We had a great time at Michelle’s place. Location is perfect and so close to the seafront. Parking a very nice touch, considering how difficult it can be to park in Brighton. The bed in the smallest room is very small and probably not ideal for an adult, we did find the beds quite small in general to be honest. Other than that, everything was ideal and we’d definitely stay again if we were coming to Brighton.

The location of this property is excellent, close to the waterfront, the Lanes and a vast range of eateries. The house was comfortable, we all slept well, the kitchen was functional and had everything we needed, also the shower had great water pressure. The double bedroom was a tight squeeze around the bed, there was no Netflix or apps that worked and the stair floorboards creak a lot. Otherwise the property was so well situated and it was great to have off street parking. We enjoyed our stay.

A decent town house close to everything Brighton has to offer with the added bonus of dedicated parking. OK in off season but small courtyard garden hardly gets any sun so in summer some could be dissapointed. Had a small issue with the shower screen that led to a flooded bathroom floor. Owner quick to respond and he will fix it. We said not to worry whilst we were there and used towels tomorrow up.

This is a lovely house in the centre of Brighton yet it’s really peaceful and quiet. The house is spotless and clean and the sofas etc are really comfortable. Michelle was really helpful, especially when we requested to extend our stay.

Location, location, location! The house was perfect for our stay. Absolutely wonderful location for exploring Brighton and yet quiet and incredibly peaceful. Michelle and Carolyn are charming, responsive and welcoming. The house is very clean, very comfortable and so cozy. A neat decoration and little details like a Christmas tree, or nice little touches like coffee and a bottle of Prosecco. We also enjoyed the parking, so useful in Brighton, and the proximity to the city center. We are next to everything... the location of the house is ideal! We highly recommend this listing.

Brighton is one of my favourite cities to visit and this Airbnb was an absolute gem find! It has a parking space (I recommend choosing a air bnb with parking as car parks in Brighton are expensive & the majority of Brighton is now permit parking) and the surroundings felt incredibly safe and peaceful despite being in the midst of Brighton! It was perfect for us as we were bringing a 6 month baby with us & we wanted somewhere to use as a base that felt comfortable. The location is also brilliant as it’s not far from the seafront or the laines so we could happily walk and see all that Brighton has to offer (with the pram of course!). The place was very clean and it felt very spacious. The host has a guide which is really helpful & makes accessing the property very stress-free! The smaller bedroom was a bit cold for any guests staying in that room but it is the end of November so to be expected! Overall I really recommend staying at Michelle’s property and cannot fault our stay.

The apartment is in the best location, as you are immediately on foot in the center of Brighton and can still sleep peacefully. You can also quickly reach the sea. We really appreciated the private parking space. We will be happy to come back!

Gem of a house in a surprisingly quiet area which has easy access to town centre shops and eateries. Easy walk to seafront Unusual to find such a centrally located house with a dedicated parking spot. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Very responsive team and great location however over priced. Stains on carpet and furniture, no wifi and no working dishwasher (slightly compensated so that was kind). Single bed is small… don’t put anyone over 5ft4 in there. Again lovely staff but would recommend an update. Thanks for the stay.

Perfect holiday home for a short break in Brighton. Easily walkable to the Laines, seafront and all the pubs, restaurants and shops but on a quiet street with private parking (a big bonus in central Brighton). The house is comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. Would happily return.

A very centrally located small terraced house with parking, only a few minutes walk to the lanes or the seafront. If you are chasing location close to shops, restaurants and the beach, then this property is the perfect location. The beds are clean, comfy & great to sleep in as described. Master bed - spacious, with a wardrobe, a small desk & plenty off room for suitcases. Bedroom 2 - smaller, with limited room to shimmy past the bed to the window. Bedroom 3 - bed is very small, our 12 year old boy was too tall for it & just fit his suitcase on the floor. Over the property has been recently renovated and all in good order. Clean beds & surfaces, although could do with a good deep clean, as was a bit musty & carpet needs a clean. Dishwasher broke while there, awaiting repair. Had some errors with check in, with wrong pin drop location given on text_3 streets away! Genuinely happy with the property, would highly recommend, although very tight for 6 of us with one bathroom.

A fabulous house near the sea, i360, multiple shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked if you prefer to cook. The beds were really comfortable. Really fantastic location! Cannot be beat! We were steps from many high street shops… very close to the sea and the Lanes. The house itself is very cozy and the kitchen worked great. The two main rooms are large and comfortable. The third room with the “single bed” would be great for a child traveler, but a taller adult doesn’t really fit in it. That said, a brilliant house in a great location!

We had a nice stay here. Massive positives were the location (it is so close to the shops and the sea front) the parking space is great to have too. The downstairs areas are particularly lovely. Upstairs, the smaller bedrooms are a bit tight on space but that wasn't a big deal. The house was spotless.

The house is well equipped and along with the parking spot that comes with the house and the friendly neighbours; I'd say its the perfect base for anyone to stay and see the sights of Brighton.

Lovely house and very very well equipped! Also great location bang in the centre of town and really close to beach. There were 6 of us and single bed was very short - probably only suitable for a child and pull out bed was quite uncomfortable! But would be a great house for 4 people. Still a really enjoyable stay but probably better suited to a group of 4 or less than a 6:) Prosecco was a lovely touch also, host’s communication was great and helpful about check out times! Really cute courtyard and beautifully designed living and kitchen area.

We had an amazing stay! Really appreciate the responsiveness from the host when we had any questions. The beds and furniture were all super comfortable and clean and the outdoor patio is a lovely secluded spot to relax at the end of the day. The location was extremely convenient - we could walk to any shop that we needed something from, as well as to the lanes, seafront, etc. having the parking also made it so easy to venture out from the city center. Would stay again!

A fabulous central location, the private parking space was a massive plus. The house was surprisingly quiet given the city centre location, and was well laid out and nicely furnished. The bed in the third bedroom is a child size at 5’7”long rather than a standard single and this should be made clear in the listing. We liked the tiny patio to sit out in the evening, and the hosts were extremely quick replying to any messages, thanks

This is a lovely house in a great location for exploring Brighton. We were able to walk everywhere including the train station with our luggage. The house is clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The patio doors open onto a small courtyard at the back which is nice for sitting outside with a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. This was our second stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to return in future.

This house is fabulous - the location, the private parking, the house itself & the hosts! The house has a great kitchen, a lovely living room & a great little courtyard garden. It's located centrally but is really peaceful & has a lovely calm vibe inside. We stayed with our little ones (1 & 3 years old) and the hosts were all so kind in giving us flexibility around check in & check out times. This made it possible for us to drive down to Brighton during a break between work meetings & over the children's nap time on Friday + have a full day enjoying Brighton for Mother's Day instead of driving home for them to sleep. Our children are total terrors overnight if they don't sleep well in the day so this was truly appreciated - thank you, thank you, thank you...

This was our first family trip to the UK since the pandemic began. Michelle was extrodinarily welcoming and accommodating and when we arrived from a long transatlantic flight the place was spotless, bright, and just what we needed. The car spot was a huge plus. Situated in the heart of Brighton we only had a short walk to the lanes, the seafront, and the Pier. The kids had a fabulous time. This is all that we needed and more having been pretty much place-bound for the past two years. Thank you Michelle!

This is our best stay in an Airbnb! We stayed over Christmas & the house was absolutely spotless immaculate! Everything we needed was there to cook a full Christmas dinner but incase we needed anything-there were lots of local shops (open till late) within a minutes walk. The decor is neutral and gives a relaxing feel to the house. The beds were really comfortable with an extra sofa bed too! The extra toilet downstairs was really handy as we were a party of 6. The location was also brilliant! We were less than 5 mins from the high street and less than 10 mins from the beach. All in all an absolutely great house- very cosy with everything needed for our chilled out Christmas!

Delighted with our choice for our weekend stay. Perfect location, very close to shops and seafront but tucked away in a quiet road. House was very clean, spacious and very well equipped. The only thing that let this property down was the grumpy neighbour, banging on the wall at 9.30pm following a single loud outburst of laughter from a group of girls just having fun (and no, we hadn't been playing loud music or anything until that point, just sitting around chatting!)

A really lovely house in a fantastic location! A minutes walk to the shops, lanes & lots of lovely restaurants. The beach is a really short walk away, there really is everything you could ever want right on your doorstep, and the road itself is tucked away and quiet. Parking is a great addition. The house is in a prime location in Brighton. A 5-10 minute walk from the beach and the lanes. It’s a lovely house which has a very homely feel. It’s worth noting that the single bed is only suitable really for a child/someone under 5 foot. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and the hosts left lots of recommendations of things to do. It was clean and tidy and the parking space is a real bonus.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb, the host provided some nibbles and prosecco which was a lovely touch on arrival. The Airbnb is very modern and the lounge/outdoor terrace is especially nice. The location is perfect, just off the high street but on a quiet road. The host was very accommodating and quick to reply to messages. The single bed in the third bedroom is a bit smaller than a normal bed though so it works better for shorter people/kids! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Brighton.

The place itself is in a ideal location, walkable distance to everywhere and we cannot fault it. Some of the trip weren’t able to come due to circumstances and Carolyn couldn’t have been lovelier. Cannot fault the place!

A great few nights spent in Brighton. The house was beautiful and super clean. Carolyn gave really clear instructions on how to get to the property and access the keys etc and her welcome pack was filled with goodies! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a central location!

An amazing affordable perfect stay. Literally no faults in this house! Location was a perfect walk away from the lanes and the beach, well equipped with everything we needed. Stayed here with 5 of my friends for a girls weekend and the Prosecco and ice bucket were a perfect touch. Everything you could ever need in an air bnb was here!💕 we had the best weekend and can’t wait to come back!🥳

Thank you so much Carolyn, an absolutely beautiful space where everything is thought of and an incredible space for a relaxing break. Such an ideal location for the sea front and plenty of shops nearby, with good delivery services but equally great cooking facilities! Carolyn is an amazing host who really thinks of every detail. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

A beautiful house in the centre of town. Perfect for 5 girls on holiday and walking distance to the seafront. Carolyn was very efficient in all communications and left us a lovely welcome basket, as well as the house being very clean and stocked well. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to have a good time in Brighton!

This is a fabulous house in a great location. It is walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Carolyn is a fantastic host who is accommodating, friendly and attentive to all your needs! The house is very well equipped with bedding, cooking utensils, including a coffee machine, and soft towels. The house is also very clean and modern. There were lovely details to the stay that made it extra special, such as a hamper including Prosecco, biscuits, tea and more. There were also fresh flowers on the table. We cannot wait to come again. :)
