I’m mostly happy with my stay at this property and it would’ve been an easy 5 star had the bed been more comfortable. Since it’s a pull out bed (the couch you see in the photos) it has a dip in the middle which makes it uncomfortable. It’s probably time to get a topper for it or a new couch completely. The local host Miri was nice and helpful and very responsive, so thank you for that. As for the online chec-in thing that they required, I have to say that it’s pretty bizzare and not cool that they make you sign some kind of contract that only comes in Italian.

Clean flat, simple but it had everything: a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Everything was very tidy. Just a reminder that it's on the second floor. It might be a problem if you have to climb stairs with suitcases! There is a metro station 650 m away and the Milano Centrale station is 1 km away. It is very easy to get to the tourist attractions! I loved everything!!!

This was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. The reservation was confirmed, yet the host ignored my messages for more than two days. I was traveling alone to Milan and relying on this booking, but it was suddenly cancelled while I was on the plane. As a result, I arrived in a foreign country without a place to stay and had to urgently search for another apartment the same day just to understand where I would sleep that night. I received no replies, no warning, and no assistance with alternative accommodation, complete lack of responsibility towards a guest. I have all the evidence of the messages and the cancellation timing, so please do not respond with generic claims that the situation was different. I am extremely disappointed. I hope that Airbnb takes such cases seriously, because cancelling a reservation on the day of arrival without any communication puts solo travellers in a very difficult and unsafe position.

The place was nice, but downstairs restaurant is located, so host should have warned that there will be a noise from plates, glasses and people till 12am every day. Also, it was an awful smell in the bathroom from the shower cabin. Ventilation didn’t help and it only got worse and worse. The pan in the kitchen didn’t match the cooker so I couldn’t fry anything. It just doesn’t work. But the apartment was clean and newly renovated, very close to central station and to public transport.

I stayed here for a week, I'll briefly talk about my experience and observation. It's a very quiet area which I prefer. Host is friendly and helpful with the instructions, though I think they can also mention other padlocks to not get them mixed up. The apartment inner door key is also a little problematic. There are some stairs to walk up, just be mindful if you have big heavy luggages. The flat matches the pictures for the most part, I just couldn't get the electrical stove to work but maybe it was my mistake. Other equipments are quite useful. Cleaning wasn't the best but it's okay. I asked them to clean a specific area and they did the next morning. They can improve on this aspect. My biggest issue was the heat, I get that it's central heating but 19.5° was so cold that I couldn't sleep very well. Both heater & air conditioner stop working around like 9PM. Maybe a small electrical heater can be supplied for this matter. Overall it was a good stay, thank you for hosting me.

Everything was great, clean and easy location, close to Stazione Centrale. The kitchen was well-equipped too. The only thing was that the flat was cold a bit. I've been told the air conditioning cannot not be adjusted over 20° in Milano which I really didn't understand why.

The host/manager Chelsea was faultless. Great communication and super helpful upon personal check in. The accom was spotless and had everything you could need. Fantastic washing machine and little kitchen. The sofa bed wasn’t the best.. but I knew that was the sleeping situation when I booked so I can’t complain, and the location was super helpful being only a 10min walk from central station. A little expensive, but I’m sure that was also a temporary price bump because of the f1 weekend. Overall. A great stay.

The accommodation is located near Milano Centrale train station in a relatively quiet area. Overall, consistent with the listing. However, the cleanliness on my arrival was lacking (hair and dirt on the floor, fridge and cutlery dirty). No oven or basic condiments, contrary to what is mentioned in the listing. A rather unpleasant smell also emanates from the shower. Finally, the bedding is not very comfortable.

The studio is very simple and the bed is very comfortable for a sofa bed. The air conditioning is very much appreciated during the hot summer heat. However the wifi is quite spotty and disconnected itself frequently so not ideal if you’re planning on working remotely. Also there were so so many mosquitoes in the studio and I did get bitten quite a lot of times despite killing at least 10 mosquitoes when I checked in so do bring some bug spray if you are coming in the summer

A modern, chic and very practical apartment with a practical sofa bed as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Everything is as described. The air conditioning is worth its weight in gold on hot days. The location is good for quickly reaching the tram and metro as well as the main train station (Milano Centrale) on foot. Downstairs in the house is a pizzeria, but it doesn't bother you. The self check-in and check-out went well; there were no problems. The host is friendly and quick to reach. All in all, perfect for a few days of city break in Milan. I will be happy to come back!

Place is modern and spacious. No bed, instead there is a noisy sofa bed, arms won't let you get up easily and the thin mattress is uncomfortable. In Europe, the floor of a building at ground level is called ground floor. So the apartment is located on a 3rd floor, not easy to climb with my carry-on.  They have a self-check in, so you don't meet the host to welcome or help you, a company manages the property, and someone talks to you through Wsp. I booked the place for 3 days, the second day there was no hot water and AC was not working.  Notified the office and also Matteo, he didn't bother to answer my messages or my calls, the third day I again sent notes, made calls but no answer.  I contacted Airbnb support, I had already lost half morning of my tours waiting for them to answer, so I decided to check out and move to a hotel. They answered only after Airbnb intervened; Matteo sent me a note at 12:41 pm that the issues were fixed when I already checked out.

A clean and well appointed accommodation in the North of Milan. A highly responsive host. I recommend this place for a few days with a very good restaurant at the foot of the accommodation and transportation a few minutes walk to get to the heart of the city for less than 25 minutes. I would highly recommend it

Good value for money and good location to get downtown quickly. Poor cleanliness, the floor was not clean, the window grill full of cobwebs, the shower with a lot of limestone, the mat at the entrance was terribly dirty. It's a shame because the place is comfortable and has everything you need, but it seems overlooked. I also didn't appreciate the communication. At the time of checkout, I contacted the host on the Airbnb chat and was told to write through another messaging platform to the person who had managed the check-in. Traveling for work, it's important to me that communication is quick and efficient. Difficult, if you have to communicate partly on the chat with one person and partly on wa with another. Overall ok.

The Alojamento is better than the photos. Very nice and the bathroom is very spacious, as well as the areas where you can put things and the kitchen. I recommend it for the price and the quality, but if you are older consider that it is two apartments climbing suitcases without an elevator, so it involves a big effort. Everything was great 👏🏻

The apartment was lovely and clean, had everything we needed for a couple nights stay. While it is a bit out of the centre, it was a 5-10min walk to the central station so was very easy getting around and there was a supermarket right outside the apartment which was so useful. The host was responsive and enabled us to have a very smooth check in. The apartment is on top of a restaurant so there was some occasional noise from the restaurant and neighbouring apartments but didn’t bother us too much. There was also a nice balcony (although public) outside the apartment which we enjoyed and air-con was provided which was amazing. All in all was a great stay and would recommend!

The accommodation is in a good location close to a tram stop and the metro. The flat is a bit smaller than it looks in the photos, but it's enough for a short stay. I would only recommend replacing the sofa bed, which makes a terrible noise every time you move and wakes the other person up.

I was a little nervous because I didn't hear back from you for a long time after I booked your stay and I didn't hear back from you for an estimated time of arrival to the apartment via the WA app.I arrived earlier than planned, but I was happy that Karim smiled and explained the key and the room. The room was as pictured, with cooking utensils such as pots, pans, and plates, olive oil, salt, etc., and I was able to buy ingredients and cook at the supermarket, which is a few minutes' walk away. It was small, but clean and comfortable. The sofa is made into a bed, so you can turn it over and creak, but we didn't really mind. Also, this is not the fault of the host, but late at night, there will be music from the neighborhood for hours at a loud volume (the level that makes sure to call the police in Japan) from the neighborhood late at night, so it's a good idea to bring earplugs. The restaurant on the ground floor was friendly and affordable.

Accommodation 10/12 min on foot from Central Station and 3 metro stations. quiet neighborhood with a great pizzeria not far away (the Shambù). First of all, the accommodation is welcoming and secure, very good communication with the landlord. However, it is very noisy and equipped relatively properly. (Sink but no sponge or dish towel, coffee machine and pod available but not the right ones... but shower gel, and towels, it's a good point).

Great location within walking distance to the Milan metro station and the apartment was cosy but as other guests said the bed is squeaky but was not a problem at all we could still sleep comfortably! Nico was very helpful as well in helping us carry our luggage up during check in as there was no lift available. But overall a great place to stay! If you’re concerned about the lift I would suggest bringing a lighter luggage if carrying it up and down is your concern but otherwise it’s manageable!

The accommodation is located near the train station. Therefore great for a short stay in Milan with a lot of luggage. You just have to walk to the second floor😅 The apartment is beautifully decorated and due to the built-in wardrobes, the apartment has a lot of storage space for the small size. On the surface, everything is super clean. Only under and behind the sleeping coach were dust balls. As others described, the sleeping coach squeaks very loudly. We would still come back anytime!

We can recommend this apartment for a short-term stay in Milan. We liked the freshly renovated airbnb and the good equipped kitchen. The only downside we have to mention is the bed (sleeping sofa) which was comfortable but horribly noisy when somebody turned at night. (Should defenetly invest in an another bed) Apart from that we had a good stay.

Bed is a sofa bed, which is good but make a little bit of noise when you move, but ok. Good place for one or two nights in Milano.

Check in was very easy and flexible. We walked from the main train station to the accommodation, which took quite a long time in the end; you definitely have to allow 13–15 minutes. However, the accommodation was easy to find and we received a very warm welcome. Communication with Cleanbnb House was very easy, and we always received a quick response. The accommodation is very small but perfect for a few days' stay. The accommodation would be too small for longer stays, but the sofa bed was comfortable. Everything was very new and modern; there was a fully equipped kitchen, two large wardrobes with enough storage space, and the bathroom also looked very new. Furthermore, we were provided with enough towels and new sheets. Unfortunately, the place wasn't very clean. There were fingernails or toenails in the shower, the mirrors weren't very clean, and there were still dishes in the dishwasher. The floor was also a bit dirty.
