The space
The cosy bedroom and en-suite are situated to the rear of the apartment providing a quieter space away from the front of the property, whilst the living area and kitchen are situated to the front of the building. The kitchen is well equipped, suitable for cooking substantial meals and stocked at the start of your stay with basic essentials such as sugar, tea, coffee & granola. If you do intend to use the sofa bed in the living room though please do bear in mind if you are a light sleeper that noise from the street is inevitable when in London. The bathroom is an en-suite with shower and towels and premium soaps/shampoos are provided. The apartment has a desk and working area and complementary WiFi is included throughout the building.We have 4 other similar apartments within the building, so if this unit is not available or if you may prefer a different apartment, let us know!

Please let us know if you wish for the sofa bed to be made up. If you do intend to use the sofa bed in the living room though please do bear in mind if you are a light sleeper that there are no curtains on these window and noise from the street is inevitable when in London.Unfortunately the parking space out the front is not available for guest use - please do not park you cars here!

My husband stayed there and reports “it was perfect actually. Spacious, very clean, bright, tasteful decorated. washer/dryer was a huge plus. Beautiful neighborhood that was easily walkable to restaurants, pubs and the canal. Really great - wouldn’t change a thing.” I would add that the hosts were completely responsive and easy to work with.

Check-in was smooth, the location central, and the host polite and responsive, ultimately giving us a fair partial refund. However, the flat needs serious maintenance and cleaning: broken lounge chair and bathroom door handle, loose shower seal with resulting mold, heavy dust (including vents), harsh or non-working lights, and a damaged bedframe with little space for clothes despite assurances. Most difficult was the traffic noise—far louder than the listing suggests and impossible to block, even with shutters, despite our request for a quiet place. With proper upkeep and accurate noise info this could be a nice stay, but in its current state it doesn’t match the listing.
