had an ideal size for us as a family. Unfortunately, it was a bit dark in the apartment and the garbage collection woke us up daily at 7am. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back. Also thanks to Mustafa for the friendly welcome!

The flat is cute with great central-London location. Nice bedrooms and bath. Kitchen, AC, washer/dryer useful. Entrance to the flat (with lift) is at the end of a *long* blind alley. There is a second entrance that exits to the main road but, it's accessed by stairs only. The living room is somewhat small. The two-person sofa is stiff and the two chairs at the table are not very comfortable. Not much lounging space. Rear bedroom mattress needs an upgrade. Front is OK, but it houses the AC that serves to cool the living room, so doors will need to stay open. Problem number one, is the incessant white noise coming from the compressor in the flat that runs the refrigerator and AC. Tune it out, you have no choice. Bring a paperclip if the WIFI fails, which it might. "Concierge" Mustafa is your helpful local contact. Curated is by text only. The kitchen has nice supplies, but needs a bread knife and cutting board. Not an inexpensive place but not bad compared to local hotel costs.

What an amazing space this yet. So beautifully furnished, such a great location and a wonderful host. Couldn’t recommend this loft enough. 100% would stay here again.
