The apartment has a great location and the condominium is quiet. Inside, however, there is a smell of dampness; the bathroom has no window or ventilation, it is full of midges, the bathtub is unusable because the hot water lasts only 15–20 minutes, the shower is not very intuitive and the bidet has no hot water. There is no extractor fan in the kitchen, so you have to keep the window open. The Wi-Fi is problematic: a broken modem and another one for which we were not provided with the password. The air freshener had run out and there was not enough toilet paper, forcing us to buy it. There was one pillow on each side of the bed and they were very uncomfortable, inadequate for the price paid. The host arrived late at check-in, initially kind, but in the following days not very available. Overall, the apartment is not bad, but not suitable for the cost; the only really positive note is the location. We will not return until either the price drops by at least €15 per day or these issues are fixed.

Spacious accommodation and 5 minutes from the metro. Quiet neighborhood. It was difficult to get answers to messages sent. We were made to wait an hour in the cold and rain for Check-in. Each time, a new excuse was found, but in the end it was all lies. Strong smell in the apartment. Numerous flies in the bathroom and living room. Dishes not clean. Dirty dressing room, we had to clean the shelves before putting our clothes in.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent — quiet, yet close to all points of interest. The host was very friendly and helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed. We would definitely choose it again without a second thought. Highly recommended!

The location is very convenient, 5 minutes to the subway and 2 stations to Dowomo. You can walk to Dowomo in 30 minutes without hurrying. There are shops, bars and restaurants around. The apartment matches the photos, spacious and clean. There is everything you need and nothing superfluous. For those who will read the previous reviews, I can say that there was coffee and a sufficient number of glasses, cups and glasses)) The bed is very comfortable, a good mattress. The only disadvantage was the presence of an unpleasant smell of sewage after using the bathroom, but this did not affect the positive impression of the stay. Stefano was in touch and helped with the issue.

This apartment was ideal for our 5-day stay. The host was incredibly attentive and accommodating, especially when our arrival was delayed. We were warmly welcomed, clearly guided, and quickly felt at home. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable, it truly felt like our own place. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the metro and bus stops, and the neighborhood felt very safe both day and night. The furniture was thoughtfully chosen, adding to the cozy atmosphere. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay abroad.

The accommodation is well located, close to the metro and shops, it is easy to get to the train station or the centre of Milan. The apartment is spacious, with a large bathroom, comfortable bedroom, however it is also a little noisy, not very bright and it quickly gets hot and humid, fortunately the air conditioning works well.

Accommodation was incredibly clean and tidy and host was responsive and clear. Only downside was that there was a coffee machine but no coffee pods to use or any sort of tea or instant coffee available.

This place was perfect! The neighbourhood is amazing, 10min away from the city with metro. The place is spacious and very modern! Although a few notice points: microwave did not work, could not figure out how to turn it on. There were no hand towels to wash the dishes, also no glasses. Only 1 vine glass. Otherwise, amazing stay! Even gave some small shampoo bottles☺️

Unfortunately, my experience with this accommodation was disappointing, primarily due to the lack of hot water throughout my stay. While this may not be a major issue for some, it was a deal-breaker for me. Communication with the host was very slow and unhelpful. Despite reaching out multiple times over several days, the issue remained unresolved. A technician was eventually sent, but he did not speak English and was unable to fix the problem. When we followed up again, the host offered to send the same technician—after another full day had passed. It felt like the host was simply stalling until our stay ended, rather than genuinely trying to resolve the issue. In the end, we were left with no hot water and only an apology. Additionally, the accommodation had an unpleasant smell, which added to the discomfort of our stay. In summary, no hot water, poor communication, and an overall lack of concern from the host made this a regrettable booking. I would not recommend this property ba

Really great! My only complaint was that there were only 2 towels for a week, but the host made everything very easy, sent videos for how to check in and where to go, and the place felt very safe! Very close to the metro so we had no problem getting around to other parts of the city!

We had a great stay in Milano. Two days prior the host send us a contact for communication who was not reachable, on the day of our arrival I got another contact, Stephano was very helpful and friendly, we could check-in 2 hours earlier, which was great! The place was very clean and modern, everything was as described and functioning. The only issues worth mentioning or improvable would be that it was a bit noisy, you could hear the neighbors during the day, we had difficulties with the water temperature, it always started very hot and slowly turned cold and that there could have been a bit more bathroom essentials, which was not a big deal because there was a grocery store nearby. The location was absolutely great, it was nice to have a walk at night, see some life in the streets, to have plenty of food spots and also to be that close to the city center. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and a great time, I would recommend this place and would come again.

Location is decent short subway/tram ride from the duomo and other great neighborhoods. We did opt for a long walk some days and that was also nice, very safe. The airbnb seemed a little cheap given the price, they didn’t provide enough toilet paper, the dishwasher did not work (they did offer to come and look but we weren’t comfortable with people coming in to the apartment when we weren’t there) and hand washing wasn’t option given that there wasn’t a drying rack or paper towels. Most places I’ve stayed always include a little tea bag / espresso pods with their machines but this place had none. Not the end of the world but would have been appreciated. Overall, bare minimum was provided. The pull out wasn’t even done up so if the two of us wanted to sleep separately that wasn’t an option. TV doesn’t have access to any streaming profiles. I wouldn’t stay here again for 5 nights but maybe for 1 or 2 it will do the job.

We stayed at this Airbnb for two nights. The place is spacious, pleasant, and close to the metro. It’s very quiet, and the apartment has all the necessary amenities. Communication with the host was excellent. We highly recommend it!
