Our stay was perfect. We felt at home, very comfortable and well decorated. The best location in terms of the beach, restaurants and so on. The terrace is very practical with a few hours of sunshine. The huge garage space. Very comfortable beds. The pool is fine too. When we asked a question, M José answered us very quickly! Everything is great! We repeat for sure!

The apartment is compact. Rooms with good soundproofing, which is rare in Spain. There is a shade on the veranda from lunch, which is convenient and comfortable. It is easy and quick to walk to the sea (no ascents and descents). A wide beach. A shallow entrance to the sea. Two large supermarkets with a large selection. The pool is very small.

Property Manager Terms
On renting the property, a deposit is established as a guarantee for the proper use of the furniture and fittings, equipment and the use of the entrances to the property. This amount will be paid upon arrival either in cash or as a payment held on your credit card, and will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the end of the guest’s stay, as long as no damage has been caused to the property.Payments: 45% of the full rental amount will be paid within a maximum period of 3 days after making the reservation. The remaining 55% will be paid 15 days before arrival, or at the time of arrival, prior to the handing over of the keys.
