KITCHEN AND LIVING AREA
Start your day in the KITCHEN, sleek and fully equipped with everything you need: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and a Nespresso coffee machine waiting to brew your first cup. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar, take a sip, and plan your adventures for the day ahead.

Move into the open-plan lounge and DINING AREA, where soft light filters through the windows. A six-person dining table is ready for shared meals, while the sofa and armchair invite you to relax with a film on the flat-screen TV or scroll through Wi-Fi as the evening settles in. From here access to your own rear patio with table and chairs perfect for relaxing outdoors with a morning coffee or evening drink.


SLEEPING AREA

We had a great time at Michelle’s place. Location is perfect and so close to the seafront. Parking a very nice touch, considering how difficult it can be to park in Brighton. The bed in the smallest room is very small and probably not ideal for an adult, we did find the beds quite small in general to be honest. Other than that, everything was ideal and we’d definitely stay again if we were coming to Brighton.

The location of this property is excellent, close to the waterfront, the Lanes and a vast range of eateries. The house was comfortable, we all slept well, the kitchen was functional and had everything we needed, also the shower had great water pressure. The double bedroom was a tight squeeze around the bed, there was no Netflix or apps that worked and the stair floorboards creak a lot. Otherwise the property was so well situated and it was great to have off street parking. We enjoyed our stay.

If you are smoking on the patio please do not leave your finished cigarettes outside. We operate a strict no-smoking policy indoors, if this policy is broken, a £500 additional cleaning fee will be charged. - We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the Coffee Maker) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you! - Please leave the property clean, neat and tidy as you found it, on departure. Please ensure all rubbish and recycling is in the wheelie bins before vacating
